Goodnmad -- I don't know if this helps but yes, Jesse said between June 22-July 6 Casey called to use the shower because she was not living at home and Tony was out of town.  Tony was out of town from June 30-July 5.  So it would have had to have been from June 30-July 5.  I wonder if Jesse recalls the text message came after her shower visit?  If so, that would narrow it down from June 30-July 3.

On July 16, 2008, Sean received a missed call from Casey’s cell (407-619-9286) which was witnessed by Detective Rivera. Casey’s telephone number was displayed on the screen of Sean’s phone.

Regarding the fact that Casey slept in her parents room when she got out of jail...... She probably couldn't stand to have Caylees little eyes looking at her all over the room. It would constantly remine that psycho of what she had done to Caylee.

You know, it is also possible that a few of those nights she did not stay with Tony or anyone else and camped out in her car. She would have needed a place to shower the next day. She would not have gone home b/c she didn't want to answer to her parents about Caylee's whereabouts. Hmm. Just thinking here.

It would not surprise me if the person's comments on Murt's site were true. That person is under a lot of pressure and has seen this spiral way, way out of control. I don't buy the accident part but that is what will come forth to save KC from a life in prison. One of the three I think has not been commonly talked about so everyone will say huh?

I have given a lot of thought to the gas can mess after reading about KC's comments that they haven't even found what Caylee was wearing last? That may have been the purpose of the gas cans to make sure her clothing wasn't found. I have read in places that Caylee's doll was missing her dress. I have wondered if it had some type of evidence on it and she burned it to. I don't believe Casey left the house wearing that pin stripe pair of pants. I think George said that because they were kind of stuck with those pants. He knew better than to try to hide them 4 grey walls is not good for a former Det. I'm sure all of the prisons in FLA. have seen coverage of this case.


I haven't had time to read back on the last forum yet. I saw a little discussion that might have been about the 30th. I hope so. I doggedly hold on to that. KC from May to July was almost manic in her actions doing the same things over and over except on the 30th. She bought gas cans, she called her house and they called her back and forth, she went to Andy's House, She went to Aerospace. When a creature of habits varies from a fairly standard pattern there is a reason for it. I may be wrong but this has screamed "look at me" Danti is on Andy's my space page or vice versa along with many other of the friends but why had KC never called or texted Andy before 30th then needed to do it 20-25 times in one day?

I don't think he even knows. I couldn't tell ya what I wore 2 days ago and he is a man, they don't pay much attention to clothing unless there is a lackthereof. I think he made that all up.

The alleged knockdown dragout fight b/t Casey and Cindy or Casey and both parents. He wanted to make it appear that all was ok the next day. That Casey did not storm out in a fit of anger and THAT was the last time he saw his granddaughter. May sound silly, but GUILT can make a person do strange things. And I'll say again I see guilt as a big motivator for this Anthony family coverup.

Brand new poster here.  I found this site awhile back due to NH and now I'm trying to keep up with this case.

I just wanted to post a great big "THANK YOU" for everyone's time and effort.  Cases like these need to be kept in the forefront.

I really can't add anything since I get most of my information here but I would like to say that the way this case is being handled is very upsetting.  It seems that the people that should be investigated aren't being and those that are trying to help are being hurt.

How many times has CA said that they have evidence and will hold a presser in a few days?  And then, of course, nothing comes of it.  If any of my kids ever went missing my parents would take the whole world apart piece by piece until they were found.  I just cannot comprehend the attitude of ANY of the Anthonys.

She/he made a couple of other statements telling a couple of doubters to f off and said you will see during the trial... and she/he left. It bothered me so much I turned it off and went to bed.

Now that is how a NORMAL family of a missing loved one acts.  Its not conditional of them being alive or dead.

"Accident" in some minds is different from a legal definition of an "accident" or from our idea of an accident. An accident could be interpreted as death resulting from Casey giving Caylee chloroform to knock her out for party time, or leaving her in the hot car or trunk to party, or even going into a blind rage and "accidentally" causing her death through a blow to the head, etc. I am not saying this is my idea of an accident. It is not. I'm just saying this person MAY have a different idea of what constitutes an accident. Just a thought. 

And also how a normal search is conducted without regard for the presence of media and cameras and filming crews.

Notice Cindy's facial expression. Her mouth might be "smiling", but her eyes are not.

I have often thought that maybe there were others that do know what happened and were there when whatever did happened occured. They would all have something to lose if the truth came out. Could have been a drug/sex party and would have had to reveal that, so they helped her get rid of Caylee and that is why she hasn't been found. Smile though your heart is breaking ... seems to be a motto for that family. I just cannot do that. I cry when my heart is breaking and everyone knows.

