I didn't take it that way. I took it that she was screwing around while with Ron, if this is the guy. He's 29 and is a drug seller. SM people do not make those kinds of comments
as a rule. Not because Klaasend says we can't but we aren' t like that.

Thank you Kat-Gram.........I just would never do that and It makes me ill that someone would think that about me, I dont care what color someone is, if they are into drugs and selling it to minors or around the area where minors may be, they are trash to me either way!!!!

I would never make that comment about color, I dont care about color at all, I just care about these children that are abused and missing and thats all I am concerned with..........never would I do that and I hope everybody here that has ever saw anything that Ive posted or had a conversation with me would know that........

Bounty Hunter from Miami on Haleigh Case

SATSUMA, FL -- The neighborhood where Haleigh Cummings lived and disappeared has returned back to normal.

But there is one man very visibly and actively out searching the area, a private investigator and bounty hunter from Miami who goes by the name of "Cobra."

William "Cobra" Staubs has been in Satsuma for more than a week. He is searching woods on his own and following up on leads. He says he is making progress.

"Investigators have five weeks working on this, I've had one week and I've caught up...now I have to connect all the dots," says Cobra.

Cobra visited the home of an accused sex offender Friday, and earlier in the week he asked Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin Cummings to re-enact the night Haleigh disappeared.

Cobra is paid partly by an anonymous donor in Miami. He says he will stay in Satsuma until his money runs out.

Also Friday, the Putnam County Sheriff's office told First Coast News that deputies were involved in looking into allegations of child abuse or neglect by Ronald Cummings three times in the last four years.

None of the incidents led to criminal charges.

This, to me, is crucial. Just because nothing came of it does not mean Ron was not abusive or neglectful. Three times in four years - someone had to have heard or seen something for deputies to be involved.

Possibly, but Cobra does not strike me as the type of person who "backs off" easily!!

I take it that the 3 times in 4 years is the time that Crystal said that she reported it which includes the pictures of what she and her family members assumed that could posibly proof of child abuse.

IMHO Crystal and her attorney will have to have more than what they have shown so far to come out victoriously in this.

At this point, if I were a judge I would place the children some where other than with the mother or father.

Photos released of Haleigh Cummings with cuts and bruises

A photo of missing 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings is expected to soon be introduced in the bitter custody fight between her parents, Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield.

The girl was smiling in the picture, but she also has some visible scratches on her nose and chin.

Haleigh disappeared more than 40 days ago; however, the focus of the kindergartner's case has drifted away from the search for the child and toward the ongoing war of words between her parents.

Sheffield's attorney, Kim Picazio, said the recently released picture of Haleigh shows cuts and bruises on her face that could not have come from a simple fall.
On CNN's "Nancy Grace" Thursday night, Picazio accused Cummings of abusing Haleigh and her younger brother, Junior.

Picazio referred to the picture of Haleigh with cuts and bruises on her face. The injuries might have been from a fall at school, but Cummings might have caused the injuries, Picazio said.

"The nurse called the parents. They picked her up. Then, on the 12th -- six days later -- the injuries had worsened to the point where she had to go to the ER. She had black eyes, a laceration to the face and a scrape on the cheek. None of that was reported to the nurse," Picazio said.


An expert on "Nancy Grace" responded to the allegations, saying, "He's getting slimmed. It's just so unfair because it's so difficult to defend himself."
Cummings has not commented on the allegations. However, his mother and grandmother have vigorously defended him, saying he loves his children.
On Thursday, he hired the firm of Kimball and Snider of Palatka to represent him on a pro bono basis. A day later, his attorney released a statement that was critical of Sheffield and her attorney.

"The attorney and mother (Crystal Sheffield) have appeared on national television to make unsubstantiated claims that Ronald Cummings sees as a 'cheap shot' and publicity stunt that detracts from the search for Haleigh," Cummings' attorney stated. "The mother was previously denied custody in court and allegations of abuse against Ronald were judicially dismissed."
On Friday, Cummings said he just wants his daughter found safe.

Amber will be 20 years old next Sunday. Her date of birth is 3/29

Also Amber has been incarcerated since Haleigh has been missing.

And where in the world do they get the bail money? Just Amber's bail was over $2500 in 4 months.

It really is mind boggling!! And yet, to this day, Ronald denies his drug record/usage/trafficking. Are we to believe that he is/was involved with all the people around him and he did not do drugs? Is he daft?  ::MonkeyConfused::I have not seen an arrest record for Crystal or Misty - but Misty is a minor so we would not be privy to Misty's. Even Granny Sykes has an arrest record for obstruction of custody - whatever that means!!

Maybe Granny's "obstruction' was over some other kids in family.
Nothing to back it up, but it could be possible.
Crystal says that she had the kids but felt sorry for Ron and let him see them,
and he kept them.  Maybe, he knew to do this cause the family had done it before.
And in some previous custody case the other parent had her kids' butts covered and the
'you ain't gettin' them back' backfired.

Blows my mind where all this money comes from. Amber is suppose to be a single mother...unless she has a rich uncle or something she must make good pay doing something. Crystal has a record, not sure about Misty...but she is underage so hers is probably not public.

And it is not unheard of for dirty cops to be in on the drugs either. Had a deputy arrested today in Spartanburg S.C. for child pornography. His wife turned him in.
