Strike him Bozo, he's smarter than you.
NEXT...

I know, it would tell us a lot if he asked this guy what he thought of him (Baez).

Defense will challenge this man as a juror.
At the rate we're moving, we'll be lucky to see them get through 2 prospective jurors a day.

Defense will strike this witness, too inteligent, has a friends who were vics of crime, has cousins in LE...they do not want this man..He would be great forthe prosecution...but I wish he would just say yes or no and then wait for the next question.

I agree with you and cappacino. Defense will strike him. I think they are using him as the guinea pig and the baseline for the following jurors. I can't imagine that ever other juror will be put thru this. JMO.

Sorry Caylee, the jury took your day away.

« Reply #363 on: May 12, 2011, 11:36:17 AM »

I think I am going to cry.  How long can this go on for?  How could JBP have had any hope this would end and trial would start on Tuesday.  No efffing way at this rate.  Craziness.  They are conducting minitrials for all of these potential jurors.

These questions need to be limited.

Or at least limit the time the attorneys are given to ask them.

NO WAY JOSE ...

SORRY, BUT THIS IS NOT THE BIGGEST DECISION IN A PERSON'S LIKE, ASSBITE.

The things we go thru every day with our family, children, etc are larger than this case. Sorry. This just happens to be something thrust upon a person. The choice to have to or not exercise heroic measures on a parent is bigger. The birth of a child when dr's say that the child could die. Deciding on a birth where the mother could die is bigger ... KC ain't all that.

Deciding whether Casey Anthony is guity or not will be forgot by every juror in a year.

KC appears to be very lightly medicated to me today.. just enough to stop all those extra body touching gestures and rituals that she goes thru

As long as this is takeing. Make me wonder how the judge can tell that potenial juror yesterday NOT to worry about her vacation. Cause the trial will be over by july 14. Imo I just do not see that happening. Unless the judge has something up his sleeve. This really concerns me. It just don't look like this trail will start on tuesday. Idk maybe I am wrong. But its not looking that way @ all...what do you guys think about it. I mean really they are still asking the 1st juror questions and it is 11:35. This is crazy!!

Baez..you are not going to use him for jury duty..let him go ..he's not a keeper for your team.  Let's move on...you'll get better at these questions as we move forward.

The guys just threw Baez's word back at hime, "I thought there were no right answers", LOL

Hmm ... I think this guys is good for prosecution.

BTW ... is this still the same first juror? I had to walk away.

Still first juror, #1340.

I think he would be a great juror.

I agree with you....@ this point I would keep him
