Also - back to the detective  and his "brother" with the latitude - I'd thought that Kyle said that he was brown-skinned but not black and I thought Clyde Burke was black?

I don't know if he was posting as Basti... I really don't, but I can share something with you. Remember all the way back when simian appeared. Well, that was Armin Solongier. But here's the kicker, Armin only admitted making "SOME" posts as simian - not all.

Then Klaas and Grande found that Clyde Burke was posting as simian - so somewhere along the line Clyde had others set up accounts for him. I KNOW it sounds strange, but I believe this is what happened 110%.. see, he couldn't access the accounts without the passwords. So, someone sets them up and then turns them over to him. The very fact that a password is needed and set-up by the originator of the posting account says alot if you ask me. Armin had a Mac... I wonder if Clyde had one too.. I have no idea.

Clyde also would have had the technology to ping Shango.

Clyde is dark skinned IIRC and I have no idea about a REAL brother or someone posing as a brother. I really don't know much about all that. I'm sorry. I do remember Kyle saying that the person was lighter skinned.

I'm pretty sure he has a brother.  Can't think of the name right now but I'm looking.

WOW, Nothing like bringing out the old monkeys, like breaking News!  SO glad to see some missing one's back!   I'm always here, but never post anymore, just read, mostly Caylee's thread.  There is just something about SM/Mods/Etc.  attracting so many smart and resourceful, not to mention loving/caring people together!  One, thing has always been said, we'd always be here until there is justice served, even if we take a break.  I look forward to see that day come!

I heard something mentioned on the news and ran around my house, looking for my laptop (wasn't a pretty sight LOL) I'd say fortunately I'm home right now, but not the reason, to be home to read, since I can't at work.   I am grateful to be here, among new and old friends and to read and catch up, which I'm getting ready to do now,  so I will with hold comments for now, but had to say hello to some very special monkeys, I haven't seen here for awhile and glad to see are back and also all the new, fresher comments/ideas.   K, shutting up now and catching up.  I pray there is some good news to read, beside the little I have heard and read.. Justice  WILL BE SERVED FOR NATALEE  (in God's time, even if we never get to see it)   At least she's up there taking care of all the other little one's who have reached untimely deaths, such as Caylee, Haileigh, etc...... (Way To Damn many to mention)

It all on tape and beeing research/observed ask we speak but there is also a lot of more info comming forth now that are beein looked at in terms of logic events… we know that for every case there is a play book and it beeing re-examined … what makes it more interesting is that the bank where the funds was is now merge and no one seems to know where it is… so be patient and we shall see.

I am troubled that this witness .... works for the Aruban Government and ... was polygraphed with the knowledge of the Aruba.  According the prosecutor's office ... a full report of the polygraph was not forthcoming ... only an overview.

It appears that Tim Miller and Dave Holloway may have been deceived.  Was the deception meant to distract them from doubts encompassing the Persistence find?  I cannot comprehend those who embrace a position that dictates justice for Natalee but ... believe that collaborating with the enemy who has denied that justice since the getgo ... will result in a positive outcome.

While in the States ... why did this witness not give a statement to the FBI?  Why was an official polygraph not request?  Would the Aruban "powers that be" that employed the witness have objected?

In the month of March 2008 a witness who was urged by Dave Holloway to step forward confronted the Prosecutor’s Office. The man gave a statement on March 16th 2008 accompanied by his lawyer. This witness statement is already widely known: the witness claims he saw Joran van der Sloot in the middle of the night of May 30th walking in front of his house, soaked up to his chest, walking on one shoe and heavily breathing. He was walking into the direction of the hotels, coming from the direction of the Church at Noord. What the witness was actually aiming for was the Police to conduct an intensive search in the dam of Monserrat. Nevertheless the witness could not give us any reason why the Police should conduct a search in the dam. It was the conclusion of the witness that Joran had come from the dam since he came walking from that direction. There was no indication whatsoever that Joran had been at the dam. For that reason the Police were not ordered to conduct that search. Later, people from the Persistence asked if they were allowed to conduct a search. They were told that they could go ahead if the wanted to. No results were reported. Besides that, the Monserrat dam, which had completely fallen dry by that time, was not long before that request completely searched by dozens of people, for a completely different reason. No results were reported.

This witness has turned himself to Dave Holloway, as we have been told. He has given a new statement and has undergone a lie detector test. According to the summary of the lie detector test results (a full report, as promised to my Office by Tim Miller was never received) the witness was considered to be reliable. This Office never questioned the reliability of what the witness claimed to have seen. Yet, the value of his statement in the reconstruction of facts of that night is very limited. With his sole statement this case could never be solved.
