The Anthonys may have filed a document with the court requiring bozo to prove his damaging allegations or apologize and stop using them. If he does not they will prosecute him for lying to a court of law. I can see that happening. I can't wait to read this document.

I hope they do something.  I know this is very early in this case, but I cannot beleive that a duffense team can just say anything w/o backing it up, and they have not submitted any evidence pretrially to say she was molested.  There were no doctors, no testimony by her sayign she was molested, etc.  I mean, they could have just said monkeys killed Caylee, that is how silly it is to me.  Unless she tesitfies, or they have a hidden witness somewhere that is going to come out and say she was molested (which I believe woudl be trial by ambush and would be objected and the witness denied)  I don't know what they are going to do.  He will be just like Scott Peterson's lawyer with the defense that never materialized.

Cindy answers question about if she has looked for Zanny and for how long.  She is hesitant to answer she looked for her up until 6 weeks ago  then her body starts to shake.  You can really see the shaking in her hair.  I think she has slowly started to see how she was being played and agree that this was a very clear and public message that ICA was on her own with all her lies now.

I went back & watched & yeah you're right.  I wonder if she's shaking or nervously "twitching".  When I'm nervous or angry I kind of "jiggle" for lack of a better word, my right leg.

I don't know that is what it is, but it crossed my mind that an attorney can't stand up in court and tell blatant lies regardless of his motive. I am not sure what the consequences would be as we all know there are serious laws against slander, but there also may be legal consequences if he knowing the truth pursued a lie. We know there can be legal sanctions by the bar, but the way the Anthony attorney's use of words has me really curious as to what he has planned for bozo.

Yep, definitely could be a real life "My Cousin Vinny".  Even if he's an idiot - he's had plenty enough time to research and prepare.  He was too busy soaking in the celebrity of it all.  I feel like John Hammond on Jurasic Park "I REALLY hate that man"!

Has anyone found any lip readings of the other break that was taken @ 10:00 http://www.wftv.com/video/28059008/index.html  ?  At one point ICA is so pizzed she is flayling her pen through the air like a pirate with a sword against an imaginary opponent.  To me it looks like they are commenting about the jurors.

Cindy wanted to visit casey at jail many times, casey refused.

The defense did want to use them.  The way I understand it is that the defense wanted two doctors added to the witness list - waaayyy after the witness was finished.  Judge Perry wasn't happy.  Ashton said if we can meet with the right away and see their report on their results...okay.  While the State was questioning the two Doctors, one of them was released "during" the interview...he either walked out or was released by Baez.  Somehow (it's confusing to me) the attorneys (I believe Baez) ended up calling the Judge on the weekend.  The result was that once Ashton said if the defense is going to call 2 psych doctors, then the State will have their own experts evaluate Ms. Anthony.....Baez withdrew both psych doctors from the list.

Sounds to me like the threat of State experts wouldn't come to the same conclusions as Baez's two psych doctors.  ha ha

So, who knows how disturbed a State expert would find Ms. Casey....but....it was reported in Reuters that Lippmann said that the psych doctors said she was deeply disturbed.  Of course the defense wanted to use them, but thought better of it when Ashton said he would have his own psych experts to check out KC.

Yup, that is how I remember it too.  There is nothing psychologically wrong with her other than having the capability to murder her child and that is what conclusion these docs would have come to.
