I get what you mean AM.  This is another reason I think that the photo is not from the Casey Anthony Friends Group.  If it is/was Casey I would have expected that they would blurr out atleast the man's face.  IMO

With many of the friends in these photographs (such as at the "anything but clothes" party, or whatever it was called), at first they didn't blur anything out.. at least Fox and NG didn't.  Then perhaps because they realized it wasn't a good idea, they did blur out people who are not Casey, and who are probably not even connected to the case. 

I'm guessing this picture- being in Casey's photobucket account- is a "stock" type photo, or are of people she doesn't even know.. she probably found it online somewhere, thought it looked cool for whatever reason, and saved it.  I'm not sure why that photo would have been shown on the news.. except as somebody else pointed out, to hype up the story. The media doesn't have any of these sex party pictures, I don't believe?  So they grab something "titillating" from the photobucket account to use as a teaser of things to come. 

I agree with you...and even though it was pointed out that neither myself nor A-1 is Tim Gunn the hat in the photo does look designer based on the material and the plaid color.  In any case, wether designer or thrift, it is not an item I see fitting into the wardrobe of those she partied with.  (On another note, Tim Gunn is a very sweet person, and I would not mind being him!!)

Meet the new addition to Casey Anthony's defense team.  He has an IQ that surpasses Baez and unlike Baez he actually past the BAR exam after the 10th time taking it. 

This case has taken some interesting turns, hopefully with this latest addition the defense will finally be able to "sniff out" the difference between the truth and their own bums.

This new attorney is credited with also biting Mr. Black.

Flamom & Mammy, I know Caylee was at the "anything but clothes" party. Do you remember if Casey was in the pic with the flag on? I don't remember Casey being in the picture, just other partiers standing around while Caylee was sleeping. 

Thats the party. I dont remember casey in the pic but the baby was on the left side of the pic on the couch. I remembered it because it blew me away that she had her there and that the baby slept thru all the noise. That was when i finally believed she was drugging the baby

Breaking news:
I have just recieved a notice from the offices of Lawson Lamar, State Attorney, Ninth Judical Circut of Florida.

The state has filed a Nole Prosequi which means that they are NOT going to persue Child Neglect charges against Casey Anthony. The State Attorney's office has also stated that they will be making no further comments in regards to The State of Florida vs Casey Anthony in order to avoid a petition of change of venue. The State Attorney's office wishes to try the case in Orange County, Fl.

Untill legal discovery is desclosed to the Defense, there will be no public records.

The State Attorney's Office has dropped its child-neglect charge against Casey Anthony.

The decision was made in light of the grand jury's recent indictment of Anthony on charges first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts of providing false information to law enforcement.

In a statement released this morning, the State Attorney's Office explained: "The neglect charges were premised on the theory that her child, Caylee Marie, was still alive. As the investigation progressed and it became clear that the evidence proved that the child was deceased, the State sought an indictment on the legally appropriate charges."

The release said the State Attorney's Office would not comment further.

Before Sean Daly (Lake Vaj myspace) set his profile to private, there were numerous party photos with naked or partially naked people in them.  Some parties Casey was at.  I did not notice Caylee in any of the photos but at the time I wasn't looking for Caylee either.

I think not having her laptop is great punishment for her Sunny.I've been thinking about the theory of her punishing Cindy by not wanting visitors.I can't seem to climb onboard with this.When she was locked up before,it was announced that she "refused" visitors and we have not heard this yet. I can't help to think that George and Cindy are now in a period where they might be absorbing some things.   I sure hope you are right on this point...They are now left in a house full of memories of little Caylee.It is them that has to walk down the hall past her little bedroom only to know it is empty.No more sounds of her laughter.No more hugs and kisses from the child that they loved so much.No more Casey around assuring them that she is alive somewhere and will be found.They now have time to reflect on the magnitude of destruction that Casey has brought down on their family.Imagine them seeing everything we are seeing and knowing that this is the daughter they raised.Maybe I am being obstinate but I just can't help believing that they are now reflecting and seeing what life without little Caylee is going to be like from now on.The torment must be horrific as I do believe they loved that child...

I like the way you think...although I am not 'there' yet I do hope you are right.....and I am in total agreement that life in that house has to be hell for them....haunting for sure!!  I try to remember that GA said ...it was and always has been about his GRANDdaughter....I am fairly sure, in my heart, that his testimony in front of the GJ was very damning....and no matter what I feel about the A's...that had to be very HARD!  I also think that it's what we DON'T know is what is going to convict Casey.

State of Florida vs. Casey Marie Anthony

In light of the decision of the Grand Jury to indict defendant Casey Marie Anthony in connection with the death of her child and lying to the police, the State of Florida late yesterday afternoon filed a Nolle Prosequi in case number 48-2008-CF-10925-O that charged the defendant with the Neglect of her Child.

The neglect charges were premised on the theory that her child, Caylee Marie, was still alive.  As the investigation progressed and it became clear that the evidence proved that the child was deceased, the State sought an indictment on the legally appropriate charges.

We remain prepared to proceed to trial on the charges in the indictment. 

While the State understands the importance of this information to the community, this office does not want to create the type of publicity that would lead to a change of venue.  Therefore, we will not comment further on the case itself. No calculation has or will be made on potential sentences if these charges result in convictions.

Remember, these charges are only allegations and do not constitute a proof of guilt. Ms. Anthony has the right to a trial by jury and is cloaked with the presumption of innocence.

Until legal discovery is disclosed to the defense, there are no public records.

Then I probably should not mention that the Florida Alligator as come accustom to the salt water and is capable of bearing it in order to travel from place to place.  Though not common to see them on the beaches, it does happen.  I am just saying this to let you know that even given all of that, the rate of attacks are extremely low.  I believe it was like 8 or 9 from 2000 to present, and that was from ALL over.
