I would think if you ran over someone marks or "what have you" would be left on the street. She is little, it would have been  sorry for this but messy.

So, sounds like they returned her SUV to her.  The rumor around Tracy that Huckaby struck Sandra with her vehicle is not true or they would not have returned her SUV.  Also sounds like Huckaby drove herself to the PD.

Good point about the vehicle being returned to her.  I disregarded that rumor anyway since it sounds like there was no visible trauma.  There would definitely be something visible if she were hit in a way that killed her.

I'm very surprised that they already returned her vehicle to her.  That makes me wonder if she's somewhat in the clear (at least of the actual murder) and is down there spilling the beans on the others involved.

Huckaby at PD.  Ambulance at PD.  Huckaby just got out of hospital on Thursday due to unknown reasons.

The suicide attempt theory would make some sense, and depending on the method she used, there could have been internal bleeding.  If that's the case, she must have done a pretty good job in order to have to be hospitalized for so many days and in ICU at some point.

If Sinclair really is her boyfriend, I still think he may have beat the heck out of her.

They didnt say if anyone else was there, just her and showed her car in the parking lot. The purple suv. The drug charge I was referring to is the one she pleaded no contest too.

sources say LE maybe close to an arrest. Not sure if related, an ambulance arrived at the police station. Internal bleeding is being questioned, A Tracy Press reported said she asked if tried to commit suicide, she said she didn't want to talk about it. (hadn't thought of that!) Again, sources say an arrest is imminent

Hmmmm... I guess if trying to convince em doesn't work, then try to confuse em.  And when that doesn't work, one can always just stfu and refuse to talk.  She taking notes from Casey Anthony and Misty Cummings, I wonder?   
 

Casey Anthony case is like a soap opera. The GM drives me nuts, can't stand to watch her. She is crazy I think. Casey Anthony is a whiny spoiled brat who is selfish and trash. That poor little beautiful girl, she didn't have a chance!

Before makng her out to be a hero lets find out if she is not a murder. I think if she was protecting her  to the point of getting beat up she would have no problem in telling the pd while in the hospital. but that is me I suppose.


Update, car there, the DMV confirmed this. she is still in there talking to police. Showing video of car being searched earlier in the week. that is all they got for now. Join back in the morning or go to kcra.com.

As far as Melissa's hospital stay being due to internal bleeding, I'm curious if she is the only source of that story or if it's also been confirmed by LE. 

Considering HIPAA rules, I doubt LE would be able to say a thing about it to the media or anyone else.  I think it's only been said by her.

Wyks, I keep forgetting about that one child saying Sandra talked about running away. Thanks for reminding me.

I had not even thought about attempted suicide with Huckaby.  Would there be internal bleeding with that?  She may not even be telling the truth about why she was hospitalized.

You're welcome!  Am not sure if that would/could cause 'internal bleeding', if that is indeed what she was in hospital for.  Guess it could if someone were to drink poison or something?  Could be just as possible for Melissa to have been abused by someone (perhaps for what she knows/saw) and a possible 'suicide attempt' be more like an attempt at homicide by someone else.  Even perhaps by the one/s who killed Sandra.  This whole thing could have been a cover-up by Melissa, but not as being 'one of them', but maybe having been more like a witness of something, or even perhaps a defender of Sandra.  And Melissa telling may just be her own end, so she tried covering up?  Or not... 

Where's Cobra?  Padilla?  A Texas Ranger?  Sigh.

Could very well be, Searching!  Not unheard of, these days, for a member of clergy.  Gone are the days when one could think, oh absolutely not!  More's the pity.

KCRA said the confirmed it is Huckaby. They also said something about the drugging charge against the child but I didn't catch it. The child was on Ben...something. Sorry

I'm assuming it's Benzodiazepines - such as Xanax, Valium, Ativan.  All stuff that would knock a kid out pretty good.  Had that been said without the molesting word, I wouldn't feel as creeped out.  They did say that she had been questioned about the drugging and molestation of another child, though.

Yeah.. one would sure think so, eh?  And the rumors... I bet it's absolutely crazy there!  Folks try to make sense of things that don't make any sense at all.  Hence the rumors.  I understand why LE doesn't want for this to be speculated on etc by the media and the public.. but gosh, they have got to understand that without facts, without solid answers from LE, locals and folks online alike are going to speculate.  And some of us are used to the sheer volume of info in the Caylee Anthony case out in Florida, because of their Sunshine Law and an arrest which kicked that Law into effect... We got to remember that California doesn't have any such law.  Mum's the word til a possible trial.  Dang it.
