From what I can see about InstantAmber is you pay a membership fee (annual price is only $29.95/child) to upload personal information and photos and LE has access to this in an emergency.

Why would LE go looking at a private photobucket site when a person is missing?
I see nothing on the site about collection, storage and ownership of the personal data that you are paying to be there.  How is it being held secure so that no one can use it for identity theft?

This is also interesting from their faq:
Each child in your account will be automatically renewed for one year on the anniversary date of the child's enrollment. However, you can terminate your subscription at any time before the anniversary date of an enrollment by emailing us at cancel@instantamber.com and requesting that your account be terminated. Please include your full name, address, requested date of termination and your reason for requesting termination. In the event that you terminate your subscription, you agree that neither you nor any third party, including law enforcement, shall have any right to access your terminated account. For your protection, InstantAmber shall make every reasonable effort to delete the data and photos entered into your account as soon as practicable.

Thank you sweety and Northern,I have no clue about the forum that stated that about the milstupids bankruptcy but do they have to provide links to the info to prove some things said?I have never seen that forum before.   

The house was to be auctioned off on June 25.  The milsteads filed Bankruptcy on June 23.  That is the only way the house sale was stopped - via the bankruptcy filing.  They owed $563,863.36 plus Mr Rosenbloom's attorney's fees.

I have not found anything on the bankruptcy being denied.

If anyone else want to search here is the legal land description as well as the address for the house.  I don't have time to hunt it down today.

Oh, now I get it. I was thinking back to my LE years.   

We have this in the community where we live. When there is an emergency of some kind, the township calls everyone.  I could understand a chemical company, and universities and such having this, but why would KFN need this technology???

All I know is if people like the Milstupids and the Ants showed up for a missing relative of mine, I would be swinging that baseball bat a lot quicker than Spindy did. 'nuff said.

I am NOT saying that Reverse 911 is the Reverse 911 that KFN has on their page.  I went to the Reverse 911 site and found:
