At the Cafe, Deepak looked guilty. He, man that he is, could not even look into her eyes. And the he complained that she harassed him. Well, she did, but so what, suck it up Rat Faced Boy. ..
.
BTW, they chose trial by jury in their lawsuit.
Man oh Man did they get advice from the stooooopid.
Hey Deepak.... you were offered some money . Someone is going to give you money, TAKE IT. That is my rule .

Did anyone ever find the rest of the Skeeters tape transcript?  Just wondering?

Yep, I just posted the part I missed.  It was the last segment.  Here's the part you were looking for:

Deepak Kalpoe: And, um, still has the nerve to come tell us, you know. (I) mean, come
on, the Aruban people, we, our familes, to tell you, quite frankly, we gave enough for someone, to tell you the truth, dressed like a slut, talked like one, was a racist…

Jamie Skeeters: The mother, I mean the daughter?

Deepak Kalpoe: The daughter.

Jamie Skeeters: Really?

Deepak Kalpoe: Was a racist, I mentioned. And um, would go in a car with three
strange guys. And her mother claiming her to be the little goody two shoes. Come on. Enough with the BS already. It's been enough. And, I can tell Beth on her face, I don’t care. I mean, go and say bad things on us. We don’t need any of this. We just don’t care anymore. I can tell Beth, you know, on her face, on camera, you know, "Screw you, go home. You made my life miserable. You ended it."

Now let's read that aloud in a CA court and see  Natalee's mother sitting across the table...Deepak, you're and idiot!

In the Dr. Phil suit, Beth won't be sitting at the table, but I'm knitpicking.  But since the tape is the subject of this lawsuit, I'm sure the jury will get to hear his anger, his contempt for the Natalee, his blaming the victim.  I want to hit him with a sledge hammer when he says "you made my life miserable.  You ended it."    Or maybe just give him a doctored drink and drive him somewhere.

You are correct Beth won't be there, but just think how it sounds to all of us.  I can't wait for the tape to be played in court to a jury that some of them have their own children.  Most parents would do or at the least attempt to do what Beth did had their child gone missing.  I know I would.  Actually, I would have already taken the matter into my own hands and be in jail myself...but I digress...I am not as strong and courageous as Beth or Dave.  I don't have the patience they do. I so admire them for what they have done in all this. I know I have been on a rant about his today and maybe I will give it a rest for a while, but it just brings it all back to the guilty 3 that rode off into the wind with Natalee in the back seat of Deepak's car, never to  be seen again.  I have no sympathy for any of them and I dare say there are few in the USA that do.

I know that Skeeters has been a friend to the HT's. what I don't like about that tape is too much Skeeters, not enuf Deepak. But, to give him his due, he did get Deepak to say some stuff that is there that shows all who read or listen to the entire tape what Deepak is all about. and it isn't a pretty sight.

Deepak Kalpoe:   Did he do Runaway Bride? (laughs)

Jamie Skeeters:   Yeah. A friend of mine did that show.

Deepak Kalpoe:   What's up with her anyways? (laughs)But, she made pretty good money with the book deal.. and..

Jamie Skeeters:   Yeah, she turned it around and did good. Made a movie. They're  makin' a movie out of it.

Deepak Kalpoe:   Yeah? I haven't been, been reading on the book….     She's making a movie now? Good for her.

Wonder how DK felt when he learned that the Runaway Bride didn't get her hands on any of the money from the book/movie, cuz the Fiance has it all & she now has to sue him for it.  Think there is a better chance than not that a Jury will not find in her favor for people who offend should NOT prosper from their nasty deeds.

This creep had no intention to take a polygraph, he wanted to know what Skeeter's knew.  JVDS probably could pass a polygraph test as he, IMO, is a sociopath & they have a free reign with the test as they don't have a conscience, DK wouldn't pass.

Beth could be there in the court audience, couldn't she?

My bet is that she would choose to be.

Well, IMO if the attorneys for Dr. Phil wanted Beth Holloway Twitty or Dave Holloway to be present during the taking of depositions they could probably be there.  It's their dime, maybe Appeals can tell us that.

Come to think of it, my sister was involved in a civil suit, and she and her opponant were present, with their attorneys for all depositions taken.

