I don't doubt there is something sinister going on with this case, nor do I doubt Casey's involvement. However, Padilla's ramblings make no sense. The mDNA would make it difficult to determine whose DNA it was, which is why they used the "process of elmination" and the "death rings." This has nothing to do with who the father is or is not.

I'm just posting it b/c there was question as to where it was published and/or mentioned, not because of my personal opinion of its truth or relevancy.

Maybe. I'm willing to say that much. Maybe that's why CA is causing a big stink over name calling and didn't utter word when Padilla made the Lee/Casey insinuation.

Maybe one of them is the father, I don't know. All I am saying is that based on the article posted, the reason he gives for his insinuation is because of them not being able to tell whether it was Caylee's or Casey's DNA. And that is simply explained by mDNA, and not necessarily incest. Again, LP might know something else. I am just commenting on his comments and reasoning.

Yep! If i could just get under that 10 gallon hat. i would love to know what goes on in his mind..And what all he knows.  I would have to say if his statement turns out to be false. Then Cindy has every right to seek an apology for his comment on Nancy Grace.

I am not doubting your personal conversation w/LP nor am I not doubting that you were privy to this statement before he aired it on national television ... however I am saying that he DID indeed make this same speculation on Nancy Grace .... I did not see your "original" post that LP told you this, I am simply stating that it was on NG.  Regardless of info he tells ppl privately (he can not be held accountable for this info as if questioned he can say it is hearsay) ... it is info he makes on national television that he can be held liable for.

Not to be a show stopper here, but it was Halloween and candy was all over the place.  She is very composed, X makes you loopy.  You look like you are drunk and believe me you love everybody.  In some cases you can hardly stand up without hanging on to something or someone.  When someone is rollin its extremely evident.  These pics just look like a typical college party to me with a bunch of alcohol. 
Vitamin C also helps when rollin...lookin into that too.

Casey Anthony has posted her bond and jail officials are in the process of releasing her. She will likely leave the jail around mid-afternoon. Orange County Judge John Jordan added a new condition to her release: She is not allowed to have contact with the check fraud victim, Amy Huizenga, who was once a friend of Anthony.

good morning - power is back on since about 8 last night - and by then I was too tucker'd-out to do anything more than a quick scan.

Not one drop of rain, but 80 mile an hour wind. Still about 45,000 with out power. 3/4 of out electric company workers are in Texas to help out there, so we don't have many workers. We'll survive.

Can bloggers be held liable?

No.

The owner(s) of this site and other sites can not be held liable for things said by posters (that's us). We could be held liable for things said directly to the Anthony's if they are in the form of threats or bodily harm. There is a case pending where a woman posed as a teenage boy and caused the death by suicide of a teenage girl. Most of you all know about that case. That woman misrepresented herself and was traumatizing a young person with serious mental conditions. Bloggers can be held liable if they misrepresent the facts of a case out of shear hatred or simple misreporting. That has not occurred here. Bloggers can not be held liable for reporting things that the MSM has gotten wrong and they also report those issues.

Can posters be held liable?

Yes, if we threaten the Anthony's with bodily harm or threats. Or if we contact them directly with said threats. I haven't seen anyone do that.

Bloggers and posters are protected by the First Amendment, but that does not mean that you or I are free to spread propaganda or threats.

Not to be a show stopper here, but it was Halloween and candy was all over the place.  She is very composed, X makes you loopy.  You look like you are drunk and believe me you love everybody.  In some cases you can hardly stand up without hanging on to something or someone.  When someone is rollin its extremely evident.  These pics just look like a typical college party to me with a bunch of alcohol. 
Vitamin C also helps when rollin...lookin into that too.

Regardless if there were drugs involved or not, she is just trash.....You are correct with the Vitamin C comment...I would give her the benefit of the doubt with the X thing....however, with her track record I have to lean in the direction of drugs.

Brother may be tied to case

ORLANDO, FLA. --   The latest twist in the Casey Anthony case comes from the man who at one point gave her a “get out of jail free” card and may tie her brother, Lee Anthony, into the saga.


Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla made national headlines when he bonded Anthony out of jail, but although he’s back in California, he’s not keeping himself too far away from the case of the missing 3-year-old toddler, Caylee Anthony.



Padilla said that he believes something didn’t add up about the preliminary DNA test results that came back last week from the trunk of Anthony’s car. Officials found strands of hair that they ruled could have either been Casey’s or Caylee’s.



“The Feds released information that the hair was either the mother’s or the daughter’s; they didn’t distinguish,” Padilla said. “Why would they not know whether it was the daughter or the mother? They didn’t say it was Caylee’s.”



Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.



“Would the DNA from a child resulting from a union from Lee and Casey have basically the same characteristics? Making the preliminary DNA check not definitive as to who the hair samples are from,” he said. 



Padilla’s statements come at a time when police have filed more charges against Casey Anthony, who has already been arrested twice. Officials charged Casey Wednesday with two counts of uttering a forged check, two counts of petty theft and two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification.

I do not doubt that she does do drugs..she has admitted to smoking weed as well.  I was just saying that those pictures could not be considered a sign of a rollin party.

This is gonna sound a little backward, but here goes:  She may be murderer and a liar but she isn't a drug addict.  Don't we usually hear it the other way around
