Well, I wanna know if Baez says that Caylee never was missing and Casey knew it,why shouldn't she be liable for the money it has cost to search for Caylee, investigate and prosecute this case? Kinda like the runaway bride????

I have wondered about that myself. I asked my brother and he said he could be held accountable "IF" they could prove he knew it but that might be the problem unless there were some videos of him talking about an accident while it was occurring or before she was found.

Well, what about Casey? They made the runaway bride do community service for restitution.... she would have a hell of alot of restitution...
BTW...kinda wondered if that was a stupid question...glad to know I wasn't the only one who had that thought....

That is a very good question! They should make her fork out for it. Same as the bride and oh, that family that pretended they had a child in danger... I forget their names... anyone remember that? The balloon boy?

I think his payment is contingent on them winning the trial. That's how my defense attorney friends operate. If Casey is convicted, he's out a lot of money and the Anthonys don't owe him anything (I think)...you can make good money as a defense attorney, but it's always a gamble.

The A's don't owe Baez any money at all.  KC was an adult of 22 yrs. when "KC" retained Baez.  George tried to talk her out of it; told her she could get a better attorney.

KC has filed for and been declared indigent...the taxpayers of the State of Florida pay Baez, et.al., a "portion" of their fees.

Yup...that's kc. Her sick perspective though is, it is because her life is on the line that she does crap like that. I think she's starting to realize she really is sunk and it's just a matter of time now. I think it's finally dawning on her that she's not getting out of this.

Then again the bird could be for JP... I wonder how much it irks her when he says things like we have to remember the jury are not widgets and are sequestered and we have to think of their comfort. I bet that chaps her somethin' fierce!

I don't think they had ALL the pictures shown posted because one of the news outlets had more, so it could be they showed that if 3 pieces were used. I don't know but it looks pretty real.

They used one piece.  Jeff made a point of it - that just one piece is enough to put over the nose and mouth areas.  Answer was: Yes.

I realize the photo on Facebook is not one of the ones CayleeDaily has posted.  I'm still not 100% certain that it isn't "real".  Even if it's not it is a good depiction of what may have happened.

   Either way they both are very disturbing.  FWIW I think the one in FB is much better.

Looking at the recreation of the skeletal remains, it looks as if there are only a few pieces of the phalanges and the right foot not recovered. The one thing I did not see though was the pelvic bone. I will have to read the autopsy to see if they didn't find that.

Geraldo blows whichever way he thinks the wind is blowing at the time... slut that he is. If it will keep his face or name included to be heard and seen, he'll tag along with anything. I noticed after that first day of seeing his hairy face in the gallery, he disappeared and I saw him no more. Anyone else see him in the gallery after that first day? Then to get people to watch his show it was trying to shock people who don't follow the case closely enough with claims of not being read her miranda rights...just to increase his viewers. I think I like Nancy Grace more and that's not saying much. I do enjoy hearing her give baez he!! like she does... along with "tot mom"!
