Too Cute Darla. Sounds like me. I hope it fizzles out too. 

JSM I do housework in 15 minute spurts then I sit down for 30 minutes lol. These old bones just don't move like they use to.

  I am so tired. I hope everyone had a good day. I got mad at Mass today because they said nothing about the military or wounded soldiers at Fort Hood. I couldn't say anything, because I don't know that deacon, but I didn't like him and won't go back unless I oversleep.

I took Josef to daycare with plans on picking him up tonight. It didn't happen, by the time I got halfway there, I called and told them to feed him and let him sleep. It was getting dark, crazy traffic I guess coming from the TMS (I guess the Nascar race is over) and I was a nervous wreck.

Anyways, about my skating workshop. It was so much fun. I was in the "beginner's" group and was made to do harder things than the others. Then my old coach decided to get on the ice with me and was making me do hard jumps and spins. I landed every jump including a combination jump. Then at the VERY end of class we are doing a these stupid edge things and I fell on my AZZ and my hand. I am going to be so sore in the morning. That is another reason Josef is at school. Mama went SPLAT

I understand Darla. My excuse for the 15 minute spurts is I get lured back in the cage and sit for 30 minutes or more and then maybe get back to my chores.

I premedicated myself with Advil and took some when I got home. I wish I had seen the skating on TV today. I will try and watch it on Ice Networks later this week. I love to watch it too, they are much better than me.

I came out there last year and spent a month. We spent one week in New Orleans and another at  Padre Island

Thank you Darla.  My son lives on the river and we just talked to him. They are not expecting a big storm surge, and that is what really does him damage. They will get water, but not into the house again, God willing.

That would be fun. Let me know when you are getting here. DFW is about 5 minutes from me. The thing about that stupid airport is there is nowhere you can have a coffee or coke at the airport unless you are a passenger. Let me know I and will stop at Starbucks and bring you a coffee.

Jacksonville is a pretty part of Texas and nice town. My stepdad lived close to there until he moved to Austin with my step sister. You will have fun, especially in April it will be very green and pretty. I'm not sure when the Dogwood Festival is in Palestine (close to Jacksonville) but if it is around that time make sure your friend takes you to the Dogwood Trails. It is beautiful when they are blooming.

My prayers are with all the people down in the hurricane's path. I pray it doesn't do anything but rain, unless Geraldo is there and it blows him out to sea

Yeah I was there the last of April both times I have been. It is beautiful country. We went to the Rose gardens in Tyler the first time I came out year before last. I will let you know when I am coming. I am waiting on a special with AirTran before I buy tickets.
