Angie~ I dunno what happened with that email that you got, but my guess is that it was designed to drive you away. Don't let it happen, chicky!

GEL, he was a good lookin' young man, wasn't he?  Last I heard of Patrick Swayze, he was drunk and trying to pilot a plane over AZ.  Too bad they have to grow up, huh?

BTW, at what point in the investigation has a cellphone call to or from K2 home ever entered into the discussion? There were COMPUTER communications, but we know nothing about any cell calls. David Kock is lying here.

They would be looking at the area between the hotels and VDS home, or around FHuts, or around the lighthouse area, if cellphone calls and their placements were really an issue. They know exactly where Deepak's PC was on that night. What is there to investigate?

hmmm.... maybe they were there and turned on a computer and then either tried to send an sms from the computer to a cell phone or vice versa to verify what happens and how it registers in the records of each?

Most important are the PV’s. The Defendants requested copies of the PV’s from the Kalpoes, Joran and other witnesses. The Kalpoes acknowledge that there are 44 such interviews of Deepak alone

Posted by MF at RU - I highlighted the interresting part (to me anyway Laughing )

So, since when a public official, a politician knows about an investigation just as much as the ones doing the investigation themselves?

Or the word of a reporter, local or not, knows more about the investigation than the group of the rechercheurs in this case?

Not even the current Police Chief is allowed to enter the office destined for the Dutch team at the police station, they even put new coded-lock door in.

AND you always seem to forget that the FBI and Dutch team then explained that after testing it was NOT blood... you always want to forget that in your misinformation.

The transmission characteristics part IS possible... I am thinking though that a lot could change in nearly 2 years. They could have different providers of service, for example, or the cell service could have changed tower locations or any number of things. I don't think the addresses would stay as they were then.

Aw, does this mean Renfro (the jackass) can't get in, either?
