I think that Riccardo was nervous because he was around people he had never met before, he is probably an active drug user, there are cops present, and a child is missing.  Heck I would be nervous too, just as a regular person, now knowing that I was around an individual for an entire month while her child was missing, a child I had interacted with before, and this mother was out partying it up with me....Id be thinking "Holy hell they are going to think I was involved"...ya I would be nervous too with all my dirty laundrey about to be thrown about.

have to wonder how he ever made it. GA is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Brandi to answer your question, yes I am 99.9% possitive that if the tapes are to be used as direct active evidence in a trial the prosecution does not have to release those to the public prior to trial date.  That would be like asking a poker player to show their hand prior to my placing a bet.  That would violate their right to build a strong case, and I have to wonder why the press would even want to release something that could possibly end up hindering an outcome of a trial...did that make any sense??

I think Snopes' site basically states it's not that big of a deal... "All in all, that message doesn't really merit the dire warning to "SEND A COPY OF THIS TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS, And ask them to PASS IT ON IMMEDIATELY!"

I wrote WFTV, Fox35 and Local6 this morning to let them know that their reporting the Anthonys stating that they did not know they were being recorded is a boldface lie.  If they bothered to listen to the videos they would have heard what I did.   Right before Cindy was asked to fill out a questionnaire there is a thunderous static that occurs, the FBI special agent even states "its loud," it happens again a few minutes later.   The headline should have read "Anthonys caught in a lie"!   Im sick to death of the Anthony's and their few koolaid drinkers assuming that the general population are naive idiots that will buy their tall glass of BS!

The picture stunt is outrageous & I expressed concerns about that too.   Why hasnt the persons that took the photo of this minor child come forward publicly?   Why is it getting a pass that Michelle Bart stated they want the picture continuously published "until it came be ruled out" thats an admittance that they KNOW it is not Caylee.   Why arent the people responsible for this picture being questioned as to why they did not get LE to the mall or inform mall management that they may have a reported "missing child" in the mall?   Isn't it obvious that the person taking the photo was negligent in taking the photo but leaving the mall thinking that could have been a located child that was missing?   A HA!  It is downright irresponsible for all parties concerned to publish this picture of a minor considering there is a $250,000 reward out there & the safety of that child conceivably could be in jeopardy.   Ya know, the "RANTING ANTS" are always complaining about who has treated them unfairly or that everyone but them have mishandled this case but what are they doing here?  

Are we allowed to get information thru freedom of information to see if there was ever any child protective service calls placed?

I am not sure about everyone in Orlando, but down here in Naples we stay clear of anyone from Ohio as far as driving and parking goes.  They back into you and just leave you with a damaged car.  It happens so much down here, anyone will tell you, watch out for those people from Ohio.  (If it were not so very true, it would be funny)

Exactly what I was thinking Mary!  Also am wondering why he doesn't still have that job?  Once someone makes that level, I thought they kept it even if moving to another city or state, they just transfer.  Do we know when/why they moved to Florida?  Seems very odd that George would get to that level in the dept, then in another state work odd jobs and such.  Something sounds very hinky there....

That is incorrect under the State of Florida's unique liberal interpretation of the Sunshine Law.

In one of those FBI interviews CinCin said she made Georgie quit when they had Lee.  She didnt want to raise Lee alone since Georgie worked nights (WTF???)  It sounded fishy when she said it, and I still think it sounds fishy.  It also sounds fishy that any LE agency has a homicide unit unless its a metro area (small towns dont have enough murders to justify a homicide unit) and from what I remember they werent in a major area.  Nothing about Georgie as a cop pans out in my mind.

I do not buy the Anthony BS about not knowing they were being taped.  That is just ridiculous, outrageous, and LIES.  When has any bureau of law enforcement ever conducted an active investigation and questioning without recording for future use on the case? 
How can the A's possibly expect that any individual is going to buy that line of crap?  NaJame, LOL, way to get out early!

Yes thank God he didn't recognize Casey!  Whew!  He hesitated long enough tho over them, (to be sure I guess), which nearly gave me heart failure.  lol  He didn't go to very many clubs in Orlando tho, cuz his gf usually went with him when he did go, and Orlando is a bit far to drive just to go to a club.  They did go to Fusion once tho cuz they had heard it was supposed to be great there.  That's how he knew about it.  Said that they had decided not to go again cuz it turned out not to be so great after all.

The media requested discovery, it was granted under the Sunshine Law in Florida.   Even in the FBI interview of Cindy the agent makes reference to the Sunshine Law, its not always favorable that this information is at the privy of the public for either side.

