I have been told that chloroform will settle into the lower areas....this comes from someone that works with the stuff in a lab.  I was told they teach you to remain with your head about the spill in order to not inhale any of it...that per a person that has a degree in chemistry and uses this stuff quite often in their work.

I recall Dr. Baden saying that chloroform was heavier than air and settled to the bottom and displaces the air. That if Cayle was laying in the trunk and there was chlorform spilled in the trunk, then the air would have been displaced and there would be no air for Caylee to breath.  Most people would not know that scientific fact.  Caylee would have died and if you did not know about the chemicals, Casey could (in her tortured mind) have said she "has no idea what's happened to Caylee".  I think we've even heard words to that effect in her telephone conversation with Cindy.

So last night on NG they said a new twist was Jesse or Jesus, the alleged father was on his way to Caylee's birthday party when he was killed ( in may of 07 ).  We all know Caylee's birthday is in August and that was bull.  But NG said it was a new lie.  I could have swore I had heard that he was on his way to the B-day party when this case first broke.  Anyone else remember that?

I do remember that. I think it was in a interview with one of the guys that lived with Casey. They said that she told everyone that Caylee's father died on his way to Caylee's 1st bday party.

Just another lie. I reallllly want to know who the father of Caylee is. That baby needs some family on HER side.
