Within minutes of the discovery being reported online and on t.v. there were reports of Cindy frantically texting on the airplane.  She had time to get a hold of Mallory, or perhaps Mallory was already on her way to feed the dogs when Cindy said, "grab the duct tape."   Too bad LE can't get a search warrant for THOSE text messages.

Hi Always.  No, we don't. We're just speculating what took her so long to answer the door and what she could have hidden under her shirt.

I would think so too if this whole thing is about to unravel...not sure tho if they have no intension of arresting CA... I don't know what the privacy rights are for texting..wouldn't CA have to give LE permission?

If Cindy sent her a text about the discovery of the remains she may have been upset and had to regain her composure before answering the door.

They most likely can

When the reports were first made about finding Caylee, the news made no mention of duct tape.  This would mean if Cindy had Mallory grab tape, then Cindy knew Caylee was wrapped in duct tape.  This if true would open a whole new can of worms.

True but I lean towards believing the family, inluding Mallory, have known since early on that Caylee was dead.

THis is true however i dont think they would be able to prove Mallory took the tape at this point.

I agree Klaas.  And I'm sure someone would have already disposed of the duct tape long ago.  IMO

Hello Monkey friends

Just popping in to say thank you for your prayers and well wishes.  My Grandbaby boy is doing a little better after being medivacted to a more efficient NICU hospital.  They discovered a heart valve problem and put him on medicine.  Hopefully that will help him with the oxygen and circulation problems he was having.  He tolerated some formula today and that's good.  Grandbaby girl is also taking her formula well.   Mommy & Daddy are traveling back and forth and praying alot.

sorry for the o/t Klaas just had to respond to all the kind folks.

My prayers to all of you also who are experiencing difficult times and your friends and families.

Gonna pop back out now.  But will keep you posted.

Thanks again
Marymary

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