My husband is from Ohio.. northern part.  (We're currently living in the central part of the state). He says the same stuff about people from Indiana.  Is the person a freak? It looks like there are exemptions from the release of information in the Sunshine law -- specifically

s. 119.071(2)(c)1., F.S., exempts active criminal intelligence information and active criminal investigative information from public inspection. To be exempt, the information must be both "active" and constitute either "criminal investigative" or "criminal intelligence" information.

IMO there is enough similarities between the child she is holding and Caylee to compare just as she is doing right now to someone else's child .... Yes, it looks like most of the time -- see below for exemptions

The only circumstances where criminal intelligence or investigative information can retain that status even though it has been made available to the defendant are:

      1) If the information would reveal the identity of a victim of a sexual offense or child abuse pursuant to s. 119.071(2)(h), F.S.; or

      2) If a court order has been issued finding that release of the information prior to trial would:

b) impair the ability of a state attorney to locate or prosecute a codefendant.

I would think that an ongoing murder trial with evidence of damning magnitude would be considered exempt, or one would not have to release the evidence unless it was specifically asked for by name. (IMO)

I agree Dolce, lies, lies, lies!  I didn't listen to the taped interviews, yet do remember from interviews I have heard that the interviewer typically starts out the tape by mentioning something about it being taped.  The person knows beforehand, they then state their name, etc.  They didn't do that in these interviews?

Leonard Padilla is returning to town. A donor has provided $50,000 to help the bounty hunter continue his search for Caylee Anthony.

That development was the main news this weekend in the Casey Anthony case. She is charged with first-degree murder in her toddler's disappearance.

"People might call him crazy, but bounty hunter Leonard Padilla says he's planning an exhaustive new search of the bottom of the Econ River in hopes of finding Caylee Anthony's remains," said Bob Kealing of WESH-Channel 2.

WFTV-Channel 9 reported that Padilla would not identify the donor.

Another Padilla search in Blanchard Park was a false alarm -- "a frenzy," WFTV called it -- that received exhaustive live TV coverage earlier this month. Kealing reported that Padilla has not taken a lie-detector test yet about that search. To WESH, Padilla repeated that he did not plant evidence in that unsuccessful search.

WKMG-Channel 6 and WFTV-Channel 9 looked again at George Anthony's interviews this summer with the FBI interrogators. Those tapes were released Friday and received extensive scrutiny that day.

The Anthony camp isn't saying a lot about George's eye-opening comments this summer. Then he said he had smelled what seemed like a decomposing body in Casey's car.

"We'll make a statement later this week," an Anthony family spokeswoman told WRDQ-Channel 27 (whose news is produced by sister station WFTV).

That comment came at a prayer vigil Sunday night, and WRDQ noted that it had kept "a respectful distance" from the Anthonys.

On Monday morning, WFTV promised to be at the Anthony home all morning to try to get a comment from the family.

The case moves to court Tuesday when a judge hears motions from Jose Baez, Casey's attorney, who seeks more evidence from the state.

Above is a link to Warren, Ohio newspaper article citing George Anthony's LE experience while living in Ohio.  He was a sheriff's deputy....that's all.  You would have to understand Trumbull County Ohio.  I doubt much was required to get hired in that department at that time other than knowing the right people.  Even his brother in law is unclear if he was actually a homicide detective.  ::MonkeyNoNo::

George quit the police force, to work for his father's car dealership. They didn't get along, so after awhile he opened his own car lot, which was not successful. I'm not sure what he did when they first moved to Orlando, or if he even worked. He was telling the FBI about knee surgery, and some kind of settlement.

The real truth of Cindy wanting George to leave his job as a deputy was because she wanted him to go into the car dealership business (income potentinal) because the rest of his family was doing rather well with it.  George even talks about going to work with his father & they had a falling out (according to her brother he omitted the part that George got so angry at his father that they had a physical altercation).  He then opened his own dealership but mismanaged it, which George spoke to in his FBI interview.  The working nights is ridiculous considering the night shifts he spoke of surrounding what happened to Caylee, up to including the evening of the 911 calls that he was returning home from work as late as after 10PM.

About the NE article:

It was said in the article something to the effect that the cadaver dog might be able to track where Caylee's body was taken next.  I thought there was a difference between cadaver dogs and tracking dogs?  Maybe some cadaver dogs can track as well?   ::MonkeyConfused::

I do know that tracking dogs can track a trail for a long way.  Remember in the Laci Peterson case, the tracking dog picked up her trail for a long stretch down the road/freeway! 

Am hoping that if what NE is reporting is true, that LE uses the cadaver dogs as well as tracking dogs, just to make sure if the dogs are able to lead them to the next possible resting site for Caylee.

If you go to that website it will give good info. I am not sure where the state of FL might differ but here is one of the exclusions.

