Can't imagine what Casey's weekend was like in that 8X10 cell.  It was one thing when she thought she could get out on bond but now she knows it's the long haul.  Saw a show on TV last night about prisioners, what a horrible life.  She has one hour of free time per day to shower or go to reck I think.  What does she do in that cell?  No computer, no phone.  Maybe, she thinks about the life her daughter will no longer get to enjoy.  But I doubt it.

I have never met her, yet I feel like I could hold her close to me and tell her it will all be OK if only I could see her right now. I don’t think I am alone with these feelings. Almost all of America and for sure any mother that has been following this case has fallen in love with this precious child that has been missing since mid- June.

We pray for Caylee Anthony every night and day that she will be found one way or another. We all wish she could return alive and well but most of us hold little hope for that. Detectives have way too much evidence that tells us otherwise.

Caylee’s mom, Casey Anthony was arrested after a Florida Grand jury handed down an indictment for murder in the first degree against her. Now a lot of people are happy and are ready to focus back on finding Caylee.

I love Dexter, too!  My 20-year old son and I watched the season DVD's one episode after another, like a long intriguing movie.  Great, unique show.  I hope it continues to be great.  We liked 24 until we got to the final season, which was a letdown compared to the others, IMO.   I guess all good things must come to an end sometime! I was just thinking, though, we need Jack Bauer in that interrogation room to make KC talk!!   ::MonkeyHaHa::

The Casey Anthony saga continues, but it’s not Casey that this article is about.

Patrick Bourgeois, who visited Casey when she was in jail the first time, seems to have a record. He is wanted in the state of Louisiana for homicide.

Patrick, if you recall, visited Casey at the jail on July 24th, claiming he knew her from high school, which is a crock of shit. He mentioned an individual, Mike Walker, who knew Casey.

Bourgeois, which a Florida license background check, reveals his name as: Patrick Bryan Bourgeois.

He lived in Denham Springs, Louisiana and his date of birth is listed as: 12-23-87 .

Patrick, along with Todd A. Melvin, the story is told as follows, according to the press release in July, 2007:

William Mackenzie, the victim, was at Tom’s Bar on LA Hwy 16 when he got into an altercation with several individuals. Mackenzie left the premises and started walking down LA Hwy 16 when he was approached by two individuals who had followed Mackenzie from the bar. One of the men restrained Mackenzie while the other struck him repeatedly before they fled the scene, leaving Mackenzie unconscious on the ground. A passerby called an ambulance for Mackenzie but he died shortly after their arrival.

Police in Louisiana picked up Bourgeois & Melvin, they took off. Patrick has been on the run since 18, which is kind of screwed up that Orlando County didn’t do a background check on Casey’s visitor.

Todd Melvin hid in Alaska, but was picked up October 13, 2008 in Kenai, Alaska. He is being extradited back to Louisiana, where he will answer to the murder charges. Patrick Bourgeois is still wanted by the State of Louisiana.

Police noted in a report on Patrick Bourgeois that he never attended Colonial, which leads me to further conclude this is the correct Bourgeois.

The FBI was contacted on the matter of what was uncovered.

Even more interesting is the shady “gangsta” kid that Mike Walker is. Really encouraging to know Casey hung out with someone who enjoys pointing a gun at the camera. Yeah, he’s real bad ass, makes you wonder why the xxxx Casey would hang around someone like this.

I had been reading for some time
( since the start of the Caylee Anthony case), and then I just had to join.

Second, I am so happy to see the pics everyone posted for me
of Casey with the red sunglasses.
Since the lenses are red, and not just the frames,
I can easily see how a passer-by in a car could notice that the girl he saw had on red sunglasses.

I am assuming that the person was male,
and that Casey was dressed in one of her her usual tight or revealing blouses.

The story becomes completely credible to me.

Hi monkeys, I was curious if anyone on here has tried a reverse voice analysis on all of ca recorded conversations.