These pics also remind me just how good Casey had it. May not have been perfect. But it seems like a comfortable life for her and Caylee. She just had to pitch in and take some responsiblity. Instead, she threw it all away.

And I'd like to add -- if things were bad at home, she was 22, she could have left. But that would have required a lot more work on her part, beyond working so hard at her lies.

A person like Casey who only cares about hereself and her own future.  A disgusting waste of space. IMO ::MonkeyNoNo::

Boy oh Boy, I can't wait until trial. There is so much we don't know that will come out. I also wouldn't be surprised to find out they have Caylees body and have told the Anthonys and they are still acting like they didn't hear anything at all.

DES, please convey our appreciation to what LP is doing.  But to please be VERY careful as to not do anything to the advantage of the defense, as they WILL jump on any shred they can grab, which appears to be little right now.

LP is also a lawyer, right?  He should know what to do and not to do in a case such as this.   Thanks Des!

So three of Casey's friends may be involved in what happened to Caylee?  I do remember reading that Kio was the dog lover, so maybe she was the one with the chloroform?  Then how to explain the chloroform searches?  The more I delve into these scenarios, the more confused I get! ::MonkeyConfused::  I feel almost certain though, that Annie plays a big role in this.  She is a states witness and we have not seen her interview.  I just makes me sick to think of what Caylee went through before she died. ::MonkeyNoNo::

The family of an Orlando toddler missing for more than a month won't answer questions about a tip that a new concrete slab was poured in the grandparents' backyard over July 4 weekend, shortly before they reported the child missing.

Caylee Marie Anthony's grandmother would neither confirm nor deny the tip about the fresh concrete received by local WFTV Eyewitness News in Orlando, according to the station.

Orange County Sheriff's detectives said they didn't know anything about the reported addition to the property, which they searched last week with cadaver dogs. The toddler was reported missing last week.

"We do yard work around our house all the time and our yard has been completely looked at," Cindy Anthony told WFTV Thursday morning. "I feel very confident. The sheriff's office knows everything that we've done in that yard over the last year. We've disclosed everything. If they had any concerns, I would think they would have followed up on it already."

Orange County, Fla., sheriff's detectives told FOX News they weren't aware of a recently-poured block of concrete.

Don't forget about how exit13 said some military stuff about chloroform that was not true. I'm not sure where he gets his info from, or how much military service he actually has under his belt.. but he claimed that they use chloroform to subdue unruly prisoners or something to that effect. I don't believe she was starting a MESS.  She made a simple statement which I happen to agree with. People will think what they will, regardless of what you think.

Anyone who would allow themselves to get involved with this cover up would be someone who would only have something to lose with the truth coming out.  The A's are a given, but Casey's friends, IF involved, would have either helped in Caylee's demise or Casey had enough crap to hold over their heads in regards to illegal sort of dealings..and I do not mean the occassional weed that Tony has already admitted to.

So three of Casey's friends may be involved in what happened to Caylee?  I do remember reading that Kio was the dog lover, so maybe she was the one with the chloroform?  Then how to explain the chloroform searches?  The more I delve into these scenarios, the more confused I get! ::MonkeyConfused::  I feel almost certain though, that Annie plays a big role in this.  She is a states witness and we have not seen her interview.  I just makes me sick to think of what Caylee went through before she died. ::MonkeyNoNo::

No that anyone asked but in my opinion, If someone knows something and prefers to only share it with a select group of individuals, I see no problem with that.  I think the problem some people may have with it, is the "nana, nana, nana, I know something you don't and I'm not going to share it with you but I still want you to know that I know I something you don't" attitude. 
There is no problem with sharing things among friends but I personally did not see that point in her taking the time to point out that she would only share with certain individuals.  Why not just do it?  Why post about it?

I may be totally wrong, but I thought the cement slab in the Anthony's yard, was not correct info. They had pavers put down, not a slab.

What I'm interested in knowing or hearing about is the differences in KC after she met Tony. Also I really look for something entirely different than a persons  words. I don't think any of them can tell the same story twice and it match. eyewitness accounts that are trying to be truthful are some of the worst evidence in the world at times based on differing perceptions. Add a bunch of folks in distorting the truth to protect loved ones, friends from who knows what and it's a dang mess.

