Well, I am so dumb...it just occurred to me why I am distrusting of this new info.  The only thing I keep hearing is the defense side of this issue...they are not guilty, it's not new evidence, the are not being treated fair....etc.  The real truth is locked up with the prosecution and they are not leaking anything...zero...zip....nada. I will feel this way until the prosecution plays their hand...what was I thinking?  Whew!  I feel a little better now.  I hate it when I am the last person to get these new revelations.

I think it's also important to remember that the prosecutor requested that the judge rule that the defense attorneys would only receive so much of the evidence (not all of it).   "Wicked smart"!!

One other thing, that a judge in NL was presented with the evidence in order to get Joran sent to Aruba.  The NL judge and the Aruban judge(s) are in agreement that the evidence is enough to hold him.

If memory serves, Arubagirl asked here on Monkeys if she should go to police, having a cousin on the force, or try to convince unwilling witness to go to police?  I think she was seeking confidential advice but within seconds, Dan had it posted on Surreal world.

Yes, I posted a few pages back (as did Mere) about AG's giving this info here, and when I failed to find it here, I searched the net and found the Dan post, as well as other message board where people were chatting about it.

There may be something about THREE people washing the car in Dave's book.  I am probably wrong about that, though.

We should not expect this phase to include those involved in a cover up.  That would be addressed separately if at all.  I continue to hope that there would be a secondary investigation into the investigation ( or infestation as I think of it in this case) but I do not expect Mos to be addressing the errors of omission and all that at the same time he is trying for a conviction in a criminal procedure.  That would likely be more a procedural investigation like internal investigation in LE in this country.

Hi all, Some times its not about what you find. So did they find a single ant in the car? Kind of tough to eliminate all the dead ants in the vents and under the seats. Just one more thing that shouldn't add up in front of a judge.

Very good point, Kiwi.  How about not finding blood when Oduber said it was there along with many officials.  That's a big not find, too.

He said things could be learned even after five years if a body is preserved in a wrapping or body bag.  I know fingerprints can come off tape and plastic even years later but not so sure underwater but anything is possible I guess and if adhesive on print, it would stay as long as the tarp or body bag lasted.

Considering that the following night, when Beth and Jug showed up, Deepak and Joran were still going strong in the wee hours of the morning: out at the casinos, these boys are a remarkable testiment to fun through exhaustion. AND they went to work and school the next day, too!

For the last few months, I have been saying my cast of suspects shrunk and it has.  I think Mos may have the ones guilty of what happened to Natalee with the exception of Paulus as accomplice or accessory.  He still needs to go down but Mos is saying Paulus in the interviews so bet Paulus is sweating like anything.

If there was help disposing of her remains, they need to be charged but abuse of a corpse or something along those lines is not a major crime in the eyes of the law usually because the person is already deceased.

Nail the main ones and deal with the peripherals later.

I gotta think that mentioning papa-pervert's name has to scare the poop outta papa and mama......and anyone else who may have been involved....and i do think there will at some time be an internal investigation to the incompetence and corruption...but not sure we will ever hear about it...

I am weary of all TV only reporting things favorable to the suspects.  There is a name for that something about when the victim is gone for a long time and the interest shifts to the suspects, an almost sympathy develops for them.

Something taken from the home of Satish is tap of Deepak and Satish talking things over in the privacy of their bedroom with the door closed thinking they were alone and could not be heard.

Add to that infiltration by someone getting Joran to say the same thing happened separated ly in Holland.

Then you have them!  That would have to be something a judge would take very seriously.

Does anyone remember when MSNBC caught Deepak at Carlos n Charlies with Freddy?  Maybe Freddy was wearing a wire.  Notice how we haven't seen any pictures of Freddy and Joran together.  Freddy lives close to Joran and probably have visited eachother at their homes where they think no one would be listening.