WOW!  I always felt like he was there to deliver a message in that jail house meeting and that she seemed uncomfortable during their conversation.  At the end, she said something like, "Oh, now I know who that kid is", but that could have been her cunning way of covering up.  She does know some interesting people, and everytime something more is uncovered, it becomes more and more mind-blowing.   ::MonkeyShocked::

IIRC, one of the Monkeys was doing something with the voice analysis.  I'm not sure what the results were.

Me either, I am pretty sute I was told by a fairly reliable source he was some kid from highschool that was always in love with her and she wouldn't give him the time of day.

I can't stand casey but is this the same Mike Walker/Patrick Bouregois. Too me they cant be one in the same.

Texas EquuSearch will be in Central Florida next month along with bounty hunter Leonard Padilla.

Padilla and a group of other bounty hunters will be trained to be team leaders in the search for the 3-year-old.

Padilla bonded Caylee's mother, Casey, out of jail when she was charged with child neglect.

Casey Anthony is back in jail charged with Caylee's murder, Local 6 reported.

EquuSearch officials said they plan to sit down with law enforcement and go over any tips and sightings that have surfaced before the Nov. 7 search begins.

I believe the Love of God to the catalyst that will cause Casey Anthony to bow ... reach up ... beg forgivenes and ... reveal the truth regarding the happenings encompassing the death and disappearance of her daughter.  In other words the Love of God has the ability to pierce the darkness.

The Scriptures tell us that genuine repentance implies God's forgiveness is a given and ... genuine repentance paves the ways to receive the forgiveness of other.

However ... forgiveness and justice dictates that there are personal and legal consequences for our wrongdoings but ... the repentent/changed heart will be willing to accept the related consequences.

Karla Fay Tucker was forgiven by the Grace of God but ... legal justice was still an issue to be reckoned with and ... with all legal appeals to avoid the death sentence were denied ... Karla Fay Tucker accepted the Will of her Heavenly Father.

And another thing that makes me mad...LE didn't say they thought the red dress that was found was evidence.  Why are they making a big deal out of this dress.  A search team found an item that looked similar to something Caylee wore, big deal.  They act like LE said it was Caylees.

That said, just because Cindy held up a dress does not mean that's the same as the one that was found in the search.

considering that I have been correct about the locations of several disposed bodies and most recently Brooke Bennett - I have been think that "we" have it all wrong. I had Brooke with in the 2 mile radius she was found.

When we think about the disposal of the body we are usually thinking of areas that the known suspect has frequented. I had Zenaida pinned and the Sawgrass apartments as the disposal site. To blame Zenaida, you need the body near an area where Zenaida frequents.

In Casey's case, we are looking at the abnormal[/b]. We are seeing the atypical.

The body of Caylee is not near HER (Casey's) known locales. This, in itself, is odd. That's why Caylee has not been found.

When Casey said she could not make the trip to Jacksonville due to lack of a sitter, it clues me to the fact that the body of Caylee is somewhere on the road to Jacksonville.

To find Caylee, you might need to look beyond the normal associated areas where a killer would dump a body.

Casey planned this murder. And to make sure she and her family gets away with it, you need to go beyond Orlando.

I'm starting to look north.

1. Did she ever go to Jacksonville or anyone else in the time frame.

2.  Based on your theory - where does ZG live - could she have buried Caylee in her yard, or close to her daily routine?

This was posted, perhaps not as specifically, but discussed as a possiblilty earlier in the case.  It's very possible that Caylee is somewhere farther away from the Orlando area.  If you go north, maybe South toward Miami, or west toward Tampa can be done, as well.  It's so very possible.

That is interesting.  Was there ever a time after the 15th that she was out of contact with anyone?  Because it seems like she was always trying to keep in constant contact with aquaintances.

Lately I have begun to wonder also whether or not all the unusual visits to the areas away from the house were unuaual or not.   It seemed like there were several vists to these wooded places and we all assumed that because they were mixed in with the cell phone record/ timeline and so it was a given that that is where she took the body.

