did anyone else hear the a's attorney say something to the effect of "it's safe to assume the house is bugged?"

the "experts" on Nancy Grace were saying this months ago. And that it is perfectly legal if done through proper channels.

I'm just having such a hard time keeping my thoughts together in this case. My mind just keeps racing around like a hamster running in a wheel.  OK...KC found out how to make chloroform.  When do you think she was planning on using it for the first time, or had she been using it before the night she had the fight with Mommie Dearest?  She couldn't have known the exact time it would hit the fan about her stealing money from her grandparents. So...did she just have the chloroform sitting around, waiting for a time to use it or what? Maybe she thought she would have a hard time hurting Caylee and felt if she sedated her prior to hurting her, it would spare Caylee the pain???  Just rambling on here....

the scroll on the bottom of FOX just said Sheriff is requesting a 3rd search warrant of the A's home....if this is correct then it has to be a new search warrant

Maybe they found more evidence at the scene that would tie it back to the Anthonys?

Holy crap guys. What else could they take? I say they just take George, Cindy and Lee and lock them in the evidence room.

Wonder if LE is at the house again preventing access until the warrant is issued?

Tim Miller speaks to FOX 35's Mike Dunston

Also on Monday, Tim Miller, the leader of Texas Equusearch, spoke with FOX 35's Mike Dunston about the case. Tim Miller says he is angry with Casey Anthony. "When  we walked into the Anthony's house the first time, Casey could have taken me for a two minute walk and it would have been over," he said.

He said investigators at the crime site got emotional after the find. "We hugged and wiped tears out of our eyes and said 'My God, it's finally over, it's finally over."

Investigators allowed Miller close to the area where the child's remains were located, but they said he, as well as Casey Anthony's defense team, were not given access to the actual site.

Yes! Was it during the Geraldo interview?

Fox teaser just said the new evidence may actually hurt the prosecution? WTF?

Internet searches were in March? So, I'd say she began making/using it soon after. What she used it for and when, I don't know. But I'd say we'll find out soon enough ...

When they said they found something at the scene that linked back to the Anthony's home.  I was thinking maybe it was a matching sheet or blanket to a comforter set they have.

FoxNews just said that other bones are actually being found at the site that may or may not be related to the remains discovered and believed to be Caylee's. I think there is much more going on here than we all suspected.

Maybe there's more to what Casey said, something like 'Caylee is with her father'...

I could swear I just seen on Fox (Phil Keating) reporting that LE is getting ANOTHER SEARCH WARRANT FOR A'S home???

O/T is it me or is Phil Keating muscling out?

Lisa

I thought so from a video I saw this weekend.
A new search warrant...is it true?

Hi Trim Smile

I've been all over the channels and can't find any confirmation.  Looks like maybe it was old news Sad
I just saw on Fox News that a 3rd search warrant has been issued for the Anthony's.

What is this on Fox about "new find" found in the case? Hinting that it might be exculpatory? Am reading from the screen without sound. Supposedly coming up soon.

Tim talked about the indentation in the ground.  I don't know how investigators can say he was not at the actual site.

Maybe they found some type of device she used to bring Caylee's body there. ex: Wheel barrel, luggage, etc.

Padilla confirmed that additional items were recovered at the crime site where the remains of a child were found on Thursday.

He would not say whether those items were additional bones or clothing, noting that the sheriff’s office wanted to keep the integrity of the case at hand.

"Casey will consume our lives with conflict"

I know I read it different than they stated...but isn't this the truth.

I truly believe they missed a comma after "casey", meaning the investigation, not Casey, would consume their lives with conflict.
