Brandi.. I also remember reading about the supposed witness.. this person posted what happened, on Brian's site.  That's where I read about it.   It was a while back, but I can't find it.

Before I found scared monkeys, I found the myfox blog and brian's site. And I read that on one of those sites, probably 4-5 weeks ago.

Heh .. I try to, but keeping up here is a job! I am always behind, and I try my best to catch up everyday so I do not lose out on something having been said when I was not here.

BT - have these children been abused or experience some sort of trama or it just because they were born this way?

I'm not really sure - probably a variety of causes. They are all required to have mental health intervention, but I don't see all the reports from the therapists.

I think in regard to Casey's behavior, she probably had some issues that were compounded by her parents' not setting boundaries for her. That's probably also the case with some of these children. Some of them undoubtedly have family problems that aren't helping any other mental health disorders they might have.

Hi daydream.  Welcome !!!  You can describe it in many ways, but when there is a 4 year old boy who kills the family pet, at six is trying to choke his baby sister to death and by the time he is ten both parents fear for the family safety.......i call it evil.  Definitely a sickness of some kind

Since I don't know anything about Casey's past, I don't know if she behaved terribly as a child or not, but I have known people who were terrible children and became criminals as adults. If a person believes in reincarnation (and sometimes I think I do), it would make sense that someone who was bad in their previous life would carry over evil tendencies into their present life. In fact, I swear I work with the woman that Adolph Hitler reincarnated into. 

 

People aren't usually diagnosed as sociopaths until they are 18 years old.  As children they are usually diagnosed as having a conduct disorder.

Our program works with pre-school children, and some of them are so violent at that age that they can't be allowed in the classroom with the other children because they injure the children (and the teachers).

It sounds like some of those kids could be autistic, EMR, multiply handicapped, impulse control problems, etc.  Sociopaths aren't always physical or violent.  They are definitely manipulative and very cognitive.

That is the way I read it.  Lots of files get written to the history.dat file/folder.  It is only the dates on the individual files written that are pertinent.

So -- was that AFTER she had already told Amy about zanny the nanny?

Once they name her as suspect they can't question her anymore.  I say big deal because they weren't getting anything out of her anyway.

That is true, and remember how long ago they named Drew Peterson a suspect in Stacy's dissappearance....he has not been aressted for that yet. It could still be a very long haul to an arrest.

I think some of Casey's girlfriends said that she was a pretty nice kid when she was younger.  Sometimes sociopathy doesn't fully manifest until late adolescence or early adulthood.

I agree, SS.  I have seen and heard of some pretty wild stories just about some children with Autism... and many of these kids (with or w/out an Autism diagnosis) suffer from "oppositional" problems, anxiety problems, are overly emotionally reactive..  even sensory processing issues, which also cause extreme behavior problems. Unfortunately, many teachers are not trained to handle children like this.. even if they are, it's still not easy to handle.  Doesn't mean they're sociopaths, though.

If it is the same location that Red has been telling us about, we've been trying for days to figure out where it is.  Red only remembers that it was near the airport - maybe south of the airport.  He doesn't have the address.  Florida Blue was with Red's search group, but we haven't been able to connect with her.  I have been begging for some locals to identify the locations for days.
