It's actually been pretty quiet this past week in the case, about time for Joran to do something stupid again.

I don't think Peter will let Joran get out of the next go around, like the pot smoking excuse and the "I lied" story. He is on a mission and it is a personal one now. IMO, Peter won't let anything screw this one up again. Peter will trump Joran, NOT the ALE. The whimps!

I've been reading often but posting little. (sometimes one learns more from reading/listening then posting/talking, imo).

I have a couple of thoughts and questions.

I did some research on chuckie cheese a couple of years ago.  If I'm not mistaken the law firm he works for had him listed as a BK lawyer.  You would think given the current state of affairs with our economy he would be more busy bailing people out of credit card debt than spending hours on end defending the corrupt island of Arooba.  He never could afford to go back home before Natalee was vanished now all of the sudden he has the funds to go back home.  Hmmm. (AHATA must like him alot)

I'm not too concerned with Chuckies opines because he has a clear, dark agenda imo, which is to defend the Arooban brand of sex, drugs ect. Plus it's hard to take someone seriously with such large moobs and such a bad haircut.

Patrick is the one I have the most questions about.  After watching the tapes a few times I question his sincerety.  He seems more like a con man than a concerned citizen, imo.  Remember, he went to Peter with a good story to sell and Peter bit.  He didn't ask Joranstein the right questions, imo.  Patrick took Joransteins story hook, line and sinker without asking tougher questions and the sporter offered up too much info that he knew wouldn't get him tried, imo.  His bullshit about the K2's not being involved and his slimy father and the ALE being dumbasses was all rehearsed, imo.

I think Patrick fooled Peter and Peter is now getting to the bottom of it. (I hope)

If Patrick deceived Beth and Peter the way I think he did I hope someone buries his ass.

you can safely fuel up w/ a lower grade
than what your vehicle manufacturer recommends

I live at 4400' ... nearly a mile above sea level

he told me that I can drop one fuel grade
w/o causing any problems to my vehicle's fuel system,
says he's been doing it for years

my mechanic agreed

crossed my fingers/tried it:
no ping/no loss of performance

anyone else heard/thought about doing this?

Yes, it is true. I live in Texas (pretty flat and elevation about 900'). Our reguar unleaded octane is 89. Denver (elevation 5,240') their minimum octane pumps are 86. I'm sure the altitude is relevant!

She  did the door  open and the next moment she cried that my laptop was away. I was shocked me to death and flew out of bed to see what was happening. The tragedy was soon even greater when we saw that not only the laptop was away, but also 2 digital cameras, a video camera and both our bags with portomonnee, badges etc. Of course good on the turns we all call when we thought that it was important. Residential as a first course! Then Maureen, they immediately came to help. The bank and police, we had quickly to the line. Within a quarter of an hour the police was already there and they have put up the report. A few hours later came the technical recherche to fingerprint. At that time we were a little bit of fear and obtain all felt like we were an episode of CSI, haha. Our fingerprints were taken and compared with the corresponding print. One print was not the same, that would be something may be, but good, but we count down anywhere since the 'fingerprint' is very small in Aruba. The rest of the day was a bit of a haze over. We all felt particularly unsafe and were reluctant to take on the night. Today was our end of the front door replaced, since our keys in the bag sat. All residents here at Sunshine were pretty shocked, especially because the thief (s) within just have been while we were sleeping. Everyone is extra vigilant now. When the police can do little and it is still debatable whether we shall get anything at all, because the window was not locked.

I agree Windy.   Patrick didn't ask Joran the right questions by design.  I have said this before that I thought that entire thing was staged.  Patrick over acted at some points too and it was so abvious to me.  The the hook line and sinker of it all was when he said the Kalpoes had nothing to do with it.  TOTAL LIE.  Patrick never fell for any of the lies because he was in on the lies.
