I think I have spent enough time here today.  Well, for several days.  I am kinda with leroy.  I think I need a break.  This is just too much.  It is making me sick and I don't think a little vicks on my feet will help with this kinda pain.  Wow.

Hi A-1...just wanted to say hi quick since I know you're in and out quick being an a foreign country and all...I don't think Leroy will be gone too long, she just needed a break..
I hope not anyway..Boo will be heart broken if she doesn't come back..being so close for all this time

Actually, this is a true story and the accident happened in Orange County, Calif., not far from where I live.  I have seen the photos. 

I'm not saying it's impossible that there is a photo of Caylee, I just think with the publicity of this case any photo of Caylee's remains would worth money to someone (Globe or NE).

In the case of Nikki Catsouras, it was photos of a horrible accident but when first shown they may not have even known the persons name.

Why would the police let that get out?  And the media.  That is awful.  I am so sad I want to go be with my kids.  This is horrible.

Was probably photos taken by a passing motorist or bystander.  Police wouldn't even know it was "getting out".

You could be right but I saw some of the photos too myself and I can't imagine anyone getting near .. close enough other than LE to have such photos .. without being Bodily Slammed by LE get away from the scene ....... jmo.

The only reason why I brought up Nikki is because even at the expense of the Parents Souls being ripped out after their daughters death these photo's went wild over the net ...
and I know as well as *Monkey's know* there are people sitting in corners plunking away trying to find or break into the Sealed server to get at the Crime Scene photo's and of Caylee's sigh remains ... They should Never Ever have released that Info to the public that her photos were going to be within availability upon a server ... because just as We Monkey's have been striving for Caylee's Justice ...there are people out there who are willing to and will attempt to break in and gain access to those photo's. They are probably cracking away as we are right here ... now.

And it could even be a Profitable ending for such sleaze bags as Baez and D.Casey - they could give bits of code to a Fool - that would make no sense to anyone but a code breaker and just say - YOU never spoke to me ... and they Baez/Casey would find compensation after the fact ..when the photo's break loose ... and never be trailed to it. Because all they did was offer just enough but not enough ...

I do not Trust not One person that is involved within any of this - before, during and or after Trial

I thought snakes were drawn to cadavers because of the small animals that often went for a dead body.  The snake would kind of lie in waiting.  This is all so gruesome.  And yet Casey apparently put her daughter there and did not think twice about it.

I believe you have a point there. Maybe the snake at one of the small animals that fed upon the cadaver, and died as a result of what it's prey had consumed. Ugh!!

snakes dont eat anything thats already dead. if it ate a small animal that was still alive why wouldnt the amount of poison have killed the much lighter small animal than a larger heavier snake?

  Maybe the snake swallowed the critter before it had time to die. And the snake who stuck around trying to digest this thing, then died!

ok this is too disgusting. ill just say for various reasons i think this isabsolutely impossible. sorry for even pursuing it everyone. *shudders*

The Anthony's attorney said that he had worked it out w/ the sheriff's department that they would contact him and he would notify the Anthony's regarding the remains.

I'm not sure if I understood that correctly.  Did anyone understand whether he was saying that was something that had been worked out prior to Caylee being discovered, in case, she was discovered.  Or was he saying that they contacted him b/c they were in flight and he wanted to tell them.

If that was something worked out prior to even finding the body, that is interesting.  It sounds like they really were not having contact w/ LE if that was the case.  Exactly how long had Conway been representing them before Caylee was found?
