I think the late july or early august was on the state's filing yesterday they will appear in court to give JP their cost in return at that point Mason will then argue for the killer. And then JP will set a court date for those hearings, in mean time she will have to give a recorded statement to Zenida's lawyer. And go to court in Oct.
i thought no matter on good behavior or not you still had to spend 85% of sentencing they didnt give my brother but 1 day for good behavior in a month's time

Not sure if it's different in different states.  Cuz when two of my sons went into 'stupid mode' and landed themselves in the state prison here in Nebraska, they each got 1 day off their sentences for every 1 day of good behavior.  Ended up doing 18 months each on a 36 month sentence. 

It isnt like that here in N Carolina you have to spend 85% of your sentence so if she got 4 yrs she should have to spend 3.4 months after her other sentence ended wishful thinking huh

Am thinking doing no less than 85% of a sentence is way more fair.  Feels weird to write that, considering my own sons did 50% of theirs.  Just seems that getting that much time off for 'good behavior' during a sentence is kind of defeating the purpose.  Guess in this case, when it comes down to days/weeks for Casey getting out.... rather than months/years.... it REALLY seems to be defeating the purpose.  IMO.

No one was allowed to express any emotion or approval or disapprovel in the courtroom EXCEPT for the Defense Team that was allowed to assign a person full time, each and every day, to console, pet, empathize with and generally display all manner of support and comfort to the Defendant.

Remember Casey was directly in front of the jury so they couldn't miss this routine.

Day after day, this was allowed.  I don't think I have ever seen this in court before, the incessennt displays of support.  Maybe some of you who have followed more cases than I have have witnessed this.

I think it was just wrong to allow only this one display and to allow it in limitless amounts before the jury dauly.

To me it was discusting. 

The jury had to sympathize with her with everyone touchy feely.  It pissed me off the judge didn't acknowledge this and put his foot down on this issue.

OC jail policy is 5 days/month gain time. BUT, that's for trustees, which KC isn't qualified b/c of her being in protective custody. The expert on HLN calculated according to OC rules and says KC might be in jail til Christmas.

IMO.   

Casey might be able to 'get help' for her problems, if she's ever held accountable for her actions.  Jury setting her free just enables her behavior to continue continue continue.  All that Casey will have learned, IMO, is that her "living a life of dishonesty" was/is the way to riches and fame.