   This is my first post but I have been reading for awhile now. I have come to appreciate this forum & its insightful posters. If Caylee's family cared for her a fraction as much as those who post here, she would be alive today. We may never learn all the details but we know  who is responsible for her death. KC may think she has gotten away with murder,but so did Scott Peterson ! Some actions have a way of being brought to light regardless of how well they seem to be hidden.This is especially true when children are involved.There will be justice for Caylee because God is, among other things ,a Just God.

For anyone interested, I found this very interesting reading, and it could be very "telling" if some of this is the reasons for Lee and Amy's information not being made "public". (Page 34)

I know I'm asking a lot...but if you listen to the last tape of Cindy with the FBI, they talk openly about how there are signs posted that recording are happening.  She says herself she is aware recording is going on.  It's towards the beginning of the tape but don't have the specific time/exact quote.  I'm still befuddled after listening to G & C continuously for the past several hours. 

I never said Hilbillies!  I just said "Ohio".  My Grandma lives in Ohio...but she still knows how they can be!

That is what I am finding too Pooky.  I think that this would speak volumes as to why Lee and Amy's info have not yet been released, if it is in fact based on this exemption part of the law.

I do not think so given that they are a Federal bureau, and both the defense and the prosecution are State bureaus.  This is from what I gather thus far.

There was a girl here in my store earlier this morning, we were mixing up some swatches for a design she liked.  I asked her for her name when she first came in and she said in a very southern drawl of a voice "Casey".  Everyone in here, my driver, and then the front of the store clerk turned and gave her a once over...I had to explain that they were not being rude, she just happens to have a name associated with an unfortunate situation.

Oh I know, I'm just jokin'!  I know having "homicide" on your resume doesn't hold a whole lot of weight unless your in Cleveland, Cincinnati, or other large metro area.

Yes they do.   The Anthonys were thru that process a few times before this FBI interview as well so them claiming ignorance to that little detail is ludacrious!   They gave recorded and written statements on 7/15-7/16, with OCSO, they talk, no correction complain,  in the press about the jail call and visits being recorded all the time

I'm had to take a break from the Cindy fbi tapes.  Oh man...I think I'm now on the last one that's been release.  I don't know what goes on in Florida, but now, at least five people Casey has been friends with or knows has died  in car accidents.  That just weird.  I know tons of people who have passed and only one (I'm 51 years old) has died in a car accident.  So now, every single time the fbi guy tries to explain how it is with Casey, Cindy gets in his space with her arms and tries to tell him it's not that way.  GRRR!

Bounty Hunter in Casey Anthony case to resume search for Caylee
ORANGE COUNTY, FL -- Thanks to a $50,000 donation, celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla is going to resume his search for Caylee Anthony.

According to reports, Padilla won't say who the donor is.  He remains convinced that Caylee's remains are at the bottom of the Little Econ River, in or near Blanchard Park.

Caylee's been missing since June.  Investigators say she's dead.  Her mother, Casey Anthony, is charged with first degree murder.

A search earlier by Padilla and a team of divers turned into a media frenzy after a false alarm was sounded.  Divers believed they'd found items connected with the missing toddler.  But Sheriff's investigators later said it was nothing.

Some believed that Padilla may have planted the items, but he says the allegations are not true.

The announcement of a new search effort follows some eyebrow-raising comments that Casey's father, George Anthony, made to FBI agents earlier this year.  He said he smelled what seemed like a decomposing body in Casey's car.

A spokesperson for the Anthony family says a statement on the FBI interview will be released sometime this week.

Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, is expected in court on Tuesday seeking more evidence from the state.

IIRC, he only worked for the sheriff's dept. about 9 years.... it takes years to be moved up to detective anyway, and they assisn you to lesser crimes at first before you move up to homicide. My son has been with the sheriff's dept. for 18 years, and only became a detective after about 8 years. Everyone here is required to work in the jail for a couple years at least, and then are moved up to patrol for a few years before they become detectives. You are right... it is hard to get to that level.

hey these are some great insights!  Was this written by FBI personnel or your own thoughts?  I am guessing that Lee is possibly Caylee's father and Cindy may not have known that until Caylee went missing...hence, even more of a reason for Cindy to be losing her mind right now.  I have reviewed most of the interviews in this case multiple times, but I could not even make it through part 3 of Cindy's interview with the FBI for the first time!  I see people posting about Greta tonight...what's goin on?

Hudsunn...you hit the nail on the head.  Casey is all about Casey and Cindy is all about Cindy.  She always talked about herself, never really answered the fbi guy's questions about what he asked.  And the sexual abuse question...really weird.  I do not believe her.  The tiny 'no' that she said and waited for him to move onto the next question definitely put a gut feeling into me.  Something must have happened.  I wonder if SS has been checked for records on any abuse reported when the A's kids were little.  Just a thought.

