Love the cow. Northern. Glad you are back. I'm sorry about the video too. Made me so mad at my sister. I knew I should have asked my brother to video it. Oh well, what can you do?

My granddaughter has arrived!   She was born at 7:45 this morning.    She is beautiful.  Baby and Mom are doing well.    Hubby and I haven't slept since yesterday so I'm off to catch a few winks.   I'll try to download a pic of the little one later after I get a little rest.

Thanks to all who were praying for us.     an angelic monkey

Congrats, Mamacrazy.  You are going to have the most fun of your life!!!!!

Sorry, Sassycat.  Wrong granny. Other than that, it still goes.  I'm not too good in the morning.  Maybe Obama's right.  I need to be euthanized.

Wait 'til Bearly sees what you said. Here, take this 'til she gets here.

Ex-reality TV villain Omarosa enters Ohio seminary
(AP) – 5 hours ago

DAYTON, Ohio — Omarosa has gone from Donald Trump's boardroom to her first day in the classrooms of an Ohio seminary.

The former villain of reality TV shows such as "The Apprentice" entered United Theological Seminary in Dayton on Monday for studies to become a minister.

Seminary President Wendy Deichmann had a welcome gift: a tiny mustard seed, a reminder of the Bible passage in which Jesus says an amount of faith even as small as a mustard seed makes all things possible.

Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth says few people have faith in her transformation, and that made it a wonderful present.

She's taking classes in the Old and New Testaments and the History of Christianity. She's also required to minister to the sick and dying at hospitals.

A tax deduction -- for your pet
Posted Aug 17 2009, 02:27 PM by Karen Datko Is this an idea whose time has come? A new bill in the U.S. House would allow pet owners to deduct up to $3,500 for "qualified pet-care expenses" for household pets, including vet bills.

Would the so-called HAPPY (Humanity and Pets Partnered Through the Years) Act give pet owners a break they deserve? Would it encourage more people to adopt abandoned or neglected pets? Would we finally be able to list some dependents on our income tax return? (Others have attempted -- unsuccessfully -- to use their pets as deductions.)

I'm not Lovin, but I need some lovin...

Geocaching is an outdoor adventure and treasure-hunting game in which the participants utilize navigational techniques to identify valuable land, then leverage national tactics of force, covert ops, biological warfare, and/or other military techniques to obtain the land from the owners (called "geocache" or "cold dirt cache") somewhere else in the world. A typical geocache is collected in a specific, defensible, region that is of value, then it is flipped for cache later in a sale to the highest bidder.

OMG CC you are funny.  Geocaching is where people hide containers (caches) and then put the GPS coordinates on the geocaching site http://www.geocaching.com.   Cache sizes vary but they are always hid well.  Some have small treasures in them and you take something when you find it but leave something behind of equal or better value.  Yesterday we found one that was dedicated to toy cars so we left a car and took a car.  We always check the site first to see what they want to trade and take that item with us.   Others are really small and you just sign the log inside.  Then when you find a cache you update the cache site log for that site and it turns into a happy face so on the geocaching site you know you have found out.   Others are puzzle sites.  We found a suduko one yesterday where we had to solve the suduko to get the gps coordinates to then go and actually find the cache.  If you put your zip code into the site I gave in the "search for geocache" it will give you a list of caches near you.  On that list near the top click "search for caches with google maps" and you can see approx where the cache is.  They are all over, probably in places you have walked by many times.  The best part to this is to not look obvious when you are looking for them, and not letting anyone see you find them and do the log thing, then hiding them back where you found them.  That is the hardest part.  Some people get travellers which are like dog tags.  They each have a unique number and you can track where you traveller goes to as people update the site each time they find a cache.  We found one yesterday where the clue was "one of these things is not like the others"  It turned out to be a pinecone someone had drilled out, put a metal camping matchbox inside the pinecone, and the log and pencil were in it.  It was hung with a magnet to a tree that never has pinecones. My daughter loads the gps for all the caches she wants to find for the day into the gps and off we go with our backpack with water, treasure to exchange and the GPS to tell us where to go.  Some people have cell phones with a gps app and use that instead of a unit.  The maps on the geocache site are so good I am sure you could find some caches by just using the maps as it shows the area.
