Wonder if Adam remembered to collect his offering and pagan ritual sh1t off the fireplace and the shelf reflected in the mirror with the goblet?

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Zahra-Clare-Baker-Bring-Her-Home

Did anyone notice this goblet and ritual stuff?

Is it possible to post a pic here of this, please?  Or direct us to where it may be already posted here at SM.  For those of us who do not have access to Facebook.  TIA.

It would be in one of these videos

http://www.wbtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=13453571
http://www.wsoctv.com/video/25650017/

I found the mirror 1:27 in this video.  http://www.wsoctv.com/video/25650017/index.html

Not sure I see a goblet but on the fireplace mantel looks like a statue of the grim reaper

I captured this, but it is not very clear.

I see what looks to be a goblet.  It is not on the fireplace mantle itself, it is reflected in the mirror above the fireplace, it is on a shelf across the room from the fireplace.  Looks like a wine glass to me.

I see that.  Wondering if that other stuff on the shelf is what the poster said was the pagan offering stuff?  I know nothing about pagan beliefs but did do some searching last night on stuff you can buy and the goblets look like what you would see in King Arthur movies and they have lots of candle holders with pentagrams, boxes and baskets where you put your offering in.  Crystals and rocks also seem important as well as incense.

Is that a grim reaper statue on the fireplace?

Divers Search Creek For Evidence In Zahra's Disappearance

CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. -- Investigators are in the Dudley Shoals community of Caldwell County, continuing a month-long search for evidence in the disappearance of 10-year-old Zahra Baker.

Searchers are focusing on an approximately half-mile stretch of Gunpowder Creek, with divers looking in the water and investigators combing through the banks.

Police have searched the area before, accompanied by Zahra’s stepmother, Elisa Baker. She has been in jail over the course of the investigation, charged with felony obstruction of justice after police said she admitted to writing a phony ransom note the day Zahra was reported missing.

When asked why they returned to the area, police said they wanted to do a more thorough search.

On Tuesday, which marked one month since Zahra was reported missing, investigators searched a wooded area along Indian Grave Road in Caldwell County. More than 30 people were involved in the search, which focused on a one-mile area. Police wouldn’t elaborate on what led them to Indian Grave Road, which is about 10 miles north of where Zahra’s prosthetic leg was found and about 20 miles north of the Bakers’ Hickory home.

Police found something during Tuesday’s search that they are taking a closer look at, but they would not say what it was.

Zahra was reported missing on Oct. 9 by her father, Adam Baker, and her stepmother. Police said she has not been seen by anyone outside of her family since Sept. 25.

Investigators have searched several places for evidence in the case, including two ponds, homes where the Bakers had lived, a Caldwell County landfill and a wooded area off Christie Road in Caldwell County.

Zahra was a warrior smiling to others while her daily life was more than likely a nightmare.  I know it was mentioned awhile ago about Zahra liking the littlest pets and maybe she was too old to still be playing with them.  I think, based on the details of Zahra's life that have been mentioned, she used those toys to escape into her own world.  In her world, she could still smile at strangers because they were far safer than the adults that cared for her.  What a warrior, smiling in the face of adversity and over coming odds that would kill many.  I benefit from having read of this little warriors life.  Her story, even though tragic, has given me the courage to keep going, keep smiling even when things seem overwhelming.  God Bless little Zahra and may the Lord forever hold her in his loving arms.  Sweet Peace Little Trooper, thanks for reminding me that courage and grace can still shine through.

Search teams are combing a new site in Caldwell County on Wednesday for evidence related to the investigation of Zahra Baker, the missing 10-year-old girl.

Crews began searching at an area near Dudley Shoals Drive and Burns Road in Caldwell County at 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday. Officials said the area, which has been searched before, was one of the locations that Elisa Baker suggested search crews look.

The search on Wednesday has taken on a serious tone with a no-fly zone set up -- meaning news helicopters are not allowed over the area. Also, earlier Wednesday search crews went in with dry suits, and then went in to search a body of water.

According to WBTV reporter Steve Ohnesorge, police are extremely tight-lipped about what is happening and they seem more intense as the search goes on.

Ohnesorge said that every officer he tried to talk to seems "frantic" and said "I can't say anything."

http://www.coltonscuba.com/Dictionary.html
Dry suit - a water-tight garment that keeps the diver's body warm by providing insulation with a layer of gas, such as air; for diving in waters that are too cold for comfortable wetsuit protection, usually below 65°F

Isn't it strange that there is a Barretts Mountain AND a Indian Grave Road AND a Gunpowder Creek all in Queensland, AUS????

Eye opening observation by an Aussie over at WS.

Flight restriction area for the search:
FAA website has the flight restriction location as: "HICKORY, North Carolina near BARRETTS MOUNTAIN"

Confirmation of the presence of a Medical Examiner from Chapel Hill is included with the search team:

http://www2.hickoryrecord.com/news/2...als-ar-526669/

“We have a medical examiner from Chapel Hill on the scene,” Courtner said. “We’re looking for bags, boxes, bones, anything that can help us.”
Caldwell County Emergency Services agencies have participated in four days worth of searches — two days at Christie Road last week, a search at Indian Grave Road in the Patterson community north of Lenoir on Tuesday and the search off Dudley Shoals Road on Wednesday. Red Cross has provided assistance, including food, so they can remain at the sites longer.

Investigators searched this area on Oct. 25 in connection to Zahra’s disappearance, and have returned to it at least once since then.

This creek on Dudley Shoals and Burns was the same creek they began intially searching at the beginning of this case! Remember they were searching the "waterfalls" for hours? This is the same location behind the yarn factory.

Also, it is close to the Knollwood MHP some of us kept mentioning, which I still feel holds some significance. JMO.

Bumping Juno's post as this info is correct. This is also the area they took Elisa but she never got out of the vehicle.