I am not sure why the FBI and LE too just let Cindy ramble on and on.  Maybe they thought that the more she talked, the more they might find out.  It certainly is not the way Brenda Leigh Johnson does it on The Closer.  Ha.  I am sure that with their training, they take away a lot more from an interview than we do.  Cindy is not a suspect, or she was not at the time of the interviews.  She was the grandmother who had adored Caylee.  Maybe they felt sorry for her.  But surely they picked up on what many of us have and more.  And I am sure they were ready to pull their hair out after listening to all that yapping for hours.  It got on my nerves.  She and Casey both talk non-stop.

Hudsunn, I agree completely! Cindy is very controlling.

I also have circumstances similar to Casey's. My mom was very controlling. I got pregnant, was not married and was living in my mom's house. I was so terrified to tell her. When it finally came out, I just knew my mom would take my baby and hold her over my head as Cindy did Casey. Thank God my mom did not control my options. She let me make my decision to give my baby girl up for adoption. It broke my heart and my mother's but I wanted that baby to have a chance for a "normal" life. I am glad to say it was the best for all of us, she is a beautiful girl with parents who love her no matter what she does. I see her as a beautiful gift to my family, her parents and the rest of the world. If only Cindy/Casey would have given Caylee that option, I wouldn't be giving my life story out to the world.

Cindy gets on my nerves too.  I do believe that LE can learn more by letting her ramble than by stopping her.

One other thing that bothered me while watching Cindy's interview as somebody else mentioned...she could not sit still.  Oooooo...it's like she has ADHC.  Playing with her papers, changing positions constantly, playing with her hair, scratching, drawing, writing, and then she starts putting her leg up on the chair (so lady like I might add).  Those fbi guys need a merit just to have been in the same room with her for so long.   ::MonkeyNoNo::

Joesama's Mama, thanks for telling me about your own situation.  I am so happy that you made the right decision for yourself, your daughter and your family and that your story has such a happy ending.  I know what you did was not easy, but it was very brave and put the interest of the child first.

Bikerbev, Cindy's mannerisms are a whole other story, and I do not know what to make of them.  I have seen some fidgety kids in my time, but never someone her age who is constantly doing all the things you mentioned, from scratching and tugging on her hair to flopping her shoe on the end of her toes to moving around in the chair as if she had a twitch.  To say she was nervous and uncomfortable is an understatement.  When she told the guy that Ricardo had seemed uncomfortable at her house, I thought to myself WHAT ABOUT YOU, CINDY?  You look pretty uncomfortable to me!!

Cindy must be going from taking speed to taking some very strong sleeping pills or anti-depressants.  Not only is her house so clean and shiny, but she said she always bathed her kids at least two times a day and sometimes more often than that.  Poor kids.  They probably got scrubbed down every time they ate a lollipop or played outside for fifteen minutes. 

Thanks Hudsunn. At the very beginning of all this, I truly felt sorry for Casey because I could see a lot of my mom in Cindy. I could see how the resentment began because Casey didn't have a life, etc. Then when I read that Cindy wanted Caylee and Casey said "because I'm a spiteful B word". No longer did I feel sorry for that sorry piece of crap.

I did put the interest in my child first and foremost and I think God for her everyday. She is a beautiful angel and I believe I did what is best for her.

I always enjoy your posts, you could be a writer, you so easily put down in words what you are thinking. Cindy's mannerisms were very disturbing, after awhile I just listened. The abuse question where Cindy only gave a quiet no, for some reason I missed that, must have gotten distracted by something. That is very telling to me because every other question asked, she went on and on, and there was no reason for that, the more she went on and on, the crazier she sounded.

I have a family member that was addicted to "speed."  Cindy seems to be taking "speed" and apparently mixing them with depressants since Caylee has been missing.  She is very hyper (which depressants can also cause that reaction in some people) then she is like a zombie at other times.

Casey Anthony's Attorney Can Bring Laptop To Jail
Monday, November 24, 2008 – updated: 5:23 pm EST November 24, 2008

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's lawyer won't have to fight for his laptop.

Jose Baez is supposed to go to court Tuesday asking to see more evidence from investigators (read all motions). He was also going to ask for special permission to bring his laptop to the jail when he visits Casey.

But Monday, the jail told Eyewitness News it has suddenly changed its laptop policy. They will allow private attorneys to carry in their computers starting next month.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An attorney for Casey Anthony will fight a gag order in his client's case, saying it's in his client's best interest to be able to fight "false leads" being issued by the state and the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Jose Baez said he will fight the gag order at a hearing on Tuesday, and he issued subpoenas to several media members, including Local 6 News reporter Adam Longo, to testify about the publicity in the case.

