Gabriel Johnson #2 1/15/10 - 1/27/10

Dec 17 was a Thursday.  EJ was to have Gabriel from Wed - Sunday.  Tammi saying EJ called her on the 18th so Gabriel could see Logan makes no sense as Logan was not to have visitation till Dec 20th.  EJ could have taken off the day after court to make sure she was out of town and far away by the 20th .

The text she sent to Logan, isn't that an admission she knew where EJ was? Was she going to send a magic fax? Didn't she say at one point she didn't know and thought the baby was with Logan that weekend and she was surprised by it all?

This is a Cliffhanger...almost, like The Fugitive, TV series. TS, must be annoyed, or at shaken in her boot's at the thought
of Logan's search to fine the real truth. I hope Logan is bringing along family member's in his search, just to keep the women away, he is a Hunk. 

I hope Logan has and gets some good information - there is so little being released about this case from LE - I hope it is because they have something but without any kind of inkling as to what is going on it sure if frustrating - and I agree Logan is a very handsome kid!!   

I wish Mark Fuhrman would assist with this investigation, he is handsome, too!

I just don't understand why the cops didn't do something when EJ reported that Logan had kidnapped Gabriel, then found him at the Smith's. I feel like if they had done a better job of checking into matters Gabriel would be safe today. And We all know now that the papers that Tammi had were not official documents, the cops surely should have noticed that.

I just don't understand why the cops didn't do something when EJ reported that Logan had kidnapped Gabriel, then found him at the Smith's. I feel like if they had done a better job of checking into matters Gabriel would be safe today. And We all know now that the papers that Tammi had were not official documents, the cops surely should have noticed that.

Cops will NOT get into custody battles unless you have a court order and it is being disobeyed.

Good grief, this absolutely makes me sick.  Praying to God is holy.  To use prayer to make oneself look better . . . well, I won't get on that soap box.  Careful Tammi, calling on God will get an answer, but you may not like it, it's not a game and He will make sure you understand that.

Yes but EJ had reported him kidnapped.....She lied to the cops, around here if you file a false report to LE your butt goes to jail. I am sure Tammi probably flashed those papers saying we have guardianship . They were fakes. That should have someone's butt in the jailhouse that night

or it could be 19th. there may be a faint "1" before the "9" - but considering the 19th was after the the incident with EJ reporting him missing when he was with the Smiths - i still think its the 9th

First off if she were that holy of a person she would not be a liar. lies do not = God it's that simple

I don't believe she really got a phone call from EJ on Friday. She is just covering because she probably has been advised of being charged with co conspiracyHer defense will be, EJ set me up to take the fall with her. Everything she has done and said so far in my opinion is to cover her sorry hinny.
