I have a different theory than most. Most think she wants to testify and he doesn't want her to and hoped to get her found incompetant so she wouldn't be able to. I think he wanted her to fire Baez and she refused, and that's what led to the incompetance filing and Ann F being there. Will we ever find out? Don't know.

Stayhomemommy... I agree with your theory, in fact I actually posted the same thing earlier today, but no other monkeys replied to my post so I didn't think anyone thought that too... I posted that I thought she wanted to fire all of them, based on what I read on the motion that Blonde posted.

TIMELINE: 

October 14, 2008 -- Grand Jury indicts Casey for murder and she is arrested.

October 15, 2008 -- Teddy is mailed off to Ginette Lucas the psychic.

November 6, 2008 -- Teddy is returned to Cindy.

November 14, 2008 -- Leonard Padilla finds bones at JB Park, which are not human.

November 15, 2008 -- Meet and Greet held.  Dominic and Hoover are searching for pavers, black plastic bags, fallen log, etc. in the woods off Suburban Dr.  Dominic claims he was being directed by Ginette Lucas on the cell phone.  Cindy tells reporters at the Meet and Greet that Caylee is not "in the woods."

November 19, 2008 -- Jessica D'Onofrio is granted an interview and exclusive tour of the Anthony home.
