 Van der Sloot later left for Peru, where he is being held in the strangling death of a 21-year-old woman. Federal authorities said Thursday they were trying to build a murder case against him in the Holloway disappearance and were not ready to arrest him before he went to Peru.

June 23, 2010.  MediaTakeOut.com just got a report that Natalee Holloway's MURDERED Joran Van Der Sloot is having trouble in the Peruvian jail he's confined to. According to the report, Joran Van Der Sloot has agreed to be RAPED by a Peruvian inmate, in exchange for protection.

As you probably know by now, Joran was never prosecuted for murdering Natallee in his home country of Aruba. But when he murdered another woman in Peru, he was arrested and confessed to both crimes.

Well now, that ANIMAL is getting what he deserved. According to our pals over at THE GLOBE, Joran is being RAPED by his cellmate - in exchange for protection. Here's a snippet of their report:

    Deranged Dutchman Joran has become the "girlfriend" of Colombian hitman Hugo Trujillo Ospina, aka The Clown.

    Ruthless Ospina was convicted of assassinating a wealthy woman in 2006.

Wreck I agree he's not getting out of there. They would have rioting in the streets.

There was a REASON why Maximo Altez pretended he had quit the case .......... his family and home was being beseiged by the Peruvian people for merely representing Joran. The Peruvian people want BLOOD REVENGE. Joran is safer IN prison.

Has anyone heard any updates on the 2 girls missing in Colombia?

Nope not a word.  I heard someone say they were prostitutes.  My guess is it's not high up in importance in Colombia.

I am sure that Stephanie and Natalee (and Paulus) are not his only victims

The Dutch guy who interviewed Joran said he was laughing and handling it all extremely well.  He said he didn't pay Joran anything but we know it was Anita he likely paid.

Plus what she got from ABC.

Anita is suddenly a wealthy woman.  She must be very happy about that.

I also thought it was interesting (if I heard correctly) that the Dutch reported said that while he was there interviewing Anita, Joran was on the phone with her several times and that's how he set up the interview with Joran.

How is Joran getting access to a phone?  This prison is sounding more cushy every minute.

My local CBS-42 just reported that...because Joran recanted his confession, he could be moved
to general population at Castro Castro.  One prosioner interviewed said that Joran should just
relax and let things cool down.....people will forget to be mad.

The woman who Joran van der Sloot is accused of killing had drugs in her system at the time of her death, according to the official toxicology report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

The report reveals that amphetamines were found in the body of Stephany Flores Ramirez. It is not known if she took the drugs voluntarily or if van der Sloot gave them to her or had her ingest them unknowingly.

Van der Sloot confessed to killing Flores Ramirez, 21, in a Lima hotel room after the two met playing poker at a local casino. He has since recanted his confession.

The toxicology report, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com from sources close to the investigation, also revealed that cocaine and alcohol were not detected in Flores Ramirez' system at the time of death.

It states, "The analysis gave positive only to amphetamines."

The document poses new questions for homicide detectives probing the brutal May 30 murder.

Van der Sloot allegedly said he slammed her in the face with his right elbow, strangled her for a full minute and then suffocated her with his clothing. He later recanted that.

The long-time suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway reportedly admitted he popped three amphetamine pills as he considered what to do with Flores Ramirez' dead body.

He also reportedly told investigators he was high on marijuana when it all happened.

"I was going to use one of the traveling bags to take the body out of the hotel," Van der Sloot told police in the disputed confession.

"I didn't because I was afraid to be confronted because I was leaving without paying."

Flores Ramirez was found dead in the hotel room three days later, on June 2, setting off a police manhunt that ended with his arrest in Chile the following day.

Anita is talking out of both sides of her mouth.
She isn't going to Peru because she doesn't want the world to think she is supporting him as much as she is. If she went to Peru, they might question her. She was in contact with him while he was in Chili. He left her a note, which becomes different each time she talks about it. First it was don't worry, now it it longer and mentions being invited to Peru. ( lured ) .

He wants the laptop evidence to not be admissible once they make a ruling because there was no email, but there might be emails from him to others while he was on the run.
I really think that he had Stepany's numbers $$$$$$$$$$ and it was premeditated robbery. She played poker in the casinos frequently in Peru, the other players would have known of her family and the access to money she had and the money she won that week.

2.  The Confession
3.  The handling of the evidence
4.  The confication of the laptop.

Van der Sloot Files Complaint Against Chief Detective, Says Reports

According to newspaper El Comercio, the Dutch national claims his arrest in Chile for the murder of Stephany Flores was executed without a proper warrant. He also states in the complaint that he was not given an official translator, which caused confusion.

"All this with the intention of pressuring me to accuse me of homicide," van der Sloot said in a document obtained by Peruvian television news program "24 Hours."

Joran van der Sloot has filed a complaint of misconduct against Peruvian police officials, claiming he was wrongfully arrested and not given a translator when he was questioned for the murder of Stephany Flores, according to local reports.

In the complaint, the Dutch national, 22, says his June 3 arrest in Chile was executed without a proper warrant. He also claims he was confused during the interrogation because authorities did not provide an official translator, El Comercio reports.

"All this with the intention of pressuring me to accuse me of homicide," he said, according to a document obtained by Peruvian news program 24 Hours.
