thank you god. no questions from AF. i do hope she is feeling better though because she did sound really sick and she is the only lawyer on the defense team that i can respect as a professional even though i don't agree with her opinion on the dp.

capp i have a question and i know you have good legal knowledge so that's why i'm asking you, i am tryin to google the answer but can't find it...

do you know if the state can appeal to a higher court to have farmville lady stricken before the trial starts?

Please don't think I am a heartless person, because I trully am not, but I am thrilled she is feeling poorly.  Sorry, I have no resepct for her or any of them.  They know she is guilty and they keep trying to pull the wool over everybody's eyes to protect her and allow her to walk the streets again.  Yes, that is their jobs, but they can do their jobs, protect her life, but still respect the VICTIM, and realize that society is safer with her locked up, and should be facilitating that, as well as protecting her life, but they chose not to do that.  And, she is particularly sneaky IMO.  I do not like her at all.

That was my original estimate as voir dire got underway, the 23rd.  Years ago, if memory serves my estimate was 2-4 weeks...nothing for nothing.

This PJ is wishy washy.  He reminds me of Lee with all the laughing he is doing.  He cancelled his trip!  I think he wants on the jury but I'm not sure of his motives right now.  Not sure if he is in favor of ICA or not yet.
