The ONLY reasonable doubt it will create is whether or not Inmate Casey Anthony has a SOUL.  IMO, she does not.

She has a soul-but it's destination should be of concern to her.  She should fall on her knees and ask for forgiveness.  And accept her just punishment.

I don't think hell would have her.  I'm just sayin'.

I've been waiting for South Park to produce a KC meets Saddam and the Devil episode. Nothing is off limits to the writers, maybe they're awaiting the outcome of the trial...

Good old Jesse..he will come through for the State.  I would not be surprised if he isn't called tomorrow to bolster the testimony of Tony..that Slore Casey lied about George sexually abusing her, about Lee and the girl tried to say he was Caylee's Dad..thus a paternity test..after Caylee's birth.

Of course ..Tony did not start dating her until she was already pregnant ..he just didn't know that at the time.

Seriously, the State's not gonna put this in context?  Everytime she brought up abuse it was a scenario where she thought she was "losing her man" .... Ugh!  

Exactly.  Who is the lead atty for the state?  Mr. George just ain't cuttin it.

I am very concerned about the state's case if they don't get George off the podium. This is going to take Ashton or Linda who think fast on their feet. He does not go for the questions when they have opened up the opportunities.

I think Mr George is doing the initial interview so to speak.

Then when these people, the guys mostly are brought back in again, as more issues have been placed in evidence then Linda and or Ashton take over.  The evidence that is out there at the point of the interview on the stand is the key.  That is why I think Chris S will be called back too..there is more to his story.  And with Tony we didn't even get to the part where he is wearing a wire for the State and talking to Lee.  There's more to come and when it involves evidence that is where Linda and Jeff come into the picture.

I sure hope you are right but if you aren't they have missed some very valuable opportunities.

I totally disagree with you.  The jury will have to weight ALL then evidence, not simply a part of Tony's testimony.

So far I have not seen ANY thing bozo used in his opening statement proven. He will have to put her on the stand now to prove that GA molested her if he wants to continue down that route. He was hoping to get something like that out of Tony, but just the opposite happened and the same will be with Jesse.

It looks to me like bozo right now is sitting out there on a skinny branch and the state is holding a chain saw getting ready to cut it off. He sure better get some actual "evidence" into this trial because even JP said "Opening statements are NOT evidence." I am sure he will be instructing the jurors on that.

And what is so evident in this video clip is how her grandparents doted on her & with joy on their faces, meanwhile her mother is not caring for her but taking camcorder video of the guy singing (watch her camcorder it stays straight toward the guy singing & doesnt follow Caylee).   Why wasnt Casey off of her lazy bum and taking part WITH her daughter.

I also noticed how Caylee kept walking to George. When he sent her back on her way in the opposite direction, there was one point she walked right past Casey. I noticed she went to George, went to Cindy, but never to Casey.

She tried this with Jesse Grund....their relationship was rocky at the time & she even took money she never payed him back for.   His parents cared for Caylee lovingly for months but they did approach her that she needed to start helping out herself or getting someone to watch her, she totally took advantage of the Grunds.

She takes advantage of everyone.   I now wonder if she has been lying to Baez this entire time?  If so-he now realizes he's been gigantically conned also.

But Baez did get to read the jailhouse letters to Robyn..and lets face it..they were very vague on the sex issues..she thinks she remembers maybe Lee touching her sports bra..no age or timeframe given..she dreamed that maybe George did the same...................come on Baez knew this was a long shot..he wasn't used..he knows his client lied about everything else..so why not include these too...

And I believe there is a very good reason why he pulled the two shrinks that spoke with her from his witness list..and then wanted only 1 of them put back on the defense sentencing phase witness list...because the shrinks came back saying they could not determine if what she said was true or not because she kept changing her story..and didn't actually have a good enough story to convince the shrinks nor show signs of the victim of sexual abuse.

After today no woman or man in that courtroom is going to believe she was sexually abused herself and then naively allowed her daughter to share beds with the men she was screwing..yeah right.  No sexual abuse vic in their right mind woud allow their own 2 year old daughter in bed with a man they were having a sleep over with..as Ricardo said today..Casey in bed on one side of him and Caylee sleeping on the other side of him..........................I do not believe Ricardo ever touvhed or abused Caylee