And yet the same thing keeps happening day after day and the same people continue to attack posters because the opinions are not theirs.  If I had told the forum that Tim had been drinking at the search or that Red was rude to LP I would of been banned and yet some Monkeys can get away with that. Hello Monkeys, I have been reading and I just wanted to say that, I can understand Des to a degree, I realize that this board is all about having proof to whatever is being said and sometimes some of us can't show proof of what we have been told...Some of you might remember when I first came here, I told everybody that I had a friend inLE and that I was talking to him about this case and of course he couldnt tell me a lot but he would answer my questions if he thought it would not be hindering the case in anyway, and so I would post what little I was able to get out of what he said, everytime I did that I would catch he!!, from some of the Monkeys here from time to time only because I either couldnt show proof of what I was saying or they....just didnt believe or I guess it did mess with their ego's.....
   I was not posting the things that I was for anykind of self indulgence or for any reason other than my interest in this case and to help my fellow Monkeys try to find the truth in this big mess...for I still talk to my friend almost every day and will continue to do so, I just dont share as much, because I cant and wont show my proof of his existence and our friendship without causing him problems, and since I cant do this then I understand that I will always be taken by some as just being a liar or making things up........Im not saying anything bad about this forum, believe me, I understand that anybody can say anything on the enternet, and without proof how are we to know what their intentions are, I know that Klass and the rest of the Mods are doing a great job here as Klass really helped me a few times and I have great respect for her and everthing she and the other Mods have to do......

Reading over her ex boyfriend Dante's posts again at WS, I don't know why, but there is something about him that makes me uncomfortable. He could be a great guy, I don't know, just a gut feeling.

I distinctly remember Tim Miller himself say that there was a new slab and that he hoped his team would get to search there in a few days; however, this was some time back and after a few days that search never came about.

Also, in pictures of Lee's house, you can see that there is a new section of a sidewalk poured.  I doubt, though, that Lee would have poured a new section of the sidewalk...probably the county.

I just can't see KC calmly sitting in jail covering for anyone. If she could implicate anyone at all in any way,she would!! She would lay it all on them and have her mother screaming it from the rooftops!! No...JMO.KC doesn't connect with any other human beings(I use that term loosely) for her to have their involvement. The only people that I believe are accomplices,simply by withholding or changing information are the A's and I don't believe that even started until well after the fact when they caught on by themselves. Looking at all the photos though, there is no new slab to be found, just pavers.  If it was sidewalk, you are right that would be county.  Tim could have been mistaken and thought the pavers were a slab of concrete?  I have no idea, just do not see it in the photos of the back yard.

IMO Casey does not "think" like the normal person ... REMEMBER she was telling a little 12 yr old girl something to the effect of "we are like sisters now" ...

She is IMO capable of "keeping secrets" for her "friends" b/c she has an immature mind and is thinking "I won't tell on them so they like me, I'm a good friend" .... She is not thinking for one second that these same "friends" will turn their back on her ... and do the right thing for Caylee ...

There are a few things that make me feel uncomfortable about Dante ... For one, him "quitting his job" on IIRC June 17th ... a job that was across the street from Amscott .. Actually, I like the way SM works. We are members but also visitors. The owners or mods of this site have every right to their loyalties and they should be respected. I don't let people crap on my friends in my house and I don't do it in theirs! Also, I believe above board constructive criticism of these friends has been well tolerated and respected. IMO Casey does not "think" like the normal person ... REMEMBER she was telling a little 12 yr old girl something to the effect of "we are like sisters now" ...

She is IMO capable of "keeping secrets" for her "friends" b/c she has an immature mind and is thinking "I won't tell on them so they like me, I'm a good friend" .... She is not thinking for one second that these same "friends" will turn their back on her ... and do the right thing for Caylee ...

IMO Casey also knows (to some extent) that IF these "friends" rat out her ... they are "ratting" out themselves only on a different level ...

She doesn't know (But Baez does) know what LE is able to "overlook" in an immunity deal to get to the truth.  That is why I believe JB has asked for the "immunity list" to see WHO has sold Casey out ... JB knows Casey lives in this "la la land" ...

Looking at all the photos though, there is no new slab to be found, just pavers.  If it was sidewalk, you are right that would be county.  Tim could have been mistaken and thought the pavers were a slab of concrete?  I have no idea, just do not see it in the photos of the back yard.

LP thinks that because he doesn't know what he's talking about. If she had "ripped the bag open" when she removed it from the trunk then it would have indicated 11 days of decomp, not two.

You know, JaJo, the guy isn't even theorizing - he's throwing out various scenarios which does not fit the evidence and hoping something sticks. He's not thinking like KC, he's thinking like a made for tv movie.

1. There is no evidence that KC and her mother had a fight on the 15th and she left the house that evening - in fact the evidence points to her being in the house until approx. 12:50 pm and then back at the house at approx. 1:30. She then left again between 4 and 5 pm.

2. There is no evidence that she put the child in the pool on the 18th. If she had put the child in the pool on the 18th, then the body would not have immediately sank because it would have been so full of methane gas it would have floated on the surface, not sunk to the bottom. One look at that body on the 18th would have convinced anyone even someone as desperate as KC that the body had been dead for some time.