Have previous searches been done regarding her habits? Would all these short stints out there be unusual?
Maybe that's where drugs were exchanged or for all we know (and nothing would surprise me) maybe she did tricks out there for a few bucks.

I think Rob has a good idea with his very accurate thought that Casey planned this and so far it's been working fairly well for her.            J

This site is one of the best I've ever seen with both sincere, caring moderators and compassionate, passionate posters. 

When I first started reading here I was so impressed that differing opinions could be expressed, discussed, and laid to rest.  It was unlike what I had experienced on other boards where the "oldies" were excluding the new members as if there was some unspoken right of passage.  Flagrant rudeness on those sites sometimes made me feel I was in a junior high girls' bathroom!

Yes, Casey is behind bars but we still have a common purpose here at Scared Monkeys!  Not only do we still have to see justice defined in this case, there are still other cases yet to solve and other missions even unknown at this time.

The unity shown in coming together to initiate and carry through a fund-raiser for TES is amazing and I salute those involved in its inception.  How proud we should be to be in a cage where monkeys lead the way instead of mumbling about how someone should help raise money for Tim.  It is an honor to be associated with you.

However, even though it is understandable due to the stress and sleep deprivation of this case, it still is quite disturbing to see monkeys turn on each other.  We need to remember that typed words carry only the impression given as a reader actually reads it.  While we may think our words are passive, they may hold an agressive tone when read by someone who is not "in our head."  If writing or answering a post that might suggest volatile reaction, why not take a second and reread it before posting?  It's so much easier to hit backspace than try to untangle feelings when words have been misinterpreted.

Regardless of the sometime tender feelings that get bruised, remember we are all adults.  While we can make wonderful friendships here, this is not our entire universe and having a comment overlooked is not the end of the world.  Personally, I like those who use humor such as the invisible ink.  It's hard not to reply to someone who makes you laugh in spite of yourself.  I think perhaps we sometimes need to remember that although we are discussing a very serious subject, we should not take ourselves so seriously that we forget to enjoy the site.

I have learned that longer posts are not always read.  I just needed to say all this because it makes me (a relative new monkey) feel very uncomfortable when I happen upon some of the fusses and unhappiness.  I think you are a fantastic group with alot of heart and alot of compassion.  However, I can see where the stress and tension along with the sleepless nights can impact emotions negatively.  There is a reason that LE has a high divorce rate...imagine how frustrated they must get along with the stress, etc.  My esteem for LE has increased exponentially with this case.

When dealing with the normal "spree killer" we are looking at someone that is disposing of the body quickly.

IN Casey's case we are looking at the body hanging around for 7 + days. And the body has NOT BEEN FOUND.

To me, the case is more complex than Brooke's case due to the shear fact that Casey is certainly more diabolical than Jacques. Killers come in all shapes and sizes and to under- estimate Casey does a huge dis-justice to Caylee.

Rob good theory and you got me to thinking.

Casey commits her crimes in a very open risky fashion.  When she stole from friends she spent their money in places with cameras, signed checks with mixed matching ID and signatures.  She was uninhibited in taking detectives to a job that didn't 't exist, and made up a baby sitter who had the name but not the fame.  She drove around in a car that reeked of decomp odor, and she borrowed a shovel to likely use in Caylees disposal.  If George is being honest she stole his gas cans and brazenly left them in her trunk where they could be found.  She either wants to get caught in her acts or believes she can lie her way out of anything.  So, if her behavior is so overt and careless, I would think she disposed of Caylee in the same way.  I think she was more concerned about her involvement with Tony and Fusion and everything she did was just a means to that end with little forethought. 

If I were to incorporate her behavior patterns with her disposing of Caylee I would think it would be the simplest method that would easily fit into her schedule.  Considering ther modis operandi I would think the dumpster, or a convienient body of water would be her choice.   JMO though.

I believe Casey did go to Jacksonville... it has not been disclose because only she and her mother might know.