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter Caylee, who was last seen in mid-June.

Baez said it it his right to respond to any leak.

"If we're not able to respond to false, misleading leads that are thrown out there, it would hurt our client's case," Baez said. "That's, quite frankly, the reason."

Baez said other motions would be heard on Tuesday and claimed that the state attorney's office has delayed handing over information about the case to him.

He also said that a Jan. 5 start date for the trial may not hold up, and he said he wasn't sure if videotapes of FBI interviews with Casey Anthony's parents -- George and Cindy Anthony -- would be admissible in court.

Thanks so much for sharing your story.  I lost my 12 year old daughter to a genetic disease and it was so heart breaking and still is, but I can't imagine having to give up your baby.  Our mommy hearts can break in so many way, but I'm sure for you now in some way know your little one is has had a good upbringing and if you don't see her now, there's always that chance that you will. 

Yes, I did notice how clean the Anthony household is.  I think she must be on something too.  Just too much jumping around and maybe that's why she talks so much and rambles on about nothing.  Maybe that last interview where George did all the talking and Cindy looked like she was sleeping...maybe that's the real Cindy, huh?  Maybe she didn't take her normal pills for that day or something.  I just don't see how a person can keep changing their personality like she has.

Leonard Padilla's coming back to town, and the Anthony family isn't impressed.

Family spokeswoman Michelle Bart told WESH-Channel 2 that a search by Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch would be more credible than one by bounty hunter Padilla.

WESH and WKMG-Channel 6 spoke to Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's attorney.  Those stations led their 6 p.m. newscasts with Baez interviews.

Kid Finders Network, which is looking for Caylee, announced that it was cutting off WFTV-Channel 9 and blasted that station's reporting as "blatant lies." But if you want to help find a missing child, why cut off access to the market's most-watched station?

Kid Finders didn't like WFTV's aggressive reporting about its founder.

But isn't the issue a missing child?

WESH's Bob Kealing said Baez was giving his first wide-ranging interview since Casey Anthony was indicted. She is charged with first-degree murder in her daughter's disappearance.

The action shifts Tuesday to court. WKMG and WESH reported that Baez will fight a gag order so he can speak out against the state's "false, misleading leaks" against his client.

"All of the leaks that have come out have come out from the government," Baez said on WKMG.

WKMG's Adam Longo reported that Baez had handed subpoenas to him and two other TV reporters. They could be possible witnesses in Tuesday's hearing.

On WESH, Baez blasted law enforcement for not following up on sightings of Caylee.

"I don't think you think you should gamble with the life of a child on strategies," Baez said.

If you've been following this case closely, what do you make of that statement?

Baez said that he and Casey Anthony believe that Caylee is still alive, WESH's Kealing reported. "We are confident that she is alive. There's no evidence otherwise," Baez said.
Casey Anthony will not be in court Tuesday, Kealing added.

The stations reported that Orange County Jail has changed its policy so lawyers can bring in their computers. It was a victory, of sorts, for Baez, who wants to bring his computer to the jail.

And WKMG teased to an 11 p.m. Monday interview with Nancy Grace. She was tearing up about the case in an interview with Jacqueline London.

Thanks Bev for the kind words. I am so sorry about you and your daughter. I think it is worse for you. I see my baby (21 yo) now, but your pain must be awful. I am really sorry.

She has great parents, which is all could have asked for. I love her very much and glad to say she is happy, loved and the apple of a lot of peoples eyes. Just like your daughter is fully loved, so is mine. I believe in my heart that Caylee is loved by George and Cindy, but as time goes by, my mind is changing by the minute.

Sorry I posted before I was finished. Cindy is on something. I thought that at the first she was on speed, diet pills or may have high blood pressure and be off her medication. I have seen people off their blood pressure meds act like they are on speed, then once they get on them they crash like she was on the last interview. BUT in my opinion, she is on some kind of downers. She looks like me when I have to get on a plane. 2 bloody mary's and 1/2 xanax. Then I am ready for take off. Hate to fly. Only time I take any kind of drugs, except for Advil.

Sinced this "Ohio hillbilly" is so antsy tonight and so frustrated with this case, I can't take the ridicoulsness of this whole thing. I can't even bring myself to listen to the CA/GA interrogations, I thank those who have shared the jist of it. It totally blows my mind and beyond my comprehension!  I want to take a break from it, but like a train wreck, I just can't pull myself away!

