Hi Monkeys,

I apologize for the question I am about to pose. My husband lost his job in January, so my opportunities to be here have been limited due to more pressure on me being the breadwinner. I don't get much time to be here so as fast as you all work, I can't read everything. I tried to do a search for timer55 and it kept saying no result, so I am frustrated, because I know there was discussion regarding that since Lee's deposition.

So I hate being redundant in bringing up things already discussed, and I am sorry.

1. I see it, as her explanation for erasing all of the information from April to July.
2. I see that timer55 was more a countdown for herself. She had been keeping her daughter from her family, but she knew there was no way she could get away with any excuse for not having her daughter at home for her birthday! So she had to explain away that connection AND the erased postings (which must be incriminating for her to delete)
3. Even though she deleted all of that information, I know so much information we believe is erased really isn't. We have seen information from everyone's myspace, and facebook retrieved from people's computers, but I have to believe that both myspace and facebook were subpoenaed for information kept, and I would have to believe that although users delete things, their databases still have the information?
4. Do they have a date for when the password was changed?  I believe that would have to be significant

Was information from these two sites retrieved?

I do know for a fact that someone changing a password...records of that are kept, so that alone would prove that it was from a computer Casey had access to.

The whole deposition made me ill, but the fact that he purposely put the whole password thing in, an attempt to help her with her story made me the most ill. Especially when once again Jesse Grund's name was thrown in.

Again, I know this was addressed, and my apologies, but with all my search efforts I couldn't find it. Even if someone pointed me to those posts it would be appreciated.

Another Motion Hearing Set In Casey Anthony Case

In the first motion, Baez is looking to get a copy of all forensic evidence collected and reports regarding his client's case, including evidence from her car and other trace evidence specimens.
In the second motion, Baez is looking for copies of evidence found during the search of Casey's ex-boyfriend Ricardo Morales' computer.
Morales apparently posted a picture of a woman on MySpace with the quote "Win her over with chloroform."
Other motions include one to block the state from releasing George Anthony's suicide note, along with other documents from the case set to become public in a few weeks.
The hearing for the motions is set for Thursday, March 12 at 3:30 p.m.

I have a question on Casey's new attorney.  His specialty is accidents?  What type of accidents are being referred to here?  Are we talking "Oops she slipped under the water in the pool and drowned when I wasn't watching?"  Or are we talking, "Oops, I backed over her with my vehicle?" 

Does anyone have any thoughts?  Seems to me these are very different things and I'm curious what everyone thinks.

His speciality has included plane and car accident reconstruction...insert eye roll here.   No, this egomaniac is jumping on the bandwagon because its the so-called "trial of this century"   What is he going to reconstruct the trunk of her car to prove a theory that Casey really only had just visited the meat market & brought home a side of beef but lost her receipt of sale?   Is he going to reconstruct the suburban woods all with pretty flowers & fairies dancing while ignoring that the skull has proof of how long it was there or the items found with Caylee's remains...come on now      See how easy it is to concoct a story?

I am just trying to understand what type of accident he is going to try to reconstruct.  Because there was no traumatic injury to the bones, I could not see that he could say she backed over her.  But a drowning type accident does not seem to be his specialty.  He seems to be good at what he does.  I just can't figure out how he fits in. It could be because it is the "trial of the century", but I would think he would be very leery, if he is good, of being involved with JB. 

Well could be he is gonna attack the ability to reconstruct the crime scene, remember JB wanted his team to be part of the crime scene investigation prior to it being known to be Caylee.  I think his job is to use his technical expertise to punch holes in procedure and lay a foundation of doubts through his obviously notorious ability cross examining witnesses.  I am sure he has experts in his arsenal to bring in to.

Well its obvious Casey's defense is totally preoccupied with knocking down procedure, finding flaws in investigative work & pointing fingers of blame & foul while whining for sanctions...one has to wonder when you have a team of attorneys heck bent on attacking LE & questioning procedure as opposed to finding exonerating evidence for their client the adamantly claim is innocent.   How they go about this deseperate defense could be considered brilliant if done well, on the other hand it seems pretty transparent at the moment what they are doing.

Yes and was just listening to Prime - HLN and the very valid point that has me wanting to toss my dinner is - as much as we know, there are holes we can't and might never answer.  Such as:  EXACTLY what was the CAUSE of death ----- even if the duct tape was placed on before or after the death.  ALL this being crucial to get a DP verdict, but alas critical in the room for the defense to "rip it apart".  As much as we all know in our hearts what happened and by who - it does keep me up at night knowing there are holes that can be a foundation to rip apart the known.  I do pray some of those critical holes are sealed by the time of trial.

WKMG-Channel 6 will offer an exclusive interview with Todd Macaluso, Casey Anthony's new attorney, at 11 tonight.

"From a total investigation of this case, I've concluded she's innocent," Macaluso tells reporter Adam Longo. "I've concluded that she is innocent," Macaluso repeats.

Well he can repeat that 1000 times daily,  I hope he has fun saying it until he's blue in the face.    O Okay "Mosesaluso"  BECAUSE YOU SAY IT, MUST BE SO   

O and One little thing sir...you have not had an opportunity to see ALL the discovery so you could not have performed a "total investigation."     CHECKMATE! 

Macaluso describes himself as an expert on technical matters and also tells Longo: "The prosecution has no evidence in this case. The only evidence in this case that is called evidence is information that's been leaked out to the public by sources close to the investigation, by sources involved in the investigation. And there's been a lot of misinformation."

Casey Anthony is accused of the first-degree murder of her daughter Caylee.

Anchor Jacqueline London called Macaluso "this California power attorney" and hinted that some of the defense team's strategy "between now and the trial just might knock you off your couch."

In the note, George Anthony talks about wanting to buy a gun to teach Casey's friends a lesson, defends Casey's innocence and says Cindy deserves a better husband, Mike DeForest reported. His attorney says George is still frail after the ordeal, DeForest said.

I just re-read the post by Desi where she explains the possible connection with Sponge Bob and the Pearl character.....It is odd considering how George made such a deal about Sponge Bob at the memorial....the way this family goes in for 'code' and 'secret' messages, I wonder if the 'dress-up' of Caylee as Pearl might have been a jab at George....Casey could have been expressing her jealousy that Caylee had taken away his affections...?

They all seem to do this 'gotcha', one upsmanship with one another....like Cindy sending that gray jacket that was too small for Casey to wear at the other hearing....( someone even suggested that it was the mate to the gray slacks that Casey wore when she killed Caylee....and a little message from Cindy?)

What a joy living in that house must have been!

WOW I didn't know Cindy sent that jacket. I thought the jail just got it out of lost and found. I thought KC wore the pinstripe pants in the JB press conference before she went to jail.

Well they can try but it doesnt explain why she looked up how to make it as well as the neck breaking & household weapons as far back as MARCH, she started dating Ricardo in April 2008, reduced him to a friends with benefits & then took up with Tony the end of May

Motion by Conway re the letter by George:  He acknowledges it might have value to case (in point 7) and is asking if that is the basis for it being included that it be delayed till a later date.  Trial I guess - and he is hoping that a motion at trial will get it tossed out, is my guess.

Obviously an attempt at two things :   burden the prosecution with document production and to find any hole possible to dispel the results.
