Could there have been an Aruban agenda in the Natalee Holloway investigation from the getgo ... an Aruban agenda to protect their own ... an Aruban agenda to prevent justice from prevailing for an 18 year old American citizen.

Page 97/98:  The tapes play out.  The night passes, and Natalee never appears at the hotel where Joran and Deepak so elaborately demonstrated they left her.  She never came back.  She never got out of that car and stumbled and bumped her head like they told me.  She got into Deepak's car at Carlos 'n Charlies's, but they didn't bring her here like they said they did.  And I surmise that this must be why Paulus is telling people, like the headmaster, that the out-side hotel cameras are broken.  So no one would find out the truth.

There is silence in the little crowed room.  Eventually the quiet is broken as police officers and detectives who witness the same evidence we do in the wee hours of Thursday morning begin to speak very softly, almost whispering to one another in Dutch and Papiamento.  I don't know what they're saying but they are very subdued.

They all see for themselves that Joran, Deepak and Satish never brought Natalee back to the Holiday Inn.  Those three made everything up, from how they took her to the lighthouse to see sharks to how they left her at the hotel.  Joran isn't a tourist, and he isn't staying at the Holiday Inn.  He isn't nineteen years old, as he told Natalee's friends.  He's seventeen.  It's all lies.  All of it.  The dialog between Natalee and Joran, the places they went, how they got home -- concocted.  And for what reason?  Surely to cover the truth about what has really happened to Natalee.  They know.  And now we all know they lied.  But what they don't know is that I'm willing to wait out all their lies to get to the truth.  I have the rest of my life to find out what has happened to Natalee.

Well, Jane, something that the family knew—and we have to keep reminding everyone—after 72 hours -- 72 hours—we knew definitively that these suspects were not telling the truth. We knew that my daughter had never been brought back to the Holiday Inn. Of course we were becoming frustrated. Who wouldn‘t, at this point? You know, we—and what was so unbelievable about this, is they knew this information and still chose to pursue the two security guards on June the 5th.

Aruba Suspects Accused of Taking Sex Photos of Another Girl

The Kalpoe brothers were released July 4 and rearrested last week with a friend of the three young men, Freddy Alexander Zedan-Arambatzis (search), 21.
 
Zedan-Arambatzis, who is not suspected of involvement in the Holloway case, is accused of taking photos of a minor female in "tempting poses" and of showing the photos to other people, said his lawyer, Diana Emerencia. He is also suspected of having unspecified "physical contact" with the girl, she said.

The Kalpoe brothers and van der Sloot are also suspected of involvement in the incident, which allegedly occurred before Holloway disappeared, Emerencia said.

A statement from the Aruban Prosecutor's Office claimed that Deepak and Satish were rearresting in August, 2005 on suspicions of raping Natalee "alternately" with other "persons".

In June, 2007 ... the editor in chief of Aruba Today ... discredits the mother of Natalee Holloway for stating exactly the Aruban Prosecutor confirms.

(CNN) -- After being detained and then released last month in Natalee Holloway's disappearance, two brothers were arrested again Friday in Aruba on suspicion they acted "together with other people" in raping and killing the Alabama teen, the prosecutor's office said.

Without elaborating on the evidence, the office said in a statement that "new facts and circumstances" led them to re-arrest Satish Kalpoe, 18 and brother Deepak, 21.

"They are suspected of the primary criminal act of together with other people committing premeditated murder, alternately together with other people murdering somebody, more alternately rob a person of her liberty with fatal consequences and even more alternately raping somebody," the statement said.

"Aside from these suspicions against the two brothers, there are new suspicions, which at this point the prosecutor is not commenting on."