After reading all day (I can't post at work),  I had a thousand responses to other posters, I've lost my train of thought since then, but you all keep up the great work and I'll just sit back and read, until I feel the need to speak out.

Boo I have to say that I do watch NG for news on Caylee. I prob have not missed but one or two since she has been covering Caylee's disappearance. Some times it gets to me ... and I wind up yelling at the TV. I get so frustrated at times. When Nancy gets way off and spends too much time on Insignificant topics and then brushes off Important things. " BUT" I have to step back and think of all the INFO I receive on SM and the majority of the general public are not privy to what we discuss here.

Hi Monkeys!  Back at the first few threads I remember discussion about Bruce Lam (owner of Fusian).  Did anyone ever connect him to DW (Casanova - Society Ent.)?  "Casanova" was Tony's boss - was he contracted out to Fusian, anybody?

I don't know KCJackie but KC pinged at tower very very close to Bruce Lam's house on 30th about 2:26am . There are woods there and a lake. if  I was KC my butt would be sitting in jail silent too.

I know - that's why I was asking about SE & BL.  The next stop after that ping - was the "Aerospace" area.  I still believe something happened on the 30th!!  Kinda creepy if you ask me.  Annie's house is a scary area also! ::MonkeyShocked::

I really appreciate your posts Hudsunn.  I think the reason that the FBI let Cindy ramble is because her relationship was so bad with OCSO and Cindy asked for the meeting with the FBI.  They didn't want to talk to her, she called them.  I think it was to let her vent and they were doing it for damage control.  If she let something slip...so much the better.  In the end, when they didn't buy her BS, ::MonkeyNoNo:: they basically told her she needed to stop talking in public, that it wasn't doing any good and before they open their mouth's they need to consider if it benefit's Caylee.  Too bad they didn't take the advice.  I think they are addicted to the media.  Well, I am 10 pages behind so back to reading.

Finally caught up reading and I have managed to listen to ALL of George and Cindy's FBI interviews.  I never thought I would say this but..for the first time I am glad that I've lost my hearing in my right ear.  Because of that only my left ear is bleeding. ::MonkeyDance::

I'm still puzzled about the "George chasing KC in Cindy's car" episode.  Geo. first thought it was on the 24th of June or at least shortly after that date.  He also said that Cindy knew and was at home when KC took the car.  Cindy states that she was on vacation from the 30th thru July 4th so Geo's guess of the 24th has to be wrong.  Then Cindy says that KC was in Tampa (the ZG accident story) from the 18th thru the 27th (but we know from the Fusion photos where she really was on the 20th).  Also, I would think that Geo and Cindy would have been sharing any communication from KC with each other...if that is so...why wasn't Geo surprised when KC showed up on the 24th with the gas cans when she was supposed to be in Tampa with ZG in the hospital?  OMG, I am rambling just like Cindy.  It must be contagious!  ::MonkeyWaa::

Good Lord!  Now Zanny is Amy, Ricardo is Jeff Hopkins and JP Chatt is JULIET  ::MonkeyConfused::  Cindy says she is normally a rational person....Cindy isn't normal or rational.  But she tells the FBI, all of this will make sense if they find Caylee.

The Anthony's are all nuts.  The bus must be 10 feet off the ground now because of all the people that have been thrown under it.

I have been reading quite a bit on Psychopaths since listening to the latest tapes as NONE of the Anthony seem "normal".  IMO I think they are ALL psychopaths...and I really don't throw this label around loosely.  It seems they can KNOW right from wrong, however have to be TOLD.  They seem to be missing that "little something inside" that signals you that this ain't right, or God forbid, empathy.  Therefore, they need to always have to appear to the outside world.."all is fine and normal".  When describing themself, they know how to say how they "should" be, but of course we know they aren't.  Ex.  Cindy...."no I never hit my children".   But we know that she almost strangled Casey the night of the 15th.  Then, when she describes Casey to the FBI....very responsible, great mother, etc.. (like herself)   then we know that she told at least two of her friends that she was a manipulator, thief, sociopath, bad mother, etc.  The other thing that always puzzled me was Casey empting out Amy's bank account...picked up her from the airport...and totally acted like nothing was wrong...What?  Did she just think that Amy wasn't going to find out?  And just what was Casey going to say to her?  Made no sense at all.  Sorry this is so lengthy...can't figure out how to do the links yet.

For most of us the idea of a psychopath conjures up images from movies like "Silence of The Lambs" and characters with names like "Hannibal Lector." Fortunately characters like Hannibal don’t really exist. Serial killers and people involved in ritual torture are rare, but psychopathic behavior is more common than you might think.

