Hi Monkeys--Hi Cookie--Yes, Nancy Grace got her nighttime show on HLN in 2005.  Prior to that she was on what was then Court TV.  At one point she had a show with Johnnie Cochran on Court TV but the tension was so thick between them that you could cut it with a knife.  During the OJ Simpson trial, the cable channels were scrambling to find attorneys who would act as commentators for the trial and she was one of them, along with several others who briefly became famous, but have now faded from the scene.  She was an Asst. DA in Atlanta specializing in homicide cases and as I recall she never lost a case, but was criticized a couple of times by the GA Supreme Court for her courtroom tactics.

I agree with you about Cindy.  How in the world could she have any association with Casey after what she did to George?  I don't know, of course, but at the time I thought it was a conspiracy they were all in together and George agreed to be the fall guy, knowing there was no evidence to convict him of anything,  but I am less sure of that now. Anyway, George would never leave voluntarily.  Cindy is the breadwinner and always has been since they moved to FL.  George has just had occasional jobs like the one he apparently has now, but he is allergic to working.

My opinion is that Casey herself leaked the videos because there has been no movement toward the big payoff she expected and it looks as if there isn't going to be.  Before she murdered her daughter, she was living hand to mouth, not working, no income except what she could steal.  Cindy was supporting the whole lazy bunch and covering the debts Casey was charging to Cindy's credit cards.  No big time criminals there.  Just petty theft by Casey.

Thanks, Rowan.  Yes, the info about Nancy Grace is correct. Anyone who goes on the Nancy Grace show knoiws her and knows that she will be very aggressive.  She actually does a lot of charity work and for many years answered the phone for a battered woman's hot line.  The GA Supreme Court overturned two of her convictions and criticized her prosecution.  I thought of another lawyer who became famous because of the OJ Simpson case.  Greta Van Susteren also commented on the OJ trial for CNN.  She moved to FOX, got her own 10 o'clock show and had some facial work done before she started.  She was a well-known Washington DC attorney.  In the beginning of the Anthony saga, she often used it as her subject for the night but then switched to politics.  Roy Black is another who was a commentator for CNN.  He was the attorney who got Willie Smith off for raping a young woman in Palm Beach. (IMO Willie Smith was guilty.)  Roy Black later married the jury foreman, a woman named Leah something who sold cosmetics on TV.  He didn't last long on CNN.

I have the same trouble texting on my cellphone.  If I hit the wrong letter, the phone chooses another word to insert and often my texting makes no sense at all.

The judicial system in FL seems to be in thrall of Casey Anthony.  Has there been any ruling or verdict not in her favor except the check fraud, which she admitted, and lying to LE which her attorney admitted for her?  I have come to believe that these judges go in camera when they don't want the public knowing they are doing something underhanded yet again.

A source familiar with the situation tells E! News that Anthony remains unwilling to undergo psychotherapy.

"Dorothy and Jose have been trying to get Casey to go into therapy, but she refused to do it," the source said. "Jose has become a parental figure in her life and she doesn't want to be told what to do. And he's done with it. The big issue is the therapy issue. He believes very strongly that if she doesn't get help she can't truly move on."

However, not all of Anthony's lawyers have abandoned ship, as defense team member and sound bite machine Cheney Mason is still on board. Here's hoping he can handle pulling all that extra weight.

The form says to circle "which one," but no circle appears on the copy released Friday. However, the word "therapy," and the area around it, were redacted from that report.

A DOC spokesman said last month the redaction was due to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, which limits public access to personal medical information.

On another note, a leopard never changes their spots. I wonder if she's using her new toys ( computer and web cam) to send porn? Remember the pic of her on her now closed account, she's wearing a blue dress, hiked up to the hilt, her left breast completely exposed and the pouty kissy kissy look. I specifically remember that one because of Denzel Washington's movie called "Devil In The Blue Dress". We know there's no such thing as online therapy, so I'm left to question why the need for a computer and webcam? I believe those latest videos were "leaked" by skank herself, maybe by mistake, and maybe to the person/persons who are used to watching/seeing her personal online porn pics. BTW, I kept that pic if anyone wants a reminder, it's definately taken for a pay for porn site. In IMHO she's using that puter to get income by selling her porn pics again.

As a last note, apparently a certain someone has sold a "bunch of shocking pics and story" to the Enquirer, but they're under a 30 day contract not to release said pics and story. The mag has her on their cover now, and will be releasing the above over the next 4 weeks as they have exclusive rights per the above 30 day contract. I mention this because I believe it's all tied in to the above.

I hate sounding mean and nasty, so I will try to describe my experience without judgement;

In the late 90's my job required court appearances.  In some cases, each parent had an attorney.  I used to get so mad because the attorneys had generally worked things out before speaking to the clients or going into the court room. 

In one particular sad and painful case, the father had to be brought in from jail.   He was a stereotypical representation of a certain undesireable location and class structure.   He loved being able to say "my lawyer said..." etc.   He honestly thought the things he said made him look good and the rest of the world a joke.  That said,  I did see his humanity.   He was not evil, but was considered despicalbe.

What shocked me the most was the meeting before he came into the court room.   We were all sharing notes, etc.  We all knew this was a done deal, but the lawyer was literally laughing at the man and said we had to let him say something in the court room to look good.  I will never forget that day, it changed how I see the world forever.  I have had more experiences of a similar ilk, but never one that blatantly painful again.  Wheeling and dealing...I have zero trust in anything held in camera or out of full public view.

According to court records, attorney John Morgan filed the motion on Thursday to use Dr. Jeffery Danziger and Dr. William Weitz as witnesses for Gonzalez’s civil suit. Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation, claiming her life was ruined after Anthony linked her to Caylee Anthony's disappearance in 2008.

The depositions for Danziger and Weitz were unsealed Wednesday, shedding light into Anthony’s controversial account of what she thinks happened to Caylee and Anthony's claim that she had been sexually abused by her father as a child.

While I have no time at all for the weaselly Dr. Weitz, I would love to hear Dr. Danziger was going to say before Baez pulled the plug on the depo.  I thought he seemed a man of integrity and ethical conscience, not one to be bamboozled by Casey's lies.  Dr. Weitz acted as if Casey's imagined scenarios were the Holy Gospel!

Attorneys who filed civil suits against Casey Anthony want to have her deposed, but with much of her story told through Dr. Jeffrey Danziger and Dr. William Weitz some wonder if it's necessary to depose Anthony now?

Matt Morgan, who represents Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman suing Anthony for defamation, says his team still wants to depose Anthony, despite her Fifth Amendment privilege claims during the appeal of her criminal convictions for lying to law enforcement.

"We will continue to do everything we can in order to compel her testimony," Morgan said Friday.

At the same time, though, the Morgan team added Danziger and Weitz to its witness list the day after their depositions were made public. They also want to see the doctors' medical records and reports.

"We want the opportunity to put both witnesses on the stand," Morgan said. "Hopefully, the doctors' testimony will be relevant and helpful."

In mid-2008, Anthony, who is now 25, said a woman with a similar name to Gonzalez abducted her daughter. But she would later tell her doctors her daughter drowned and her father was responsible.