This is not a trip to London that would be disclosed.  When I livced in the South, we made many trips and never told anyone.

Part of living in the south is the long distance trips you make... it's not a big deal.

There is other speculations regarding the disposal of Caylee from "an out of town trip" ... to possibly the "urban area" surrounding Fusian ....

It struck me odd when reading through the transcripts that she put the guy off by not going to Jacksonville to meet up with him. She's a party girl, he was footing the bill, why not? Not having a sitter never stopped her before.

I agree with you that she is not in the "normal" places we would think KC would dump Caylee. KC seems really really confident that Caylee won't be found. Everyone is searching in the ping area, if she took a little trip, with the extra gas in the gas cans so as not to stop and pay for gas and risk getting recognized later, Caylee could be out a whole lot further than we think. She's been following the progress of the search and doesn't seem to be sweating bullets.

A high-profile search and recovery team has plans to meet with Gaston County detectives today and should begin searching Tuesday for Jamie Fraley, who disappeared April 8.

Also Texas EquuSearch Inc.-founder Tim Miller recently announced plans to look for two other missing women in our area, as well - Jennifer Rivkin, who disappeared from Gastonia May 6, and Mouy Tang, a 46-year-old woman who vanished from an assisted care facility near Lawndale on Sept. 3.

"I've been on pins and needles all weekend," said Kim Fraley, who asked Texas EquuSearch to help her find her missing daughter.

Joan Petruski, founder of the Charlotte-based Kristen Foundation for Missing Adults, said Bessemer City Central Gym on Washington Avenue will be the command post for Texas EquuSearch's operation in the area.

The organization is asking for adult volunteers with identification, especially those who might be able to assist the search efforts on an ATV. Volunteers are encouraged to dress for searching in wooded areas. Donations of food and water for volunteers are also needed, Petruski said.

Miller started Texas EquuSearch after his 16-year-old daughter Laura Miller was abducted and murdered in 1984. The organization has more than 800 members nationwide and eight years of experience on more than 930 missing-person cases.

Texas EquuSearch most recently conducted searches for 28-year-old Kelly Morris, who disappeared from Stem on Sept. 4. Prior to visiting North Carolina, his team was searching Orlando for two missing people that have received national media attention - 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, who went missing in June, and 27-yearold Jennifer Keese, who vanished in January 2006.

Miller has also been active in the ongoing search for Alabama-teen Natalee Holloway, who vanished from Aruba during a senior class trip in 2005.

"He's a busy man," said Petruski.

Ok well I know that the body starts to smell after 24 hours and the fluids begin to leak after 3 days. Could you imagine the smell? there's a few ways to get to Jax.  I've taken all of the different ways as my family lives there.

You can take the interstate with no tolls (I95) ,
the toll roads
 US1 that goes up the east coast along the beach
the real back way..hwy 19, up thru Lake County , thru Starke (where the electric chair is  ::MonkeyTongue:: ) this way is more wooded and quiet.

it takes approx 2 hours to get to Jax from the Orlando area.

I was really looking forward to her pictures.  I hope nothing happened to them.

I am one who has thought this from the start.  I believe she made all those calls on her cell so it pinged so people went in the wrong direction then turned her Cell off so it didn't ping to bury Caylee. 

Weren't there a few hours there were no calls to her cell?  Or what if she left her phone somewhere so it did ping establishing an alibi.

MSE - when you consider that police are not looking for Caylee's body at all (From what I have seen anyway). And even with the new witness who places CASEY ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH A SHOVEL - There must be a reason for that.

Maybe the police view Caylee as non-recoverable. I sure don't think like that, but there must be a reason they are not looking around Orlando any longer.

To get the death penalty - you need the body. The State's Attorney knows that. They would need the exact cause of death.... you can't just speculate that Casey has deliberately killed her daughter when dealing with life and death...

So, Baez knows that too.

Casey could leave her cell phone at home and not be pinged.... or maybe George is the person that disposed of Caylee as I suggested initially...

whatever the reason - I'm starting to think Caylee is not around Orlando and is north, on the way to Jacksonville.

