ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Orange County Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Belvin Perry, Jr. on Friday approved additional money for the defense of accused murderer  Casey Anthony .

This time, Judge Perry says the defense can have $4,500 dollars for a mental health expert, who is expected to interview members of Anthony's family. Anthony's lawyers had already paid $2,000 for a full, mental evaluation on Anthony.

I thought the same thing when I heard that!  At least the defense is going after something that MAY be plausible.  However, like the other atty. said, other evidence at the scene will have to show staging as well.  I don't think that will be the case at all.  But at least the defense is showing a little common sense for a change.  I wonder how tacky the adhesive still was on the tape? If still fairly tacky, I don't see the tape moving much at all. moo

Cookie thanks for sharing - what an experience huh?  Glad you saw him, at least now we know he is alive and well....he has not been in the public eye in quite sometime. Have fun in Florida.

I don't blame him.  I would lose it, too. 

I hope he loses it for the right reasons and not because someone demanded he act or feel a certain way.  I am still holding out hope that JoJo stands up for Caylee, and yes it is incredibly painful to have your Granddaughter deceased and your daughter gone, too.  Everyone is safer with Casey locked up (except for the other inmates).  Casey has been gone to him for a long time, even before Caylee left this earth.

According to Judge Perry, the trial will be conmducted 6 1/2 days a week for 6-8weeks. With Casey's limited wardrobe, I imagine she'll be quite ripe  by fridays. Of course, unless she won't be sweating the small stuff (insert sarcasm here). Do witches sweat? I'm just askin.....
