I think all Cindy would have to say regarding any previous testimony under oath that is now inconsistent is that I truly believed my daughter and any explanation beside her killing Caylee made more sense to me than her being a killer.  I couldn't accept she had anything to do with it and now I am being objective about things.

All the A's talk too much.  Cindy just had to say she removed the toothbrush, but no, she had to elaborate.  It's annoying to me.

won't the jury be able to tell that Casey is not really crying even though she keeps trying to wipe away imaginary tears? I sure hope so

How can the slore just sit there and allow this to continue?

Because she is a "spiteful biatch".

Okay, warn a girl?  Now I have to clean my computer screen!

I'm glad it was brought out they took the battery out of the car - that shows how distrustful they were at that point of her.

Yes, as a juror and a mom, I could believe that.

Exactly.  I don't know why Linda lets her ramble on.  Most questions are yes or no.

Plus she isn't sobbing.  You can tell how hard it is for Cindy not to when talking or hearing about Caylee.  Casey should be sobbing.

Looks like they just let that go. Humm. Why do I keep feeling like the state misses opportunities?

Cindy: I did tell co-corkers that the car smelled like something died in the car.

She tried to reach KC from work and upon returning home. Eventually, she goes through KC's purse and tried to call Amy. She reached Amy and made arrangements to meet her at the mall.