3. We're not looking at a complicated, devious murder plot with a method of body disposal planned out ahead of time - the fact that it was in the car for 2.6 days would indicate that this was not planned out. No one would want to ride around in a car with a dead body in the trunk. What if she had been stopped by a cop, or someone had rear ended the car at a light? It wouldn't make sense for someone to do that and no matter how bizarre the crime, the events around it have to make sense.

4. She didn't leave "clues" around for people to find that little girl. She didn't want to be caught. She hid out from her parents for 31 days and if her mother hadn't surprised her at AL's apt. she would have continued to hide out. She isn't subconsciously leaving clues around for people to find. KC is about self preservation and self aggrandizement, she sure as hell isn't about being caught and relieved of a burden.

5. LP is looking for large chunks of time with no cell phone usage.
a. this cell phone pinging is way overrated as evidence. There are dead zones, missed calls, pings not picked up be exact area towers.
b. it doesn't take a large chunk of time to dispose of a body - it takes about one minute to pull the car over, walk into the tree line, dump a tiny little body in the woods, cover it with dead foliage and walk back to the car. She isn't going to do this in an area where people might recognize her or might see her - she goes to an area that is fairly deserted at a certain time that is accessable by car and can be fairly easily explainable. "I stopped by the side of the road because I thought I had a flat tire" or "I couldn't wait to pee and had to run in the tree line" - how do you explain hanging by a river bank in a public park after dark or putting up a memorial in a tree?

People who are psychotic leave the body where it can be found - that is part of the dynamic of the crime - people who don't want to be found try to hide the body where it won't be found - Scott Peterson didn't go back to the bay to "visit" with his dead wife, he went back to a place where he could observe the police looking for his dead wife so that he would have a head start on getting away. That is self preservation. Despite all the claims by the psychologists, KC isn't a "sociopath" or a "psychotic" who enjoys committing crimes, she is a typical human being who did something very bad and is now trying to escape being punished for it - it happens every day of the week, year in and year out.

::MonkeyWink::  Yep-a Puzzler!  I don't ever recall seeing a slab in a picture either.  There was a mention of a new section poured as you step out of the house (maybe it's left up to your definition of a slab - I think a slab a substantial area...others might thing 3 feet x 3 feet).  But...I don't recall a picture of a new slab...could something have been poured AFTER the police searched the back yard?  A small area could have been poured by mixing up concrete in a bucket or wheelbarrow...don't always need a concrete truck to visit the house.

Maybe Caylee fell asleep in the back seat of the car with help of drugging.Casey went on to her party and left her sleeping all warm and comfy parking her car away from anyone that could see in.She locked all the doors thinking Caylee would be safe.She got too drunk,passed out,and Caylee suffocated.Casey upon awakening,freaks,runs out and discovers her dead and it was then she transfers her to the trunk.I would think if she loved Caylee at all,upon awakening she would have been in a state of panic for whomever was there to see thereby drawing attention to herself...? That is definitely a possibility. Most of her friends did not have kids so they don't quite know child safety issues, they are quite naive at that young age, as far as children go... With that said, I do see that sort of situation as being a possibility.

I really don't know...I just remember Tim saying that he or LE would search the "slab" in a few days...we never heard that Tim searched (I believe he left town before the few days were up) and, of course, if LE searched we wouldn't be told about that.

Chloroform is heavy and displaces the air that we breathe...if Caylee was laying in the trunk, she would be breathing from that low area and oxygen would be replaced by chloroform fumes, right?

I hear what you are trying to say. I find that statement odd too...because then Cindy came back a few times with a counter statement saying that all of Caylee's clothing and toys were accounted for, but not until articles of clothing started being discovered, Caylee's or not. 
Casey I think made that statement to try and tie in to the kidnapping aspect of her lies, but then Cindy comes with something totally different which makes you wonder how can it all be accounted for if Caylee had to be wearing something....

Poor Caylee probably had the babydoll in her arms when she died.  I hope it was tested.

 I can honestly see Casey thinking that it's dark,tuck her in,the air is much cooler,crack a window for some air,lock the doors,all is well....Caylee being in a drug induced sleep had no defense against the heat and simply stayed asleep...I pray hard that this scenario is close to what happened.Caylee simply not waking up is a much greater thought process for me...

You are NOT out of the loop!!  That is exactly what I said too!!  Its so not right..and fights just come from it. 

Agree, don't see any new slab in the back yard.  Maybe TM was just told there was one.  We have photos of the entire back yard and there is no concrete slab.

I also wonder how anything belonging to Caylee would get under one in the water as well for that matter.  What are the odds that since June someone would come along and dump a concrete slab over anything tossed in the water at just that location, etc.

We are just assuming based on a statement that Casey made saying "They have not even found her clothes yet"....trying to decifer the puzzle.

That is the same slab then that George threw the little video guy off of.  He was pushing him and threw his umbrella.  There should be plenty of shots of it.
