Yeah, voodoo dolls are no joke...they really DO work.  The best thing to do would be to use it to give her an STD by rubbing itching powder into the crotch area and then sticking pins in it.  LOTS of pins.  I've done this and I wasn't disappointed.  I suppose it could have been a coincidence but the timing was just too uncanny.

Someone asked about the basis for the appeal on the lying to cops charges.  I do not even pretend to understand this.  And per usual, I cannot remember where I read it, but supposedly they are going to base it on the fact that she was not Marandized.(sp)  I have no clue if this is possible, just what I read.

I agree ..but I am hoping that it doesn't fly..meaning it shouldn't fly..she wasn't arrested at the time of her lies...but I've lost some faith in the Florida judges. 

They are doing this to starve off all the civil cases for months..until this is reviewed by  a panel of judges.

They are also doing this as a backlash against the State filing in a timely manor for recoup of the investigation and litigation costs..which will another another hearing I presume.

They are trying to protect their cash cow and the cash she can bring to their firm.

I think she will be released tomorrow at 1 minute after midnight..the time was not good for Cinderella..but for Casey..she is counting on atleast some press to be there to watch her entry into normal society.

The worst part of that is knowing that Cheney Mason who can't hear, can't speak properly and needs reading glasses but seldom wears them is armed..I think we should all be very afraid.

Legally, Cindy would have to give them to her.

I think that Casey signed over the remains to Cindy.  I don't know if it was revokable or not.

If I were Cindy (gag at the thought), Casey would have to pry those ashes out of my stone cold, dead hand.  Either that, or I would switch them out with some from the barbeque.

I think they should just throw open the front doors of the jail and tell kc "Well, Your free to go!  That is all they would give to any other prisoner being released.  If she is as innocent as the jury says she shouldn't have anything to worry about.  Besides I heard on the news the other day that everyone is getting over the anger about the verdict. I'll go even further, bozo acting stupid and not prepared on purpose and JP bought into it.  The whole defense was orchestrated so they could get info in that wouldn't of other wise.

I told hubs tonight that I hope that since the protestors have been so quiet lately, that they will have banded together for a huge protest starting tomorrow evening...lots of signs,,Baby Killer goes Free!  and have the car sitting there with the trunk taped up saying...don't open for 31 days or whatever it said etc...when she makes her getaway, I hope that the entire jail is encircled with protestors that block the getaway car or at least scare the crap outta her..
I bet she is going to Geraldo's love shack in PR...except they don't want her there either..I have the feeling that who ever is going to stay with her will get their fill of her real soon, especially the wives of the men that she may be staying with, Geraldos, Bozos and Masons..especially when she starts making her moves on them...she has been celibate (as far as we know, wouldn't surprise me is she wasn't banging someone while in jail) so she is going to be ready for some 'lovin'...yuk..makes me sick..
I really hate her and the fact that she will be free..
I will never ever respect this jury for setting her free..ever!
wonder if Casey will be invited to Lee and Mallory's wedding? wouldn't doubt it..
