Good Afternoon Monks!  Like all of us I running through my mind what it is the State doesn't want released right now.

In the motion it states certain materials and informationhave come into the possession of LE. So this leads me to believe it is something new...not something that the State and/or LE already had.

the motion further states that this materialS and information would be fall under the Sunshine law and there is GOOD CAUSE to delay disclosure.  What could be so explosive (my word)  that the State doesn't feel it should be made available to the public..

Several of us thought it might be pertaining to  Dom Casey and the A's...(I think most of us were thinking about him searching the woods...I know
I was and I think he might audio tapes of conversationS. before and after the search..........and now D Casey is relocating?  Is it temporary?

 Or is someone that the PI spoke with and perhaps felt threatened?  So many questions............but I am still leaning towards it having to do with DC.

My curiosity is killing me. I think it has to do with Dom Case also. I am dreaming that it will be something that will put Cindy and George behind bars.

I think threatened is a key word - after all his attorney was working very hard to stop him from deposed in both the ZG case and the criminal case. There was a very good reason for it, I'm sure.  Now his business is relocating?  And the state has requested an in camera meeting? Nothing has been happening in ZG's case relative to his depo. Is it all coincidental?  The Anthony's have been pretty darn quiet lately even though they wouldn't have a clue as to what the State may have received but it is strange none the less.

That would make me a very happy camper because so far the legal pundits seem to agree that the A's will not be prosecuted.....and in my mind they are criminals as well as pond scum

I'd wonder when we will hear about the motion.....I hope it's SOON....I am really a bit surprised we haven't heard Baez whining his head off and seen a barrage of motions from Lyons

“New in the case against Casey: an ambulance chaser and a rat,” WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Martie Salt said.

Well, that certainly grabbed the attention.

“That’s how one potential juror described Jose Baez in court,” Salt continued.

WFTV’s Kathi Belich had obtained jury surveys from cases in which Baez was a defender. The point of the report: Would defense attorney Baez’s image hurt Casey Anthony’s case? She is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

Belich focused on surveys from an Osceola case in 2008, shortly after Caylee’s remains were found. Belich repeated Salt’s comments and added that potential jurors also described Baez as “a jerk who should find another line of business”  and “not a good lawyer who is full of himself.”

WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer suggested that potential jurors were focusing their anger — over the Caylee news — at Baez.

But Belich noted that time eased the fury directed at Baez: Negative comments dropped from 13 to just two a year later in another case. In that case, in which 80 potential jurors were surveyed, four had good things to say about Baez and 30 had no opinion.

Almost half those surveyed in both cases said they didn’t know a lot about Anthony’s case, Belich said. That statistic stood out.

What did it all mean? “It’s not scientific, but it could mean that if her [Anthony's] trial doesn’t start here in another year and a half, that they might at least try to find a jury here,” Belich speculated.
