Bozo's on FB right now probably enjoying all the speculation.

I've been waiting for him to show up on FB since court recessed this morning....

LOL....He "unfriended" our Sunny! Monkey Devil!

Monkey Devil!  he did...the guy just can't take a joke....I post the video of him cursing the media and told him he owed them a public apology....he didn't think that was the least bit funny

Not witness trouble #judgeperry would have simply moved to 1 of 6 in hall. Not juror..ct. rptr left. It's a big deal. #cayleeanthony

I was wondering what y'all thought.....I hear Mason wants out....I don't know if it's for medical reasons (I have read he is being treated for prostrate cancer but have not seen anything 'official' just rumors) but I can't see that that would be a legal issue that would make JP shut down the trial for the day. I think he knows the ship is sinking and he doesn't want this to be his swan song. Mason open the door yesterday about why KC was in handcuffs....big mistake. Tony Pipitone reported he heard Mason yelling in the holding area where KC and the other attorneys were. It looks like KC has turned to Mason as her attorney more so than JB since he told her she was acting like a 2yo during jury selection. So IF she was tearing up it might be because he told them he was going to leave....and there would only be Sims to pat her on the back.

I don't think it's a plea deal ..... JB would be the one to be involved with that as he is lead atty....it looked at though they were ready to continue with other witnesses when Mason said there was another matter......it was IMO all Mason....

So what do you think and why???

I think it could be Mason. The man is very tired - perhaps he can't go on? Maybe Casey told him something? It is also possible he took a dump in his pants or he is hearing voices.

OK--I admit it.  I'm addicted to this.  I should be kidnapped and deprogrammed.

Mr. NeJames' conclusion is based on an incorrect premise.  He said that it wouldn't be anything about the jury because the court report left.  But she didn't.  The very last thing the judge said was "Madam Court Reporter, we got somethin' to do."  He got up and walked in the direction of the jury room and she followed him with her machine. It wasn't possible to see exactly where they went because of the camera angle, but it was in that direction.

IMO it has something to do with the jury and it must be quite serious.

JP & court reporter did return to the courtroom in very short order, presuming they had gone to the jury room..Right near the very end of the WFTV tape.

I thought right away very quick trip, guess the judge must have promised them an interesting evening or some such, had been previously reported by one of the reporters that they had heard laughter in the jury room when they were told  it would be a while as there was housekeeping business to tend to!

BB, JP had to go inform the jury of the delay...one of the reporters (can't remember which one) said he heard the jury laughing..so I doubt sincerely it was a jury issue.

a friend posted this on my FB

I've just read somewhere that Linda said it could not be discussed but Ashton confirmed it is not to do with the prosecution.(but I've got so many pages open right now I don't know where I read that)

Mr. NeJame is saying he thinks the issue COULD be with Mason!!  He was the one who wanted to talk, Baez was ready to call witnesses.  Now we hear that Mason was overheard yelling at the other defense lawyers and Casey!???    This is going to be interesting if this is in regard to Mason.
Who would Mumbles be yelling at on his own team?  Sims?  Puggly?  Why aren't any of the reporters that were in the courtroom tweeting about this?

That whole side bar was strange.  No court reporter~ Mason, Baez and all 3 prosecutors present.

Mason at one point touches Baez on the shoulder, like to say let me handle this, and shortly after walks off with Baez, I assume to speak in private.

Ashton, shakes his head up and down and appears to be saying, sarcastically, "Ok, yeah, uh huh, yeah right, ok".

Mason gets pucker face from judge who nods and gives Mason an "ok".

They then spend approx 30 min behind closed doors and court is dismissed until Monday.

I though the yelling that Mason was doing was in the room where they keep KC.  KC was taken from the table into the room and some of the defense team went in there, too.   Prosecution was not in there.  Court reporter was not in there.

Attorney/client meeting.