It would be bad (for Caylee) if we are underestimating Casey. Perhaps she (or her helper) was smart enough not leave a trail of cellphone pings to the real location of Caylee. Now, it is possible that she is not that smart and she has just gotten "lucky" so far.

Good morning everyone.  I have been gone for a few days.  I just started reading the last few pages about cell phones, pings, cheap disposable phones.

A few months ago my girlfriend dropped her cell phone in the pool so i told her i would pop into verizon and pick her up a disposable phone so she would have a phone for a few days til she got a new one.
The guy at the verizon store told me there is no such thing as a disposable or cheap phone in the U.S.  He said they are sold overseas, but not here, maybe because of 9/11. 
Sooooo, i don't think Casey bought a "disposable" phone.

There are a few older...Only one 22 years old from Orlando.

That only tells me that she knows about a SIM card.. and most of us that have a GSM phone (phone requiring a SIM), know about the SIM cards, what they are for, etc. I consider myself tech savvy and I own probably 6 cell phones, my latest being an iphone (love it!!) but yet I only have 1 SIM card. I switch them out anytime I feel the need for a different phone, like if I'm going to the beach, I'm not going to risk getting sand in my iphone. So most of the younger generation or those of us addicted to cellphones, know about a SIM, what's saved to them such as contacts and what's not, such as texts, pics, etc. It doesn't take a genius, and a genius she is not. IMO

He misled you. Phone stores such as Verizon, Tmobile, ATT, etc do not sell them. But you can purchase a prepaid phone at any convenient store for about 19.99

Caylee is out there somewhere, and even though the State's Attorney is holding all the cards, they are not holding the key to the death penalty. They DO know that. So, it's just a bargaining chip. And you really can't bargain with something you do not actually have. So, you have a stale mate.

Casey has no motive to talk. The worst fate she is looking at is life with no parole... that in itself would get most people talking, but not Casey.

I never expected Casey to speak when she was indicted and on her way back to jail. She simply has no motive.

Casey believes that she will somehow get off on the "circumstantial" / forensics evidence.

That will show Caylee is dead - but how? Casey is unshakable. To shake Casey the State needs the body and Casey seems very confidant that Caylee will not be found. Her confidence occurred BECAUSE LEONARD PADILLA GOT HER OUT OF JAIL AND SHE WAS ABLE TO SHE EVERYTHING ON TV EVERY NIGHT.

Casey knew exactly what was happening. LP did no one any favors.

Had Casey remained in jail - she would certainly have less knowledge of what was taking place.

As the searchers have failed to find Caylee - Casey becomes more confidant. She KNOWS WHERE THEY ARE LOOKING. She sees it on TV and on the internet.

She knows if they are near the body or not.

Or she is totally clueless and George / Lee is the person with all the knowledge.

Rob I agree with some of what you are saying, however, I do not think Casey is becoming more confident, and in fact I think that the reason she got Baez to ask for permission for her to search "places of interest in private" is indeed because she knows the heat is on and that Caylee is going to be found.  I believe she wanted to move that body !!

I checked myself yesterday & my opinion that the group of the A's have known about Caylee being deceased for a far longer period than that day of 7/15/08.  After reading again document dump #1,  the 2 911 transcripts, the written statements given by KC, CA, GA & LA, the typed initial OCSO incident report order of OCSO actions there is but ONE sentence about the horrendous odor contained within the Pontiac, which of course was contained within the 2nd 911 transcript.  The first 911 transcript has the POSSIBLE MISSING CHILD statement by CA. 

In the written statements by KC, CA, GA & LA there is not one reference to the horrendous odor contained within the Pontiac, BUT the Pontiac being stored at the towyard & being picked up that day was mentioned in the written statements & the face to face with OCSO 7/15, that's IT.  Not one mention of the decomposition odor.

