Due to the enormous interest in these  cases we are changing our regular Radio schedule around to make sure that all three cases get the attention they deserve, also that you, our listeners have an opportunity to speak up.

On Saturday May/16 3pm Central we will be discussing the Caylee Anthony and Aaliyah Bedwell cases. We have an interesting list of guests including Connie Bedwell’s Father Tim, her two sisters Cara and Christen, also her long time boy friend Darrel. There were some interesting developments in the case this week, two ex-parte hearings were scheduled. It also seems like media interest in the case is building, a syndicated morning radio show out of Tampa started talking about Aaliyah’s plight, in fact Jan and I were guests on their show,

Sunday May/17 3pm Central we will be looking at the Haleigh Cummings case, as of right now the panel is set to include all of the major reporters in the case. TJ Hart of The Sky 97.3 Talk Radio out of Gainesville Florida, Emmy winning journalist Art Harris, William “Cobra” Staubs Bondsman and Private Investigator, Crime writer Denny Griffin and of course our own reporter on this case Ms. Pickles. In other words we have the entire cast of people that have been reporting and investigating this case! This is a do not miss show.

Good evening, my monkey friends. I e mailed AH and asked him about the incident about Misty at the Clinic. He wrote me back saying he was aware of it and was tracking it down. Maybe, they will haul her back in again. Also, maybe they can arresst her for Child Abuse. Heck, arresst her on something. If she sits there long enough maybe just maybe they can break her. You know Ron must be freaking on her about  now, if this turns out to be true. Let's pray for justice for Haleigh.
 

At least get some charges against her.  Even though she could be charged, it will be like the rest of the records we have seen, bailed out.  But even so...she would have to appear.  It would be the beginning........

Law enforcement officials waiting to see boy believed to be kidnapped child

SAN BERNARDINO - Mexican bureaucracy tied to bringing a child from Mexico into the United States is holding up law enforcement efforts to identify a child believed to be 3-year-old kidnap victim Briant Rodriguez, a San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department spokesman said today.

Lt. Rick Ells said it was proving to be a time-consuming process.

"It may be a matter of a couple of days," he said.

Ells said the Sheriff's Department has been in touch with the Mexican consulate about the issues.

A child matching Briant's description was found Friday afternoon in Mexicali and local authorities were notified.

Ells said he had no information on the circumstances that led to the discovery of the little boy or where he was when he was found.

Cindy Beavers, a Sheriff's Department spokeswoman, said earlier today that lead investigator Sgt. Doug Hubbard, accompanied by other Sheriff's Department investigators and FBI special agents, had departed for Calexico about 5 or 6 p.m. Friday.

Maria Rosalina Millana, Briant's mother, also was reported en route to Calexico Friday night.

Calexico is on the California side of the U.S.-Mexico border, across from Mexicali.

Ells said Millana had arrived, but like investigators, had not been allowed access to the boy.

Briant was taken on May 3 during a home invasion robbery at his Pedley Road home.

Two gunmen stormed into the home, tied up Millana and four of her children and ransacked the home for nearly 20 minutes.

They left, taking cash, two cell phone and Briant.

Millana told investigators they threatened to take her son to Mexico and kill him.

lisa e–he drove her to school that day, versus putting her on the bus where Jerry Santos daughter had taken her under wing, and made sure she got to class ok…since it was her first year at school…and her little cousin, Austin, also took the bus with her.

Nelson: I’m not ready to make the leap into your cop conspiracy…they’d lock ronald up in a heartbeat if they could prove he had anything to do with this. Same with any member of the famlies involved…As for Nay Nay, as I reported earlier, detectives interviewed her the first time she got locked up and right before she got sprung the first time…they WANTED her to shake and bake behind bars, detox and maybe recover a few synapses to remember something that might even be a small something that might connect to something else they have…

Re Santos comment:

In looking backwards, Detectives are p utting together a timeline and trying to understand the state of mind of key players in the days and hours leading up to HC going long gone, and the time thereafter…Say you are privy to what RC did next, or what happened with Misty the night before Haleigh’s last day at school. That would be Sunday night. If she never came home, might he have been madly racing to try to find her, or maybe she came home from a party around breakfast time, who knows…Not saying either of those things are true, but for whatever reason, it was Santos’ impression the detail helped one piece of their puzzle of bizarre behaviour make a little better sense.