Of course, it was their case. I would hope that would apply to a related case.

Would some really smart monkey please review the Skeeters tape that Klaas left for us from Roger at Scrux and tell me where the comment about Natalee  dressing like a slut is located?  I seem to have missed it and I have read it several times...it must be my eyes. TIA

It isn't there Lala'sMom.  Think that Klaas thought she copied it all but it was obviously at capacity of her copy ability so it was cut off.  I will see if I can copy it from that point.

I am several pages behind but I have to say...ya'll really believe Rogers transcript???!!
First of all I dont trust Roger but giving him the benefit of the doubt he was given the ARUBAN VERSION of the tape...imo the ALTERED BY ARUBA VERSION of the tape....no we dont have the transcipts from the ORIGINAL TRUE SKEETERS tape, that has not been given out to us on the internet.
DO NOT believe the Rogers/Aruban version transcript....
gees, especially if it does not contain the deepak "slut" ramblings because WE ALL HEARD IT on EVERY MSM program when it came out Exclamation  Rolling Eyes

CBB--who is Roger?

Hi all you late night and early morning Monkeys!!!

About a week or so ago, we "the later night-early morning" Monkeys were discussing that if a video was made in real time then how could it be stored then distributed or distributed in real time.

I had wondered if Wi-Fi from the hotels could reach as far as the vdS home or Freddy's home, for anything thing done in real time or to archive would need a large bandwidth or if they had wi-fi on their own.

Think it was Anna or Crazybabyborg or Lala.. can't remember which one, mentioned how odd it was that in one of his testimonies, Depak made a point to say he was sitting in front of his computer. meaning, I guess, usually verses one is  usually "at" his computer.

IMO he might have been pointing out the sitting vs. being somewhere with Joran or it was glued there for a reason.

I found something interesting following the rental at Hoilberg that there is wireless  Is Depak's home in the same complex?  It wouldn't really matter for you could go into a wireless if they didn't require registration and he'd certainly be in the range.

Here's what Haystack 91-D says in their blub:
Quote
WIRELESS INTERNET:  Aruba vacation Villa Park Haystack Residence has a wireless connection system for you, in all the Apartments and all the Villa’s , so that you can work with your own portable computer ,.........(snip).. Internet in the Apartments and the Villa’s 24 our / day, or by the Swimming Pool , wireless, ......(snip)...When you want to use our wireless network , then your LAPTOP must have the following: a WIFI adapter, with a steering system of minimum WindoCrazybabyborgws 2000 professional and 1 free USB gate. When you have not an adapter then we have the possibility that you can buy one from us, a USB WIFI adapter, able for our wireless system.

Lala.... are you there? or does anyone remember early on a big discussions about the transmissions of wireless, "singing birds" and they kept mentioning Hoilberg and the Haystacks early on,.

Don't know where I am going in this... but there is just something that keeps bringing my thoughts back to electronic communications on the island, the porn video re: one of the pimps, (Shango, think mentioned that early on) and the fact that the Kapoe's bought the Internet Cafe.

Also the fact that, at least what has been released seems to leave many gaps of information that should have been gathered in the computers of the 3, and the cell phones. Still think the key is in there somewhere.

OH,,, if his dad owns the Cafe now, then how has Depak's "profession" has gotten worse. Seems it would be better if your dad now owned the hub of wi-fi,  and computers; you'd be manager, consultant or something high in the operation of a family business.

If Depak and Satish are clean, I wish they'd come forward about it and then could get on with their lives.

Oh, Joey T was the calmest tonight that I have ever heard him in all the years on TV.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MONKEYS

IBE

PS.. Carnut.. visited your site and wanted to leave a message in the guest book on how neat the site was.. but couldn't get the link to work. Had the first 1956 Crown Victoria 1956 Ford 4 door hard top.. red and white and saw your 56 or 57 Chevy there.Sure wish I still had that car! It was sexy and fast (so I was told)

I think my computer thinks it is a sausage... and all the links that work or don't work lately... maybe I'll tell it that if it doesn't shape up I send it to Jimmy Dean. Yeah, it's late.

Yesterday a few people brought up the last name DIJKHOFF of the man that has been suspected as killing his 4 mo or 4 yr old child.

