Do we really know if the duct tape WAS wrapped around the entire head?  I don't re-call reading that. And duct tape has amazing power to stay in place. If it was even just a piece. The hair would of helped hold it in place also.

Casey Anthony’s birthday is just around the corner and one enterprising mother has created cards that “will be mailed to Casey with your Birthday wishes to her.”

One card says, “Happy Birthday Casey!  Have Fun Hitting the Bars.”   

Wish Casey Anthony a happy birthday with this card.

The other reads, “Hi Casey… I’m Thinking About You Today!  LWOP in GENPOP!”

Anthony’s birthday is March 19th and she will spend it in jail, charged with the first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.  Her trial is scheduled to begin Oct. 12.

I looked around after "320 sycamore" went down. Anyone remember that site??? I liked it and felt secure there. It was a lot like here. Clean and with rules. YES...you need rules. The Truth...I had heard Dana's voice from a link and thought it was very smooth and "sexy". I also liked the front page for the current updates.

hope this hasn't been asked before, have tried to keep up, but.....
If Caylee's bio father was never told he was the father, but someone suspects that they are her father, takes a DNA test, finds out that he is Caylee's father.....could he come in as Next of kin to Caylee and then want Casey Ho to have the death penalty, would his opinion matter? he would be "closer" in kin than the Anthony's wouldn't he? He could say all kinds of things like Casey Ho kept me from knowing my daughter and then she murdered her and for that I want her to fry?
Also, wouldn't it be ironic if the bio father could come in and get the money that the Anthony's have made off of poor little Caylee's death......claim it for pain and suffering that this family has caused him and his family? That would be the ultimate if they were left with nothing financially...

OK, we've heard/read that the duct tape was over her mouth, with a heart sticker. We've also heard that they had to cut her hair out of the duct tape. Reasonable assumption is that the tape was wrapped around her head. This also ensures that the tape stays in place. (oooh, ick, why do I answer these questions???)

In my state, the only way he would have legal standing is to file an Affidavit of Paternity, and that all goes thru Family Court...so it would be a moot point once the child is deceased. His next of kin claim would be worthless, except in the court of public opinion.

I really think the dad was a one-night stand. I also think that any guys who went thru their calendars to see when they shagged KC are heaving sighs of relief. I don't think any sane man would come forward now. He would know that SinSin would try to come after him for child support, and then she'd say what crzy did to Caylee was all HIS fault. That's how warped this family is.

no some church called St Mary's. I had to walk a mile there and back. We are going to the Basilica of Shrine of Immaculate Conception today and National Cathedral some time this week. We are going to the Holocaust Museum today. It will make me cry
