Police holding press conference tonight concerning Yale slaying
Tuesday, September 15, 2009

By Register Staff

NEW HAVEN -- New Haven police are holding a press conference at 9:45 p.m. regarding developments in the investigation into the death of Yale student Annie Le.

Police offered no other information on what information will be released during the confererence.

The Register staff will continue to update this story as it develops.

Don't know it for a fact    But why else would there be a press conference, hopefully not to say he is on the run  But then who knows?

I really hope you are right.  I fear they are doing this because they ran out of fingers to plug the information leaks in their dike of silence and decided to do a APB on 4 on the run.

Yes,  if he adheres to the conditions of the search warrant's, one of which is a warrant on him, they will release him. If not he will be arrested.

He said that if Clark didn't cooperate, he would be arrested.   Can they hold him if he is just a POI?   It sounds like they are watching his every move anyway.
