and an attorney on that show said that you can sue anyone, but that attorney statements made during a trial are "protected" and, therefore, it's very doubtful that a law suit would be doubtful it would be meritorious.

That makes no sense to me that you can come up and say anything about anybody without having proof or even submitting evidence of this in pretrial phase.  Maybe the lawyer would be doing it just for effec to show bozo they are going to bow down and take it, even if the slander law suit does not fly.  Maybe they are suing KC for slander, not Bozo?  Is that possible?

Does anybody know if JBP was present when Beotchface had her meltdown after Cindy left the stand jury left room?  If he were present, why wouldn't he do something or did he miss the meltdown?  I think he probably left for the 10 minute break already.

JMO, but I don't believe a suit for slander would be filed as a Motion at the trial.  Maybe one of our legal eagles can answer that.  I think we will have to wait until 8:30 Tuesday to find out what the Motion is really about.
On the other hand, I think there will be numerous suits filed after the trial, as His Honor alluded to some time ago.  Bet there are some attorneys out there just chomping at the bit.

What I don't understand is if the shrinks found Casey to be "deeply disturbed" why wouldn't the defense want to use their testimony?
Seems like that would be a plus for them.

The DT is using the molestation as the cause , which may or may not be true.
IMO, she is more than deeply disturbed. DT was afraid to have her evaluated by anyone else
who might not agree with the molestation being the cause.

JP was the judge at the grand jury hearing, so he should have an answer as to what was
said at the GJ hearing. JB is disgusting, I sincerely hope he is disbarred when this is over.
Also, I hope they make him accountable for all the money, did he pay any taxes on all that
money. Also, I really do think she would have got around to killing Cindy and George.

I am wondering if Lippmans motion has to do with keeping George's GJ testimony confidential, the way it is supposed to be. After all, Lippman is there to protect the Ants. That is the only other thing right now that matters. Bozo has already hurled the worst accusation he could at GA, the only other thing is the GJ stuff.
They can sue him later..

Here is my take on the psych evals, of which I am familiar with.
They have described KC as 'very disturbed'
They probably found that she has some sort of personality disorder, which the defense cannot use to get her out of her mess. She still would know right from wrong. She seems to have a combo of several of them. Here is a link that really puts them in a very understandable way

alright, I've been hesitant to post this but decided to.

In a previous post I stated I didn't get the sexual molester vibe from George - still don't.  If it is somehow proven that this man molested her I'll be shocked.

I DO from Lee (sorry).  If I'm right it doesn't mean he did because his father did.

My father sexually abused me and I reported him for molesting some family members & foster children.  He was found guilty.  I have worked with therapists & also abuse victims myself for 25 years.

I'm hoping this uh hum "older" mommy of a 2 year old's radar is broken from lack of sleep.