The Pontiac being in the garage is written off, GA finding CA in the garage when he arrived back at Hopespring from working his shift,  GA's call to LA asking him to check on his Mom,  yep all those details were contained in the written statements, but an odor that is explained by all who have ever personally experienced that particular odor's presence describing it as never being able to be forgotten & never mistaking what it's presence means, nope that is not addressed by any of the A clan being so concerned about an almost 3 yr old child whose whereabouts are alledgedly unknown.

There is no way that I find that understandable never mind logical.  I remain convinced that the sole purpose of the 911 calls were to report a totally false kidnapping story that was anticipated by it's creator's to become the sensational story of 2008 & put all their financial concerns in the past history file along with any loyalty to a sweet innocent child - file it "we'd be fools to pass this opportunity up to cash in on the family member victim lottery!!!!  Warped & depraved, imo.

 Rob,I believe you are correct..I have always believed Casey was in cahoots with many LE people and I feel sure at one time or another,she asked certain questions to them about getting rid of a body in a way as to not raise any flags.I know the trip I took two weeks ago to Pananma City Beach in Florida convinced me of this.The small back roads,pine trees,desolate areas,bodies of swamp waters,and the miles and miles of nowhere land so to speak.I couldn't help but to think to myself."I could so get rid of a body" and I don't even have a criminal mind...I personally don't think Caylee will ever be found but I do believe Casey will be convicted of her demise.We had a big trial here in Tn.I was called for jury duty but thankfully was not chosen.The guy was convicted and got 56 years.It was really a big deal.The trial was in Nashville but they came here to Chattanooga to get the jury.The amount of people they called was massive.I waited 7 hours only to have them finally come in and dismiss us saying they had enough.Here is a link.

My daughter is also in the younger generation & she is always glued to her phone & always texting. I don't know ANYTHING about cellphones, I have one but I don't even carry it. My husband always has his with him & I'm usually with him when we're out. I have trouble turning mine on & off much less texting, etc.  ::MonkeyWaa:: it was mentioned by Mike Brooks on NG recently that LE was looking into other calls that matched Casey's pings by experts but he would'nt give specifics. I thought she was a dummy too. But she has more then a family of liars protecting her. She had 30-31 days to plan whatever happened to Caylee's body... just about everyone here could plan something in that time frame.

Avoiding the death penalty is a terrific motivating factor for anyone.

I started this thread because I have seen a lot of questions raised about the person that visited Casey in jail – Patrick Bou******. Many felt his visit might be important. I wanted to share what I had discovered and let everyone discuss why he visited Casey and see if you can help me make sense of what I found.

Patrick visited Casey in jail and she didn’t seem to recognize the name or the person. She played along, but the sound of her voice said she didn’t have any idea who he was or why he was there. Patrick seemed to realize this and mentioned Liberty Middle School and Colonial High School – along with the fact that he hung around with a Mike W. This name seemed to jog Casey’s memory and I think she started to realize who this guy was. If you listen carefully after he hangs up, you can hear Casey say something like “NOW I know who this kid is!”. http://blogs.discovery.com/cri.....-case.html

Mike W. can be found on the Colonial High School website under the alumni list for 2004 – along with Casey Anthony. He was apparently someone Casey was familiar with in high school. http://www.colonialhigh.ocps.net/alumni/2004.htm . I also believe Patrick Bou******. was in the same class, only under the name Daniel Bri**. I have found connections between the two. Here is what I found:

I checked on Classmates.com and found a listing for a Daniel Bri**. that attended Colonial High School – Class of 2004. This same profile stated that Daniel Bri**. attended Boone High School – Class of 2004 – but under the name Patrick Bou****** (the name used at the jail). Confirming this, I found that the Boone High school website also lists a Patrick Bou******. as an alumni – Class of 2004. http://www.boonebraves.ocps.ne.....php?d=2000.

