I don't think George is buying whatever it is that Finnell is selling. Last week, after Cindy testified, about the computer searches, George's facial expressions and body language indicated that he was disgusted with CA. It also appeared that he was trying to physically distance himself from her, by scooting over and turning away, after she got off the stand. While I'm sure GA doesn't want to see KC get the DP, I seriously doubt he's going to get on the stand and admit that he chronically sexually abused KC. MOO

It looks to me that she was definitely directing that at Lindalicious.  Think the first word is 'she'.  Anyhoo...am hoping Linda moves her chair over there...lol  Then the jury will get a 'clue' how evil this wench really is.

I think it was at Linda too. She only gets in a rage over women it seems. Look at how she did with her mother.

FOX just brought up something interesting.  Maybe Casey is insisting on taking the stand and the defense wanted a mental eval hoping she would be deemed incompetent to do so.

I bet this is it.  Like all sociopaths, Casey doesn't know why people don't believe her when she lies.  She truly thinks she is convincing them.  Same as Joran vdSloot and now Jose Baez.

Well, remember last week Linda all but dared her to take the stand.  I can see KC insisting they let her tell her side of the story.  lol  Linda will eat her up.

I don't think she would. She would certainly try, though. But, whoever is coaching the Anthony's on how to maintain a calm demeanor is doing a terrific job. Both Cindy and George have shown a complete turn-around with regard temperament. I'm sure whoever is responsible for that is working on Casey too.

Somewhat............Cindy lost it on the stand - she showed her old self in smart remarks and snarls more than once and I think it will get worse when they confront her about the lies in her testimony because she will know she is going to be charged. I think we will see the real Cindy and George yet.

His depo was so disjointed I could not follow it. It appeared he was trying to circumvent any real questions and he will not be allowed to do that in court.

Right now saying normally the lawyers agree on one Dr to evaluate someone but because these lawyers can not agree on anything he suspects JP assigned 3 Dr's to cover things.

Praying you are correct.  I just keep thinking that Sindy has been 'bullying' him for 30 years... hoping 'this' time he doesn't cave in.  What might give him strength is that he knows he would do jail time...and he knows it won't get ICA out of jail.
Jail time could be for him committing perjury to the Grand Jury too.

According to the following document ... Caylee's remains were eventually found in the area where Dominic Casey was searching ... Dominic Casey who was the family's PI ... Dominic Casey who filed a motion not to be desposed by the prosecution because he was a member of the defence team.