I have to say that to say the father did this seems ridiculous to me. He would have to get Misty to lie. Then assume she would lie even after he accused her on the 911 call. Misty just had an affair so it does not seem that she is totally under his thumb. He clearly loved his daughter and clearly she was daddy’s girl. I would lean toward a pedophile that watched the family. If LE truly has ruled out a pedophile I would look to Misty and an accident or her having company that she does not want to share. If the child is alive I would lean toward the mother’s side of the family. But to say Ron Cumming’s did this, I mean he would then want to look good on his call to 911. He would want to make himself look good. He did not do that. I believe his reaction was an honest reaction to finding his child missing. LE does not know where all the pedophiles were because they do not even know who all the pedophiles are.

Hello Monkeys!
I was just thinking about certain scientific advances that could possibly be used in this case. The one I was thinking of the most is in regards to "touch DNA". I am reading to find out how long it would take to get results of this is one of the routes that LE have taken in order to rule people in or out ect...
If they are utilizing this science then everything in the home, including Haleigh's shirt could be tested for touch DNA.

Responding here to make sure we stay together on the Q and A.

Actually, Jerry does give me a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Sometimes “gotcha” doesn’t turn out to be gotcha.

He paid a fine for possessing a nickel bag of pot six years ago, he tells me, used to smoke pot but gave it up. “I was wrong, I admitted it.” A lot of stress after moving down from New York mid-custody fight with a woman with a past he didn’t learn about until after they’d had a son together. Long story, but he says she calls Putnam county cops to report domestic battery, says he hit her. Cops show up, arrest him, giving her enough time to scoop up their 7 year old son and split for Kentucky where he’s been locked in a court battle for years.

Meanwhile, Putnam County DCF checks Jerry out, and clears him of the battery accusation. They drop the charges, but in process of cuffing him, cop breaks his shoulder–all caught on camera, an event that triggered a lawsuit against the county and yielded a five figure settlement recently.

The rest of the story behind the story appears to be one to really lol about: grand theft auto charge dropped, put him through the ringer. He’d let a relative park her car at his house, not knowing it was about to be repod’d. Truck shows up to take her car, it’s gone. They report it stolen; he’s at work, arrested. She’d apparently snuck back and taken it. Wasn’t his car. Don’t see any adjudication on rap sheet, do you? That’s because it was dismissed, he says. Also very old case. Note dates.

As for his character, he’s in a great relationship,finally found the right woman, he says. Recently been approved as a foster parent, in addition parenting his own three children –two of his and one his current girlfriend, Stephanie, brought to the table. Coaches all in little league, heading to the playoffs today, steady job, helps his mother who takes care of handicapped kids; his father works for DCF in PC. He did want to clarify spotting Ronald speeding at the bus stop and nearly hittin the parents.

Says he saw Ronald through the dark glass, but not Haleigh, though we know she was at school that day and later told Jerry he was in a hurry because she’d spilled something, after he related he was in a hurry over stress of her gone missing.

Jerry has been quizzed several times by DCF and the cops, and I’ll have more to report about some of the other shocking things he heard or witnessed…that day at the bus stop, and later. It will not make you LOL.

I wonder who this guy Santos is.There is one of Ron’s neighbors at a site that talks trash on a regular basis about the Cummings family.Is Gerald a nickname for Jerry,if so,check the Putnam County website for a record for a Gerald Santos.

Gerome Santos has his own troubles with the law. Did you know “Jerry” and his dad also filed a suit against the former sheriff? Is this the same Jerry Santos that said he saw Ronald beating jr on Christmas day? Yet, didn’t call the cops.

DCF has a ’statutory’ 60 days to complete their investigation.
Section 415.104(4), F.S.

If they didn’t find anything in 60 days, they aren’t going to find anything.

I agree we just have to wait and find out the truth if this is what absolutely happened. If it comes out as truth there will be many people suffering from sadness and grief. It would be a good idea to have a grief counselor prepared and available to speak to the masses if this is the case.

I have no idea who they are talking about. The only neighbor (or used to be) that I know of that has posted and stated that they are/were a neighbor to RC is a poster on WS, and that poster never talked trash about Ron. The story about Santos from AH.... I am really not sure at this point, but just cause this guy has a criminal record I don't think we should discount his statements.

I have no idea who they are talking about. At least this guy came forward with pertinent information about day at the bus stop.  Hope his info cleared up a lot of ...stories...that we have heard from the family involved.

Guess Art has more on this, so maybe Mr. Santos is a good source of info and is not afraid to come forward and speak his mind.