Patrick has a Facebook page which mentions Casey and the Anthony’s. Among his friends is a Jazmin E. who is also in the same Colonial High School alumni list for 1004 as Casey, Daniel and Mike. He also lists “Fran Bou******.” as a friend – and since they share the same last name, I believe this to be his mother. This is may be supported by the fact that I found a listing on http://www.whitpages.com for a Francine Bri** – who apparently once worked at Boone High School where Patrick was listed as an alumni!

So in summary, I think his name used to be the name he used at the jail, and it was then changed to the name on the Colonial HS roster – probably based on the marital status of his mother. Why the change in first names, and why he switched back to the other name is still a mystery. But there is a man in Florida that carries the name he used at the jail and he runs a fishing business in Florida. So perhaps he changed it back for that reason.

On the Classmates.com site - there are other names used by Daniel in his profile. These other names have other profiles as well. Under these other names, the bio info is the same as what he provides under the Daniel name. So they were set up by the same person…but the dates of graduation, etc. don’t match. I was not able to find alumni lists for the schools listed under these other names to verify them. You will have to find these other names yourself, as I have not been allowed to list them here. Just look at the Daniel Bri**. profile and search the name he used at Wapahani High School, and go from there.

I am sorry I was so long-winded, but this was really confusing…and very hard to communicate to others! Especially since my original post was edited and I can’t use full names - you can’t use just last initials because they are the same…but the full name is not! So pardon my second edit - but I thought it necessary to make my original post make sense again. (Mods - if I still have too much info….please edit accordingly.)

I really don’t think this guy had any real agenda for going to see Casey other than to inject himself in the case. She didn’t even seem to know who he was until the very end, and seemed quite “peeved” that he was there wasting her time. So I don’t think his visit was very important to the case. In any case,I would love to get others feedback on what they think.

Love you Altruist! I truly believe that the entire A fam. knew what kind of evil individual Casey was & the longer they did not see Caylee the more terrified they got. The smell of the car that day just sealed it for them, they knew Caylee was gone. They are all still in denial & believing what ever fantastic story Casey has thought up for now, including Baez! I'm just real sure that when we all hear Casey's version, that we'll all just sit back & say "well, now we understand".  ::MonkeyNoNo:: Baez looks & sounds like an idiot!! My thoughts...We know that Caylee was in the trunk of her mom's car for quite some time.  This makes me think that KC didn't know what to do with the body after she killed her, or she was waiting for something or someone to help her.  KC knew she couldn't keep the body in there forever, so why wait to dispose of it?  There must have been a reason why kept Caylee's precious little body in there for so long.  Then was all this really premeditated? Just some of the things running thru my head this am.

in my opinion, there was never any intention to search anywhere. That was for public consumption and to enter on the record in the sentencing phase.

They are still available. They are right at the check out at one of my local stores.. saw them just yesterday. Of course the phone stores wouldn't want you to know that so you'll spend big bucks buying a new phone ASAP when something happens to yours like in the case of your gf.

 Awhile back, a guy posted pics of his car interior on another site & the pics were brought ove here. That was the first time I had actually seen what the inside of Casey's car looked like. In the trunk there is a large round lid that you remove for the spare tire area. I believe that Caylee was carried around inside that area with the lid on. That would have given Casey even more confidence driving around with her in the trunk, that even if the trunk was opened, you couldn't see anything unless you opened that lid! Until she could no longer stand the smell! I also believe that LE found evidence inside that spare tire area, there's no carpet there, only metal.

Monkeys - would it be more difficult, hypothetically, to pass someone else's check at say a gas station or a small store than at say Target or Wal-Mart?

So perhaps Caylee's little body WAS in that compartment when George went to get the tool out of Casey's trunk and she pulled out the gas cans. I've always doubted that Caylee was just laying in the trunk in the open on the 24th when she went back to the house.

I would say probably about the same. In one sense it would be harder at the bigger stores because they have the cameras.. but at a smaller store, they are more likely to inspect the signature against the ID.

I know there is a lot of information that LE is not releasing.  I wonder if LE has checked the dumpster by sawgrass aprts. for forensics/DNA, etc.
