Breaking News just in ... Pete Townsend, Roger Daltrey, John Entwistle and Keith Moon of The Who are going after Jose Baez for royalties for useing the phrase, "who are you". Judge Perry will make his legal ruling on it following the court break.

Question; Does that mean the eleven we have so far are definite jurors? Sorry, not really familiar with jury selection. I know that each side has only used one PC each thus far.

No, either side can still backstrike any of the ones that are there.  They have 9 left on each side, so we can wind up with none soon.

Newfie, the retirees and elderly are very particular that all of their bodily functions remain 'on schedule'

You know at 45 I've only been called to the jury pool once ... and I have a license!  Once I filled out the questionnaire ... with all the family I have in LE and in the service ... I've never been contacted again ... and that was at least 13 years ago!    I'm beginning to think ... yea family connections!

Can you imagine being called ... and having to stand up and say .. "Well, Sir, Your Honor, ... I'm a Monkey"!
