I had no idea about ANJ's daisy chain project, would be interested in reading that.

This is when ANJ was putting together items contributed by Monkeys to create a "Daisy Chain" theory document.  ANJ posted this document at docstoc.com, and posted the link here in the Caylee thread for all to see.

The document is still there, searchable with the tag "daisy chain."  I just looked a moment ago and found it there myself.  I thought it was interesting.  I believe it is being brought up again now because of the Kronk brouhaha.

Casey Anthony's attorneys want Texas EquuSearch to turn over all of its records

Attorneys for Casey Anthony want Texas EquuSearch, a volunteer search group, to turn over all of its records regarding the search last fall for missing Caylee Anthony.

Jose Baez filed the paperwork in court this afternoon, asking the judge to order EquuSearch founder Tim Miller to turn over information – such as names and phone numbers – for the thousands who volunteered to look for the missing 2-year-old.

The non-profit, represented by Orlando attorney Mark NeJame, has given Casey Anthony's defense attorneys information about 32 people who searched in the area between Hidden Oaks Elementary School and the area near Suburban and Hopespring drives.

The child's remains were found in December, less than a mile from her home in a wooded lot near Suburban and Hopespring drives.

Casey Anthony was indicted last October on a first-degree murder charge in the death of her two-year-old. Casey Anthony waited 31 days to report her child missing to police, and claimed the girl's nanny kidnapped her. Investigators determined the nanny does not exist.

EquuSearch scoured several hundred acres throughout Orange County on two occasions to search for the girl in 2008

EquuSearch claims none of the thousands of volunteers ever searched the exact area where Caylee's remains were found, according to court documents.

The motion was filed after Casey Anthony's defense attorneys found two people, not listed in EquuSearch's documents, who stated they searched the exact area where the skeletal remains were found.

Searcher Joe Jordan claims he searched the area on Sept. 1, 2008 with five or six others, including a dog handler named Danny Ibison and another dog handler from the Panama City Sheriff's Office, court documents show.

Another woman, Laura Buchanan, of Mendham, N.J., said that on Sept. 3, 2008 she searched "near the privacy fence and worked my way towards and then beyond the spot where the body was found," according to a sworn statement.

Both Buchanan and Jordan said there was no indication a dead or decaying body was in the area when they searched.

Baez is asking anyone who searched the area where Caylee's remains were found to call his office at 407-XXX_XXXX or the DePaul Capital Litigation Clinic at 312-XXX_XXXX.

That's where they are going with this. And, she just might walk. Get some of those volunteers, spin them around and presto that body wasn't there at that time.  Poor TES. How can these ppl say for certain where they were ? Wasn't that bag under water for quite some time ?

I remember when she killed her two boys and than had a birthday party at the grave. reminded me of  caylees last birthday! cindy threw a birthday party. any ways this other nut from texas  acted with no grief and  was out just having  a good time thinking no one would ever suspect her!! because she was the mom !! She will never get out I think maybe her husbands moved on!!

I just found my daughters car today! and it smells theres been a dead body in it!!! the coffin flies in the trunk!!  we know kronk didnt drvie that car and sure as hell didnt party with casey! didnt even know the Anthonys never met them.

Doesn't the judge decide what can and can't be allowed in court, as in witnesses/evidence? We're hearing all this crazy BS/theories/scenerios/what ever sounds good coming out of the defense, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will be in the trial, no? Please set me straight on this cause I'm really not sure. Gosh, I hope I'm right and most of their crazy BS stories don't see the courtroom trial. Is the defense allowed to spew out any crazy stuff they feel like to the jury?? Granted, they're trying to reach any potential jurors now going around the news/talk shows. I just hope all this nonense stays out of the trial!
Sorry if I repeated myself too much, just have too much on my mind trying to come out all at once!!
