Would casey be so stupid as to buy a suitcase at JCP's?  Wow, it they found Caylee in one, that would be the nail in the coffin so to speak.  Cindy already knows what she purchased that day, if it was a suitcase..how did casey explain THAT to her??  She knows..they all know.
She could explain it by saying she bought it for the Puerto Rico trip, or her pending trip to NY that didn't happen, or her trip she wanted to plan to CA to see Mr. Army guy...
As for the weights...have you seen her arms?  LOL j/k

Somebody said the other nite when they found the rope that the area was
fenced in. Could they have thrown it over the fence and the rope enabled it
to float out somewhat. I think it was on Delphiforums.com

Im fairly certain Lee knows where the body is too.

What do you think Wreck????
Crotch Crickets.
No I mean about the case, not your pets.
It's just like Natalee's case. We KNOW the "who" and "why" -- we just don't have the "how" pinpointed ........ YET.

Yes here it is..
Sunday Search Update!

Today we searched an area that was suggested to us by a Brians Dreams reader.  She met with us personally this morning, and brought us to a plausable area.  The unfortunate part of the area, was that it is county property and fenced.  We can not enter the area without permission from the county. I was unable to get in touch with anyone to get that permission, so the area could not be searched.  The information has been passed on to TES.
We then moved on to an area at the Econ Soccor Complex.  Richard, a volunteer and a team leader for TES.  He was searching down along the banks of the river and found some items of interest.
The area was submitted to LE and Richard will also be providing that information to TES to see if they can bring a boat and underwater camera to check out the area.
As of today, we are not going to be doing any organized searches while TES is in town.  Renee, Cindy, and myself are going to continue to follow leads, search areas and work the case.  We do not want to interfere with TES volunteers.  Once TES leaves, if they have not found Caylee, and this case has not been closed, we will resume our organized weekend searches.
I will post updates every time that we do go out and search.  We will be doing our searching during the week.
Thank you all for your support.  And remember we are NOT calling off the search for Caylee, just scaling back for a couple of weeks.

I didn't read the motions that JB made to the Court but read elsewhere a reference that JB was requesting that the decomposition car be put up on a lift, for what I don't know & if this claim is accurate I don't know, but all I do know is squirrelling is what this group of gouls seem to be doing.

Other than finding her alive, my wish is for them to find her in a "difinitive" container, easily traced back to caseyho, so maybe the decomp isn't so awful.

I wouldn't think she could explain it away during the time her daughter is missing.  Can you imagine telling the LE "Oh I was going on vacation soon".

I don't think explaining would work with Cindy.  I'm pretty sure she would demand to see it for herself.  When casey couldn't produce it, Cindy knew Caylee was gone. JMO

« Reply #754 on: October 07, 2008, 11:05:39 PM »

So LP says that JC Penny's (Fashion Square Mall?) has alot to do with when and where Caylee was disposed of. I'm racking my brain trying to figure out the how part.

Lisa
Maybe she went and bought new clothes.

And then left them in the dressing room or in the bathroom in the mall with the mud all over them?

The ones she was wearing, that also ties into why Cindy wouldn't give them the cc receipts.

Does anyone else think like this???

Nancy Grace tonight - there were some things that suddenly turned on light bulbs for me.

A.  Humor me for a minute, they find the rope and (some other items of interest) in J Blanchard park.
B.  OCSO asks Tim if he can return with his hi-tech equipment to check it out.
C.  Suddenly Baez and Casey want to go look.

I think Casey is getting REALLY nervous that Tim WILL find something in Blanchard park this week (Just like LP said tonight)
She wants to see if she can go - move the evidence?

Maybe I'm still just dreaming - but it really gave me the shivers tonight.
