That's the only downside, I think it will delay the trial date

   It'll be interesting to see which pond scum the scamthony's will want to bring on board to represent their evil spawn. So far, everybody that touches any of them has been a little shady, the ones that aren't bailed. Lot's of publicity for sure, but the state is looking pretty closely now at the finances and integrity of the atty's , so it might be hard for slore to get a competant lawyer to step up.  Hope that's the case anyway!

Yea he has HUGE problems now!   Bar complaints & he cannot head chair the DP portion of this trial, nope.

Do you know if K-Baden can head chair?  If not, a new attorney will have to be added and I suspect that will delay the trial for a substantial period of time!

No she does not have a license to practice in Florida, Im pretty positive Todd "Mac the Knife" Macaluso does either not to mention hes in very hot water with a bar complaint & NJ lawsuit pending from his practice in California.

Capp, I don't know the legal name for it...but...isn't there a way that an attorney (K-Baden) can get a waiver from Florida to be able to head a particular case?

She is co-counsel by pro hac vice, which means she is a practicing out of state attorney working with a licensed Florida attorney.  To my knowledge she cannot become lead attorney without a license or working as co with a licensed State attorney in Florida.

I "thought" at one time that I had read that Macaluso had received a waiver in the event that KC was charged with the DP.  Maybe he was just going to act on the case and not be the "head".

Does this mean that only licensed Florida attorneys can be the lead attorney?  Oh, my...someone totally new?

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony could be put to death for the murder of her daughter Caylee. Late Monday afternoon, Eyewitness News learned the State Attorney's Office will be pursuing the death penalty in the case against Casey.

Key words   "Additional evidence"  "sufficient aggravating circumstances"    They have something that directly links Casey to Caylee's murder.  They must.

What would complete this day is Adji & Haleigh being found, Sandra's murderer will face the same.

What about:  fingerprints on the duct tape?  All we've heard so far is that Cindy, George and Lee's fingerprints are not on the duct tape.  We were never told that their were NO fingerprints!

Rut roo...hide the hammers & hoses....yea that cant be a pretty sight, I have no empathy...none.   My heart belongs to justice for Caylee & all these children victimized by monsters & anyone that tries to help them conceal what they have done.  The Anthonys made a choice, its not the moral one.
