If the Anthony's are insisting that Caylee is still alive I think they will use the defense that she was kidnapped and Casey was set up by the kidnappers.
That would leave a shadow of doubt since there is scattered evidence.

She is straining logic, but that's the extent of it, I think.

In Cindy's eyes, both Caylee and Casey are prisoners.

I don't think she really believes that Caylee is alive, but has to keep up a good front.

You're so right, Dolce.  It's the tone in Tim's voice as he said it.  Kind of an exasperated tone where, without words, you can tell he's at his wits end with the family like everyone else.

I know, but I do not think they would keep leaking information given Tim was already upset it had been stated that a dress was found.  He answered Nancy's questions with simple "yes" and "no"s.  It would have been interesting if she would have pressed for more info, however I do not think he would continue to leak the info given he was mad it had already been done. (did that make sense?)

George described exactly what Casey and Caylee were wearing when they left on the 16th of June. Anyone got that info?

Being sent off for testing speaks volumes too. That means it is a juicy piece of evidence.

Isn't it funny that as often as Cindy has had her mug on tv and her mouth running, she has never addressed "Zanny the Nanny" and said, "Please bring Caylee home. We love her and miss her.  She needs to be with us."  I have never heard her say anything like that, and of course, neither has Casey.