I have known several psychopaths in my life. The clearest case involved an older teen who had no sense of guilt. He could learn the rules, but he had no sense of conscience. The only thing that saved him was a mother who loved him, took him to counseling for years and spent a great deal of time patiently teaching him right from wrong. I remember a conversation where he told me, "People know when something is wrong because it feels wrong. I have to remember or be reminded that stealing from someone is wrong. I don’t feel bad if I take something."

Meeting this young boy changed my opinion of a psychopathic personality. Why? Because children with this condition are "emotionally blind." And while I do not excuse cruelty or criminal behavior, I have sympathy and appreciate how hard it is for some people to learn how to act responsibly. Without help, potentially psychopathic children will become adults who never remain attached to anyone or anything for long. They may end up living a "predatory" lifestyle, feeling little or no regret, and having little or no remorse - except when they are caught or about to be locked up. A psychopath is not necessarily a bad person. But they are prone to have problems with society, rules, expectations and relationships.

A psychopath will use people for excitement, entertainment, to build their self-esteem and they invariably value people in terms of their material value (e.g. money, property, comfort, etc..). They can involve and get other people into trouble quickly and they seem to have no regret for their actions. To date there is no checklist of behavior and symptoms that will tell you with certainty whether or not a person is a psychopath. But there are warning signs. The following warning signs are based on my experience but primarily research conducted by Robert Hare, Ph.D - the leading expert on the Psychopathic Personality.

self-centered & self-important

need for stimulation & prone to boredom

deceptive behavior & lying

conning & manipulative

little remorse or guilt

shallow emotional response

callous with a lack of empathy

living off others or predatory attitude

poor self-control

promiscuous sexual behavior

early behavioral problems

lack of realistic long term goals

impulsive lifestyle

irresponsible behavior

blaming others for their actions

short term relationships

juvenile delinquency

breaking parole or probation

varied criminal activity

The idea that psychopaths eat people is a myth. In reality, a person with a psychopathic personality can lead what appears to be an ordinary life. They can have jobs, get married and they can break the law like anyone else. But their jobs and marriages usually don’t last and their life is usually on the verge of personal chaos. They are almost always in some kind of trouble or they are not far from it.

A psychopath is usually a subtle manipulator. They do this by playing to the emotions of others. They typically have high verbal intelligence, but they lack what is commonly referred to as "emotional intelligence". There is always a shallow quality to the emotional aspect of their stories. In particular they have difficulty describing how they felt, why they felt that way, or how others may feel and why. In many cases you almost have to explain it to them. Close friends and parents will often end up explaining to the psychopath how they feel and how others feel who have been hurt by him or her. They can do this over and over with no significant change in the person's choices and behavior. They don't understand or appreciate the impact that their behavior has on others. They do appreciate what it means when they are caught breaking rules or the law even though they seem to end up in trouble again. They desperately avoid incarceration and loss of freedom but continue to act as if they can get away with breaking the rules. They don't learn from these consequences. They seem to react with feelings and regret when they are caught. But their regret is not so much for other people as it is for the consequences that their behavior has had on them, their freedom, their resources and their so called "friends."  They can be very sad for their self. A psychopath is always in it for their self even when it seems like they are caring for and helping others. The definition of their "friends" are people who support the psychopath and protect them from the consequence of their own antisocial behavior. Shallow friendships, low emotional intelligence, using people, antisocial attitudes and  failure to learn from the repeated consequences of their

choices and actions help identify the psychopath.

Psychopaths with low intelligence or a poor education seem to end up in jail more than ones with a higher education. The lack of emotional insight is the first good sign you may be involved with a psychopath. The second best sign is a history of criminal behavior in which a person does not seem to learn from their experience, but merely thinks about ways to not get caught.

So what happens to these poor kids if they don’t learn right from wrong? Parents with a child like this usually end up angry and frustrated. They will often shield their child from the consequences of their decisions and take the role of continuously trying to educate their child as to right and wrong. The child is always in trouble and doesn’t seem to learn. Their parents may begin to excuse their child's behavior believing their child will eventually "get it." When they don't, many parents resort to punishment. But what these children need is intensive guidance, instruction, training, choices, consequences and supervision. Severe and repeated punishment alone is the worst thing you can do. Letting a child like this run around unsupervised with violent and antisocial children is almost as bad. And child abuse is a sure way to create a social misfit or a monster.

There is a growing discussion among researchers to suggest there may be a genetic influence that creates a psychopathic personality. The psychopath may lack the ability to physically feel what others identify as the physical sensation of guilt. They can feel fear, anger, sadness in the moment but not guilt for what they did or what they are about to do. Some sociologists believe that a sexually promiscuous psychopath who can live off others is a survivor and may represent one of many genes for survival in the human species. Even more surprising has been the observation that many adult psychopaths do not seem to benefit from support, counseling or therapy and may in fact commit crimes again and sooner because of it. Research using brain scanning technology has revealed that the brain of a psychopath functions and processes information differently. One famous brain imaging study showed that psychopaths can remain calm looking photos of dead bodies in automobile accidents where as other people were clearly upset. They don't use their brain they way others do. This suggests that they may be physically different from normal people.

