Casey sure is acting different since this morning..what has given her the confidence again? the fact that the jury pool is mostly men and she thinks that she can seduce them from where she sits?
I think that employers should have to pay people who are called to jury duty at least a portion of their salary...

Mason is really really agreeable to excusing mothers of small children. But about jumped up and down for the woman who didn't want to judge another person. How transparent. That lady should have been excused right then and there.

And the defense certainly doesn't want that last woman - single mom of a 2 y.o.  (wouldn't want that woman on the jury in a single mom killing her 2 y.o. trial).

It's the message Capp. These people care more for their animals than Casey did for her own daughter.

That's true!  but what Im noticing is how many dont have family or friends to help out when it comes time to be inconvenienced.  If true, its understandable, if its a stretch of the truth that is a different story.

I was thinking the same thing...someone is out of work for 6-8 weeks, which makes the work place short staffed and co-workers would have to carry the absent employee's workload. You have pets and would have to inconvenience someone else to care for them, the list goes on and on. For every seated juror, there would need to be a 10man support team to hold the jurors lives together until this trial is over... I realize this is about the murder of a 2 year old little girl and justice served, but it would be hard for most to serve in this capacity...JMHO
I know what you are saying, but how many people need to be imposed upon to have someone sit as a juror?  Shouldn't it really be the juror's responsibility alone?  CJBP is trying to find solutions to their problems, but geesh, is it going to take every citizen in Pinellas Co to put forth some sort of inconvience to seat this jury?