It made me think of the woman PVDS says that he spoke to at the bank 5/30/05, in my mind the name was Ruth DIJKHOFF.  Is this the correct name?  Anybody?

& then this morning when I was looking through the Official Statement Forum this name  MARGARITHA WERLEMAN e.v. DIJKHOFF made me think  -  Maybe Ruth is her nickname?

OT
I don't know, haven't been to bed yet as there was some trouble tonight as a drunk guy who an hour earlier I had had words with when he slammed the firedoor into my outside wall & I then saw him break the security lights in the interior corrider KNOCKED on my door.  Stupid me opened the door thinking he was going to apologize for horribly cursing at me when I said "NICE" right after he broke the light & when he told me to "suck his ****" I said NEVER, he turned around quickly & then approached me right up to my face saying "do I look like a n****r to you"  at which I continued to say the word NEVER over & over again.  I don't even think that word, never mind say it.  Have always hated it from the time I was a little girl of like 7.    NO, he wasn't there to apologize, he tried forcing his way into my condo, thank God I only had the door opened about 4 inches so I was able use my weight & shoulder to close & lock the door getting the sleeve of my bathrobe caught in the door.  I called the police.  They came to find this same guy about to urinate in the hallway near the front of the building.

So the Police arrested him & he resisted arrest after they had him handcuffed.  Resisting 2 police officers while handcuffed.  While one police officer was taking my statement his partner reported that the guy was trying to break one of the backwindows of the cruiser with his feet.

Man, I hate living alone.   Gonna have to go back to work so I can find a bigger place with 2 bathrooms & three bedrooms so I can get me a nice big guy as a room mate to live with me.  I'm a great room mate.  Sorry for the ramble.

Altruist

Just got back from reading Shango.

I am online if you wish to talk.

#1 I don't know the state you live in, but I hope it's Texas... go get a hand gun and a restraining order. I know some here will probably disagree here. Always yell "fire", more people listen.

Put those chains, locks on your doors... when you leave, leave a message on your machine where you are going or better yet, call a friend.

Get a cell phone pronto. even if it's the kind you pay a little on for just using for emergencies. A one with a camera would be neat...

Idon't know what size of town you live in, but I'd go talk to the police.. set up a contact there; might come in handy.

I am here, if you are

Love,

IBE

Rely on your intuition at all times... don't use anything that would block it... I know a good stiff drink would be nice... what I mean don't get poluted where you can let your guard down.

Can you have a dog at your apt?

Hi IBE,  no dogs allowed only cats.  I will take that advice about the chain though.  It can only help.

Can't even figure out where this guy got drunk.  Have never seen him before.  Nobody claimed him other than a woman down at the front of the building came up to me to give me a hug & told me that he was a friend of her boyfriends but he hadn't been at their apartment but had just knocked & was told that they were in bed.  To say nothing of about 1:30 AM two guys broke beer bottles at the end of the stairs, pushed most of the glass under the stairs, blotted up the beer, put the carpet over the rest of the beer & went on their merry way.

Man, this place is not normally like this so it looks like trouble is here.

Have lots of lights at the entrance of your condo

The man sounds as if is on meth or drugs by the action of kicking out the police car window.

Surround yourself with a protective white light and lots of prayer.

Are you good enough neighors with your neighbor that you can set up a code, like knocks on the wall? I know it sounds silly, but if he ever breaks in you could pound on the walls.

Also,it's not the reaction he would be expecting and in that second or 2 might give you time to head for the door.

Keep a baseball bat at each door, but hidden so to speak so you can get at it before he does and fight like HELL

I'd get a big dog; seems fasted than waiting on Mr. Right to come to the rescue.

There are plenty of lights, I do always keep my bedroom door locked when I am in bed & I do keep a hammer in my bedroom as well.

I've lived here going on 10 years & I am safety conscious but the unit next to mine is vacant & I am on the end of the building, so no neighbors other than the ones above me & I don't know them other than they sound like they have manufacturing going on above my head with all the pounding they produce.  They have hard wood floors & have no consideration & then they brought in a dog without permission & told the Board that they needed the dog cuz the wife is depressed.  Man, she's about 26, what is there to be depressed about?  It's a lie I'm sure it's their practice child as with most newly weds.  LOL.
