Paulus van der Sloot's June 23 statement:

To your question if I tell you all the things I did on that
Monday the 30th of May 2005, I can state the following. I went to work.
The exact time I cannot remember but I think it was approximately
08.00 hours. I can also remember that around 10.00 hours I went
to the C.M.B. bank. There were long cues at the bank so I left without
having made any transaction and went back to work.

I left my workplace at approximately 15.00 hours. I arrived at the bank at approximately 15.30. I had gone to the C.M.B. bank that is situated in Noord.

To your question whether I went to the bank without stopping
or going anywhere else, I can state the following. I at least cannot
remember having been anywhere else. I think I went directly to the bank.
At the bank I talked to Ruth DIJKHOFF. At the bank I deposited the
money that Joran said that he had won in the “Free Tournament in
the Holiday Inn” on the 29th of May 2005. It was approximately
500 Aruban guilders. Joran had given me 100 guilders because he
had taken over my place in the tournament.

Why is Paulus so insistent on depositing this money?

This is a bit OT, but has anyone else downloaded that annoying IE 7?  It doesn't have a refresh button on the toolbar now, so I have to right-click and get the pop up menu to refresh my screen and see if there are new posts.  Very annoying...

Hello all you beautiful monkeys!  It's good to be posting here again.

Very interesting info about Ruth Ditjitkof dying the day before Rene Heyningen.  Very suspicious - how many people have been killed to keep their yaps shut?

Ruth, Rene, Pitbull, Robert Benson?

Now back to my bed for me!

Leslie:  From my friend in Aruba about Ruth Dijkhoff...

It would be difficult to find out.. Since I do not know her, it is not something I could ask around the reason of her death.. If on the announcement it says that a donation box will be at the funeral on behalf of Koningin Willemina Fonds or Edmond Harms foundation it is cause she had cancer... If someone was murdered I would have known it.

Thank you Florida!  Finally I get a hit googling with that info.  So, if she had cancer could she have been well enough to be at the bank on May 30, 2005?

I can't find it now, but as for lying, the more little details in the PV's, the more chance they are lying about stuff. The details are there to convince you they are telling the truth. Like in Deepak's when he goes into great detail about what how loud the radio is.

I turned off my automatic upgrade and was told by #1 son not to do it.

Remember when he talked about how loud the radio was, he also mentioned that he had a splitting headache?  How many people crank the volume up on the radio when their head is pounding?  Not me.

Florida - could you please clarify before this goes any further.  Is the reference to cancer an example, having nothing to do with Ruth Dijkhoff?  TIA

The "refresh" on IE7 is right next to the web address bar up at the very top.  To the right of the web url.

Thanks, that's what I thought.  So your friend doesn't know and really has no way to easily find out.

A dough extractor ? Could I use that on my bum ?

Seeing as how I just spent the last hour unclogging the toilet (no, not Aruba), I figure I am now an expert at suctioning out items. I'll be on hand to extricate nonesy, if need be. Any other takers?

I tried to research at those websites on the cancer fund, but was unable to find a list of benefactor/donor/recipients, etc.

This is the grey area...if it was a free tournament, which could be no $ exchanged, but I may be inexperienced in gambling sessions.  If Joran has stated that he played until he lost and then went to the BlackJack tables, then, where did this 100 florins come from?  Maybe I am just not with the program.