Are you involved with a psychopath? You may not know because they can be very charming and friendly until you get close and disappoint them. Don’t assume anyone is a psychopath based on their behavior alone. It is the pattern of their life and many other factors. Please don’t go around assuming or calling someone a psychopath just because they may have some of the warning signs. Get a professional opinion from a qualified mental health professional if you think you are involved with a psychopath.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- The case against Casey Anthony   will be back in front of a judge Tuesday morning. 

The 22-year-old remains behind bars, charged with the murder of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee, who has been missing since June.
 
Judge Stan Strickland will be hearing nine motions in the case against Anthony.

Included among the motions will be one that would put a gag order on those closest to the case.  That would include the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the State Attorney's Office, the defense and the Anthony family.

Baez said he doesn’t feel a gag order would be beneficial to his client's case, so he plans to fight it.

"It is our position that basically all leaks come from the government,” Baez said.  “I think that's been clear. Legally speaking I have the right to respond to false allegations made out there allegations, false facts that could be misleading,” he added.

Baez also hinted that he may not be ready for the January 5 trial date and may ask for a continuance.
 
Other motions the judge will be deciding include motions to compel discovery or potential evidence in the state's case against Casey Anthony.  Those include everything from tips to help find Caylee, to e-mails and inter-office memos from those who handled evidence coming from the trunk of Casey's white Pontiac, to getting more detailed information on the cadaver dogs that indicated the smell of human decomposition in Casey Anthony’s car.

The hearing is scheduled to begin around 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Also, the man once responsible for freeing Casey Anthony is coming back to Orlando. Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla said he will resume his search for the remains of Caylee. Padilla and his divers will be back at the site along the Little Econ River that they have already searched earlier this month.

   I LOVE BIAZ--All the interviews were released  because of Biaz-Cindy says the FBI doesn't care about us--those tapes would not have been released if it wasn't for Biaz-now he is fighting the gag order. The only thing in the world that could help his client is everyone keeping there mouth shut.  Its a small satisfaction by Kc got the lawyer she deserve--and if Biaz keeps it up--she will get everything else she deserves  I repeat I LOVE BIAZ ::MonkeyHaHa::

Was wondering when this would happen.  No way will this go to trial in January.  He is probably looking for some high-profile attorney looking for publicity to step up and offer his services pro-bono, but don't think that will happen as this is a no win trial for sure.  Wonder if they are trying to talk Casey into a plea agreement but she won't give it up or LE won't bargain.

Also, at the end of Cindy's discussion the FBI talks about also having a meeting with LEE...where is that tape?  Also, he asks her to take a polygraph and she says "Absolutely"   What happened to that?

The purpose of this website is to inform parents, caregivers, and educators on the type of photos they need to have on hand in case of a child abduction.  Currently child identification photos have a place for only one photo.  According to websites such as The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children parents should have a photo similar to a school photo to give to the police or FBI in case their child is missing or abducted.  BUT, ask yourself this question:  If a child has been abducted and someone in the public sees this child with the perpetrator taking him/her from point A to B, and if this child has been physically and/or sexually abused, would a person be able to identify this child from a school photo where he/she appears happy and clean? Probably Not!  I recently conducted a study and found that adults have better face recognition of a child if the photo of the child's face is similar in appearance as when they saw the child in public.  Therefore, parents and caregivers need to have two types of photos available at all times for the police and FBI.  They need two pictures of the child: one of the child clean and happy (like a school photo) and another of the child dirty (like after playing hard), hair messy, and not smiling.  I am in the process of developing this website to offer Face/Child Identification Cards available for the public to purchase.  If you would like to be a sponsor for this educational program, please contact me in the "Contact Us" section.  All donations are tax deductible.

They would to me too!  To me, my granddaughters look the same clean or dirty but to someone else they may not. I'll have to think on it!

I agree with the idea.  After what we have learned about the Milsteads and their side businesses I would really check out this person before I sent any money.  I would never send a picture of my child to any stranger, so something like this needs to be a do it yourself thing.

I guess it just sounds a little weird to me. But I do have photos of my daughter without makeup (this would be same as "dirty" for younger kids) and with makeup, hair done, etc. Not sure about others, but I have literally hundreds of pics of her and only a tiny fraction are school pics.

Not like when I was a baby/kid and there are only a handful of pics.
